Is there a way to do no stars?? Please don’t go this way!!! Their customer service is terrible. They came into my house with shoes on while I had a newborn at home and stepped into our bathtub with shoes… no respect to other people’s property. when they finished the job they cracked our tile without even mentioned it and have done nothing to fixed except patch up, painting with a horrible color that does not match, so they could hide the mess made!

I would happily recommend Showercrafters. I had a 12pm appt, I got an auto text at 11:30 saying they would arrive in approx 30 minutes. At 12:02 my bell rang and the crew, CJ and Derrick arrived. So contractors actually being on time is the first gold star for me since in my experience being punctual is the exception and not the rule. They went to the bathroom prepared their drop cloths and protections and started working. If I didn’t hear the drill running at times I would never even have known they were in the house. In a couple of hours they were done and called me in to check. The work was complete, looked great and the room was as clean as it was when they arrived. It is a pleasure working with people that are courteous and professional and who take pride in their work. The finished product reflects that. 👍

I am writing a review before I have even had my work completed because I have been so impressed with my experience to date. Nafeesah is a TREASURE. She has been exceptional in terms of responsiveness, helpfulness, patience and understanding. I dont think I have ever had such a great service experience in the 10 years I have been in NYC. The guys who came to remove my current set up were also just wonderful - had such a great attitude and very professional. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.

I would recommend any other shower vendor company in Nassau. If you do a walk through at the store they will promise you a 10 day turn around. I purchased 3 shower doors for my 3 bathrooms over 5 weeks ago. They did the walk through and took the deposit. A month later, I get a text stating they are coming to install the shower doors. I took a day off only to learn they are installing a single shower door which I was charged for on top of the deposit. So, now I am out 3k out of pocket with two doors still in production. I have been calling the store for two weeks and a gentleman by the name of Xavier has simply been my punching bag. He is completely handcuffed and cant even get the service team to call me back. I have waited for two weeks and still have no answer on when I can anticipate to have this job completed. I actually would like a refund at this point as I cant imagine anyone would do a worse job of handling such a simple install! They are not competitive on pricing by any means and there are 15 retailers out there as competitors that I regret not giving an opportunity too! Avoid this location as its purely a waste of time and money. I had to pick a star I do not think they are worth that!

I was impressed with the quality of work showercrafters produced and the level of professionalism from start to finish. Jim was a pleasure to speak to, he didnt just come to give us a quote but took a look at the bathrooms and made sure we had chosen the right shower doors to fit our personal needs. He measured right away as soon as we expressed our interest to proceed and promised someone would be here in 2 weeks to install. Marco installed our shower door for a tub and a stand-up shower. Both him and his colleague was very professional, they came an hour early which I appreciated and went straight to work. Both doors were installed to perfection in a timely manner. They cleaned up the space and gave me some good pointers on how to clean the shower doors moving forward. I would definitely recommend using showercrafters and having Marco install your shower doors. The level of customer service was superb.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company. They installed a shower door that supposedly needs adjusting (a second time) and we cannot them to resolve this issue despite numerous attempts to get in contact with them. For over a month, we have left voicemail and text on both the office and owners cell phone. We received 1 response and then he went dark again, which was over 2 weeks ago. I am now contacting the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint. See pics below of both the door and our conversation - Hopefully this saves somebody the trouble of waiting $2000 like we did

Tech was awesome. Called me when he was on his way, outside my house and when he was done. Courteous and professional. Told me every step he took to correct issue. My wife and I visited the ShowerCrafter showroom with hopes of getting an idea what our ideal shower door might cost. Not only did Bill (I believe that is his name) answer all of our questions, but he presented us with options that we hadn’t even considered. When we called back several months later, they delivered on what he said their process was and what they would do. In that was, we were treated to a experience that exceeded our expectations.The scheduling staff were always very courteous and accommodating, the person who came out to measure was very knowledgeable and presented us with multiple options and the installers were A1. Needless to say, we will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

A FRAUD and a CROOK, STAY AWAY!!!A sheisty business. Everything that came out of Bills (the owner) mouth was a sales pitch, but thats it!Its been over 2 years, since the original purchase.His son was the salesman at the time, sold me the doors I wanted, ordered a completely wrong door. They came to measure the first before the install, said the walls were great, perfect for the install.Came installed the wrong door, leaked from the moment of the install. Then still wanted to be paid. Bill steps in with his sales BS (great talker), how they stand behind their products and work. Then asks for sympathy for his young college student son trying to make a living made mistake story. Offers me to order me the correct door if I want, or leave that door without asking for the balance of the money. I wanted the original door. He starts with the barking that then Id have to order new glass and they dont make that special glass anymore. Im more inclined to believe he stopped paying his suppliers, and cant get anymore product.I gave in, saying as long as they get this door to stop leaking all over the bathroom floor, I would let it go. They mustve been back at least 4 times to try to stop it from leaking. Then he started blaming the walls being too level and plumb, saying that its not giving proper drainage. Finally, they hire some new kid with a brain for problem solving, and he corrects the problem some how. I make sure to tell him to instruct the other technicians, including Bill the owner, of the solution. I think Bill beats the employees out of money because you never see them again, always someone newThis lasts about 6 months, and the door starts leaking again. I call the shop and the kid hasnt been there again, and Bills refusing to fix the problem, until I pay him for the door that I never received.I think its time to get Nassau County Consumer Affairs involved!STAY AWAY!!

We had many obstacles to overcome in this small space. He offered plenty of advice about the design of our space.Maritza in customer service followed up with me throughout the process.Wendy in production scheduled and confirmed my installation appointment.The workers who installed the doors called to tell me they were running a little behind schedule. This showed me they were being considerate of my time. When they arrived, only 45 minutes behind schedule, they were friendly, knowledgeable and neat in my bathroom.The doors look great and the layout makes the best use of my space.
