Good selection of cards

My niece was playing with a stuffed animal the toy touched the floor the owner came and took it out of her hands. Said he couldnt sell it if it touches the floor. You dont grab things out of a 3 year olds hands especially when we werent letting her touch anything breakable in the store. Weve regularly spent 100s of dollars here and I can assure you we will NEVER go back.

To all hallmark ornament collectors, do not go to this store, owner does not put the limited ornaments out on floor for customers. I argued with owner, that every one should have a chance to buy them, he said why should I sell to you when I can put them on ebay tonight for 2 to 4 times the price. I can prove this by simply asking did any customer who walked in for the 10/5 release get a limited ornament, I was 1st on line, waited for 40 min for them to open just to be treated like garbage.

Nice organized little store. Woman who was working there was pretty helpful. I went on a Sunday morning so there was plenty of parking but on the weekdays I can imagine parking could be a bit bad around there. Its all street, metered parking there.

I miss the many Hallmark card shops that used to be around. They have the best cards, an excellent supply and beautiful and unique gift options.

I was very disappointed with the store today Ive shopped here for years and always had good service today I bought an ornament from them which seems like a new owner was running the store always dealt with the old owner buying ornaments Crystal and other stuff went home after 15 minutes the item did not work went back to the store was told that Id have to contact Hallmark instead of exchanging it for me this will be the last time I go into the store sad to say .
