I have been wanting to update the flooring in my home for many years. The light tan carpet throughout my house has become worn and the high traffic areas really show themselves. Thanks to a friend for referring me to Central VA Flooring! I was welcomed in by Chad Ross who expertly helped me choose a beautiful and affordable flooring. I knew I wanted to go with Luxury Vinyl Plank and CVF had so many options with a wide variety of price points. CVF works with outside installers to remove old flooring and install the new. I was matched with a father & son team who couldn’t have been any more knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional - just two great guys! I love my new floors. ❤️ I’m so happy with the floors that I’m looking at CVF for ceramic tile for backsplash in my kitchen. Kitchen Reno is next. Thank you CVF!!

I would provide a 10 if there was the option!!!Today was the second transaction completed with Central VA flooring. In 2018 we purchased carpet and today LVP for main level and basement.Nick was so helpful at every step in the process. I never felt pressure to make a decision, their prices were more than competitive with at least two other local flooring stores and we just can’t wait to have our new floors completed!We did elect to install in our own, but there again I felt no pressure from Nick to use his team, but he reassured me they are there if we need them!I highly recommend Central VA Flooring!

DK and the team take the time to listen and understand your needs and then prepares a plan to accomplish the goals. Pricing has been competitive and they stock a lot of material for quick service. The CVF team provided great service from the time I walked into their store until the time the project was finished. Floor salesman was knowledgeable and helpful, measurement was set up quickly and easily, and installation was fast, clean, and very well done. New floor looks beautiful. I couldn’t be happier. You guys were so easy to work with. Will definitely be recommending CVF to anyone looking for flooring products and installation. Exceptional service.

The staff is great to work with! They will help you find product that fits your needs and works with your budget! Nick and Debbie where excellent with not only helping us find what we where looking for but getting us some samples that they did not have in the show room within a couple days! We got better quality carpet for the same price as carpet we had priced at a competitor. The install was done in a timely manner and very professional. They cleaned as they worked and never had a mess while they where installing the carpet. Highly recommend that you trust these guys with your flooring needs.

Central VA Flooring is a GREAT company. I hate talking on the phone and they were able to completely work over email with quick, thorough responses (thanks Melanie!). The property is a large townhouse in Farmington used as a rental. The carpet looks fantastic and should be an awesome floor for many years.

Initially, we went to a national chain in Lynchburg, but left dismayed. We ended up at Central VA Flooring, where we had the good fortune of working with DK!! She was SO helpful and their prices were phenomenal. We couldnt be happier with our experience, and will be back for any future flooring needs.

After trying multiple big box stores, I stopped in to Central VA Flooring. Nick took the time to sit down with me right on the spot, and then visited my home more than once to discuss my flooring needs. I wasnt exactly sure what I was looking for, and he provided a number of options. We were going out of town the next week, and hoping to get the floors installed while we were away. Nick got it done. Great experience all around, would definitely recommend you go to Nick for all of your flooring needs!

Amazing flooring store!

Found exactly what I wanted. Staff was very helpful, and our tile and vinyl plank were in very quickly. We had one tile out of 21 boxes that had a small crayon mark on it. Otherwise, zero waste! We will return again soon.

We looked at several flooring places and had two quotes and we chose to work with Joe over at Central VA flooring and his Co-workers. The level of communication and product turn around, our tight timeline, and the installers were all a pleasure working with and weCould not be happier with the result!!! I know we weren’t the easiest customer in our wish list but they delivered!We added a complex pattern (not common around here) where tile hexagons were transitioned to wood floors and.... WOW, Robert, the installer and his team did an amazing job for not having done something quite like it before! We joked we were bringing some Colorado flare to VA with us. The whole team was proud and they should be!Thank you all so much! We’ll definitively recommend!You can see the pattern in their website!
