Just came from Imports and Classics and bought a BEAUTIFUL 2016 Lexus RX 350 F-Sport with low mileage...We have been looking for this model for months but every time we try to make an appointment somewhere to test drive, its already been sold! That being said, Logan was extremely helpful, friendly and laid back👍. Have never had a car buying experience like this! Small dealership with the personal touch. And Milad was the nicest sales manager we have ever met. These guys are really the best🙂 You can believe all the good reviews...they really are true. We were in and out in a couple of hours and would have been quicker if we didnt chat so much, but its hard not to...would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a used (or classic) car.

There was a minor issue with the overpayment of title and license and Milad took care of it right away!Purchasing our collector car through Imports and Classics was easily one of the best car buying experiences Ive had. Logan, Milad and Carlos were all very helpful throughout the process and easy to work with. Logan took time to get the car out of the showroom and let us put a couple miles on it, Carlos gave an accurate and complete history of the car and Milad quickly got the paperwork squared away for our credit union and replied to all questions etc very quickly. They even went the extra mile and trailered the car (140+ miles one way) to us. The Viper will continue to be well cared for and kept in as nice of condition as it was when we bought it.

I had a great experience purchase a Ford Expedition from Imports and Classics. We had been searching for a large family car for a few months but could not find what we needed in our price range without. We visited many new and used car lots and they were all very polite but their upfront prices were too high and that did not include other fees. We search carmax, vroom, autotrader and many other sites. We finally checked out craigslist as a last resort. Imports and Classics has the perfect vehicle for us and at price that no one nation wide would match. We live several hours from Lynden so I called Logan before we started the drive. He was very friendly on the phone and said he would send me a full video walk through. Sure enough minutes later he sent a very thorough walk through. be pointed out every imperfection inside and out. Seeing this game us confidence and we made the 3 hour drive to see him and the car. When we arrived the car was out front ready to be driven (a nice step other dealerships did not do). The car was in great shape and drove accordingly. I was so pleased with the price I did not even thing to negotiate. Logan then offered us a even better price plus he would touch up the small paint imperfections on one side of the bumper, replace the missing OEM tow hitch cover and call in our first service appointment at Ford to fix a flaky parking sensor at no cost to us. There was no additional fees, everything was extremely transparent, and he was extremely patient while my bank asked for additional details to close the loan. and if that was not enough Logan even delivered the car to use so we did not have to make the long drive back up to lynden. So extremely impressed and highly recommend Imports and Classics to anyone searching for a great used car.

We like to support local companies in our town, but were disappointed in the lack of interest that the salesman showed towards us. It seemed like he had very little motivation to help us if any at all.

I recently stopped in to test drive a vehicle here, and I was highly impressed with the friendliness of the staff. Carlos, the owner was able to provide substantial information and resources to me, including resources that would help me find a car at another dealership, if I chose. He was realistic and straightforward about the price and their flexibility. Imports and Classics was also able to provide considerably more service-history information than other dealerships. Milad, one of the sales people has fielded many of my questions. I havent experienced any pressure to purchase anything, and I have even been encouraged by Carlos to explore similar vehicles offered by other sellers, if I find them to be more appropriate. These folks are the definition of a good, small-town, people-oriented business.

I live 5000 miles away and Carlos does not know me from Adam, but he was more than willing to help me with an appraisal for a car that was listed for sale near Lynden. He answered his phone on the first ring and he had an answer within 24 hours of our call. If that’s not customer service then I don’t what is.
