First, my appointment was for twelve to twelve thirty. they were done with there last appointment early. instead of taking lunch they came to my house an hour early and installed my window. they were professional and courteous and went straight to work, put blanket on my floors .they were done in a half an hour and even cleaning the window they just installed and they did it while it was raining. When we are ready to replace our other windows we will hire them again.

I prefer using these guys over Lyndale Glass and especially Louis Auto Glass. Just an all around better experience with a positive attitude

He determined that it didn’t need wheels and bearings replaced and fixed the problem by using some silicone lubricant on the track, wheels and bearings, and leveled the sliding door as well! We needed glass partitions installed at my office. They were very quick to respond and to quote. We were given options but there was no upselling or high pressure sales techniques. Im a big fan of The Glass Guru. They have replaced the glass in several windows for us and they all look great. I also learned that they can restore our sliding glass doors and windows where the vinyl is separating from the glass. There was nobody there who could tell me if they will make glass that my customers can insert into their new cabinets. I couldnt get a price. The person who was supposed to know these things is gone for a month. This is not good for business. I had to go elsewhere.
