Weak bike service, bikes seem to be secondary to motorcycles and lawn mowers. Owner probably thinks hes Tony Hawk of bikes or maybe hes the Tony Hawk of leaf blowers. Lady at front desk was professional, accommodating.

I stopped by to get their opinion on what work my bike needs as it is 24 years old and has not been running in about 5 years. In about 10 minutes he had it sounding like new. I now have the last few weeks to ride before the weather gets too cold. I will definitely be using them in the future for all my motorcycle repairs!

Held my motorcycle for 3 days doing a tune up. Was presented with $700+ bill. They said they test rode my bike to make sure all was good. Looked on fuel gauge, quarter tank was gone “test riding it”

Grace is probably the most helpful person ever and a joy to talk to. U-Haul last minute switched my truck pickup to JPR Cycles the day before I was supposed to pick it up. The pickup time I was given was after JPR cycles closed, I called up and Grace immediately saw the order, called me as soon as the truck was available for pickup, and even offered to stay after closing to help me. 5/5 customer service.

Ive been taking my 2002 Mean streak Kawasaki for a few years, it runs like a knew bike because of JPR CYCLES, And the prices are even better!!

I found an aluminum frame mountain bike with disk brakes and quick release wheels. The high quality bike is beautiful and fairly priced. I’ve notice large retailers jacking up bike prices during covid-19. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This business is so good (busy) that theyre sometimes hard to get on the phone but GREAT service AND price!!! Highly recommended.

The mechanic is honest & straight up tell you what you need to know doesn’t try to sell you a condo when your their to fix your motorcycle my crew will definitely be using this place to our Harleys or whatever they are riding definitely recommend

Jeff and the guys are GREAT, affordable and prompt with services. They service my Road Star and my husbands Victory. Anytime we drop by with something for them, they are quick to handle. I even got stuck in NYC with a popped clutch cable and they came and rescued me!!! Top notch, in my book!!! They got my business for good and I send anyone I can their way.

I was there yesterday to get my bikes flat tire repaired. They were professional and fixed it right away, did not try to sell me other stuff or find issues with bike, which happened to me at other bike shops.In all a good place to get ur bike fixed!!

Thought it was a great place until I waited 30 minutes without being helped at all. The guy ignored me as if I didnt exist to him. Then I told him of you dont have time to help me let me know. He started walking towards me with attitude so I took my blower and waked out. The only reason Im coming to him is bc husqvarna has there stupid warranty with him and hes local to me. Beware people you can find a much better shop that will respect your business.

My boyfriend brought my bike in. Said repair was going to be 35. Go to pick it up it was over 100$. Labor price was 80$ on a ten minute job. If more needed to be done they should have called and let us know before slapping us with that price!

There is a reason why I pass by this place for 20 years and never stopped that gut feeling I should’ve listened to my gut what a train wreck of a staff Very poor customer service .

They are STEALERS. Dont go to them. Slow service and for 20 minutes of work they claim it took them an hour and charge $95 an hour for the labor + the additional cost of of oil an filter changes. Too unfair.

I went to one bike sore to fix my bike and they said they were charging me 60 bucks i came here and they charged only 5 bucks great service, another thing that happened was that they were closed and my bike ran out of air but someone was there and they gave me free air
