The 1 star is because the fruit eventually was received. I ordered at approx 9:00am on a Saturday in September (no special time of the year, holiday etc). When on the website it showed that the Mayfield location was the closest to where the delivery was going (Euclid) so I chose this one (instead of Mentor). It was going to a business that closed at 5:00PM. It states online that they dont do deliveries after 5:00PM to businesses so this should have worked in my favor. After several hours I began tracking the delivery online which kept saying in transit. At 4:55PM I called the store to cancel the order and at the same time received a call from the delivery driver asking what time did my friend get off of work? I told him 5:00PM, and that I was on the other line cancelling the order. He then let me know his location (approx. 10 minutes away) and then asked was the business on Lakeshore? Well the business is not on Lakeshore, and where was his GPS, navigation, etc. was he just winging it? Also it ruined the surprise because I had to tell my friend Im having something delivered for you, but the driver wont get there before you get off of work, do you mind staying late (on a Saturday) until he gets there? Just very disappointing. I never wouldve expected this from a reputable name like Edible Arrangements.
Placed a order for a gift for my mom to pick up, but i ended up picking up myself. Walked in order was not ready. Order was suppose to be ready at 10am i arrived at 11:30am order was not fully prepared. Carrie one or the workers had a bad attitude and was aggressively speaking when asked a question about orders being prepared on time. The ratings are low for a reason. Customer service is horrible and so is the attitude of the worker.
My Mother never got the arrangement on Mother’s Day that I ordered a week in advance. I trusted Edible Arrangements to literally DELIVER as I live in another state. Note that my Mother lives 6 minutes away from the store. No one answered the store phones until Monday afternoon when the delivery was made. I was told that they accepted too many orders and all they could do was give me back the delivery fee that I never received. I told them that the arrangement didn’t have Mom cut out in pineapples like it was supposed too and the lady asked me did my mother eat it! Seriously! I’m done.
I worked there until today. One of my coworkers has covid. Our boss has known since last week and didn’t tell anyone. A lot of our clients are elderly people, new parents, and immunocompromised people. He may have actually killed someone. We’ve all quit so it’s closed for now.

I placed an order online for two edible arrangements. They were both described as One Size, but the pictures online clearly showed that one was bigger than the other. One was $39.99 and the other was $57.99 (+ $7.50 for an add-on). Upon picking it up, they were both the same exact size and we were told that, the only difference is about 3-4 pieces of fruit and we dont make the prices, we just make the baskets. Im not sure why 3-4 extra pieces of fruit would be a $24.00 difference. We knew the vases wouldnt be the same, but we definitely expected for the amount of fruit in the pictures to be the same as we saw online when placing the order.I will say that, they asked if they could make it better, but it shouldnt have been that way in the first place. There were just one too many excuses for me. I wont be ordering from this location ever again.
Ordered an arrangement for Mother’s Day two weeks prior for a delivery and no arrangement delivered . I tried calling several times and no answer. Unfortunately I am out of state so I was unable to drive to this location but the LEAST they could’ve done was send a notification of a delayed delivery or better yet, answer the phone!!! I HIGHLY recommend you spend your money elsewhere and I will be sure to tell everyone I know. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

When I called to bring up my concern and ask for a refund for the card not delivered, they told me that the order was still in transit. The order had been delivered for several hours. They told me to wait it out. The person I talked to showed little care or concern. I could tell she couldnt be bothered by a customer concern. I called back the next day and they didnt pick up the phone. Instead of arguing over the $, Im going to the reviews. Clearly this location and corporate, dont care that the customer service is well below par.
If I could give ZERO STARS I would. I paid over $100 to have an arrangement sent to my mother who is IN THE HOSPITAL with my Grandfather AND Grandmother in Ohio missing Mothers Day with us in Philadelphia! The arrangement arrived moldy and in pieces AND WAS MISSING more than half of the extras I paid more for! No balloons, cookies or cheesecakes. I called the store and they told me they could do nothing since their manager was not in. I am disputing with my bank and will make sure this place continues to hear from me. Absolute disgrace. I dont know how they stay in business.

Ordered two arrangements, balloons, paid over $80 and received one item for $25 dollars. Associates barely open their mouth when answering questions about my order. Claimed that the order wasn’t delivered because the recipient wasn’t home but somehow managed to deliver one of the items. Please get the associates to have their lies together next time. You’ll be hearing from me again.
I ordered this at around 9AM, by 1pm it hadn’t left the store. I had to drive to the store (after paying $10 for a delivery fee) and the entire order still wasn’t done. I asked to be refunded the $10 but probably won’t. The store looked like a BOMB had hit it. It was dirty and the women there were nice but did not look like they cared about the job. Really inconvenient that I paid for delivery and had to go pick it up
Do not order from this location. The day after my order did not arrive, I called multiple times only for the call to drop immediately, displaying a “user busy” message. When someone finally picked up, she told me that she was new and did not know how to help me learn why my order was not delivered or how to get a refund and told me her manager would call me back soon. When he did not call within a day, I tried to call again myself, but received the same “user busy” error. I then called the general customer service line for the company, who seemed to have trouble reaching this branch, as well. Ultimately I was told there was no hope in ever receiving my order and I was given a refund. I was disappointed already in the disorganization and inability to fulfill the order that I paid for, but I was extremely frustrated by the seemingly intentional avoidance of communication.
Absolutely terrible location. Placed order 2 days in advance for a Friday delivery to a customer who was one mile from location. It was never delivered. After speaking with the manager, Friday at 5pm she assured me a manager would make a fresh batch and hand-deliver on Monday. Order got in delivery driver’s car and by 3pm still wasn’t there. Refunded.

I purchased a Mother’s Day arrangement for my mom to be delivered on Saturday and paid extra never was delivered. I called on Sunday day of Mother’s Day, the sales rep put me on hold about the situation and never clicked back over. I called again and was sent to voice mail, this Lyndhurst location has poor customer service and the lady had no care in the world considering that the arrangement was a present for my mom. I called back and I cancelled the order do to poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Please please do not go to this location for anything, not a place to gain anyone’s business.
Never Delivered. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered on a Friday. It was never delivered. We finally got someone on the phone on Monday, offered us $10 off and they could deliver it this coming Wednesday. Soooo a week later! They had no explanation to why my order was not made and delivered. I havent had a problem with any other store. Do not order from Mayfield.
Never again!! This location was the absolute worst!!!I ordered online ( from Florida ) to send to my aunt who lives in Cleveland. This was for her birthday and I ordered a chocolate basket with a balloon ( $5.00 extra ). Not only did my order arrive incredibly late in the afternoon but the balloon never arrived with it. After waiting over two hours for this balloon to be delivered, after the chocolate basket had already been delivered it was still not there. After calling the store, the woman who tried to handle my situation was incredibly rude and raised her voice at me, to the point others in the room could hear her voice!! I asked simply for the phone number to corporate and received quote the back lash. I cannot believe how this situation was handled after the amount of money I spent. Terrible customer service!! Would never ever order again and will be telling family and friends in Cleveland area to steer clear of this location!!! Could have been handled in a much more appropriate manner And the delivery shouldNt have been such a hassle.Update: after calling customer service I was told on 2 separate occasions I would be hearing directlyFrom the stores owner. However, never did hear anything. During such scary times who try businesses closing down everywhere you should be ashamed at the lack of customer service to your paying customers who keep your business thriving !!! I always order from the Lyndhurst location and they have always been very friendly and accommodating. I read some of these reviews and I just wonder why you waited til the last possible minute to place your order. I see reviews from people ordering a day before a major holiday and you are complaining you have to wait?? Wow done people just look for things to complain about.

Put in a complaint online and received an email stating that the information would be sent to the store manager and theyd reach out to me. Four days later and I call corporate. Interestingly thebstie picked up! They can make my order now and send it out. Dominique doesnt seem to actually care. At all. Shell say a sorry, but doesnt offer to do anything to make up for this huge mistake. This is the first time shes hearing about this. REALLY?! To spend $100 on fruit and get zero customer service is unacceptable. When I said this to her she said sorry and didnt offer anything esle. Maybe get a manager who actually cares. Cannot tell you anything about your order, if it was delivered an estimated time of delivery, nothing. This place is horrible. I spent $84.00 didnt get nothing I asked for. When I called they said they was out of the balloons. But they failed to contact me. I asked for a refund I never recieved it. On Mother’s Day, I Arrived at my scheduled time to pick up my order (that I placed a month prior) and it was either not completed or it has been given to someone else. They have a semi truck trailer filled with arrangements and after being there for over an hour the workers on the truck just started handing out arrangements to who ever was closest to the truck. People were walking away with multiple packs of strawberries and fruit arrangements that they never ordered.I put my name in and told them my entire order, even had the confirmation email out just in case. The manager then came out, and was very friendly, to tell the crowd that they were out of this, that, and the other. Which unfortunately was my entire order.So then, after two hours of standing in the rain I asked for a refund. I was told to contact customer support to get one because they were too busy to handle it. So I did, and the customer support was very nice and apologetic.My whole family (especially my mom)was super disappointed I wasn’t able to get her treats. But I’m giving this location 2 stars simply due to the fact that I received nothing out of my order that I had placed a month before the pick up date. The workers were all friendly considering the chaos, however I feel as though next year they need a better plan to tackle the Mother’s Day rush!

Wow I should have read these comments prior to ordering. I am currently dealing with the exact same Same Day Delivery issue. And yes, sadly the staff person that answers the phone is quite rude. Im thinking she is either related to, or very close to the manager, because I cant see how with as many complaints about the poor customer service, this location does not seem to be doing anything to correct the situation.The excuse I got as to why my delivery had not been delivered on the day specified was due to them being an extremely busy store. Well then you should not offer same day delivery, its false advertising.Also, I have ordered several times from the location where I currently reside (it is the ONLY Edible Arrangements in the vicinity, and Im sure they service just as many, IF NOT MORE, clients as this location), and Ive placed the order as late as 2PM (for same day delivery), it was delivered within 3 hours time.In my opinion this location (Mayfield/Lyndhurst) needs an overhaul of their business practices and professionalism.
I would give negative stars to this business if possible. I ordered a simple 12 piece fruit box online at 7am. This store states that it would give me updates throughout the day, I did not receive one! When I called, I was left on hold repeatedly. Every time I called since no updates were provided through tracking system, they would answer and immediately put me on hold for 5 to 10 minutes. I paid $10 extra for same day delivery. It still never arrived before my fiancé left work! This was supposed to be a special surprise while at work being a nurse serving others. I will never use this service again in life, and I strongly recommend others not to as well. I guess I should have read these other reviews first before doing business with this establishment.
I wouldnt spend money here again. I placed my order Thursday for Friday. My mother didnt receive until Saturday without the note and balloon I also paid for. She did receive the strawberries. I live in New Jersey and my mom is in Cleveland so this wouldve been a nice surprise for Mothers Day but Im not happy with the service.

I have also called the 877 number and the line hangs up when requesting to speak to a representative. I dont even want to begin talking about how useless the robot chat is! I understand busy times but there needs to be better customer service and communication given to the paying customers! At this point, I just want a refund but still unable to reach anyone!!
Placed same day order before deadline but received call that the order could not be delivered due to capacity. Information provided on the website, phone number, store hours and holiday hours, were vastly different from what’s shown. The outgoing message when you call the correct number states 7 days a week opening at 8am which isn’t the case. Poor management for sure!

Ive made two orders one for my sisters birthday and one for mothers day and both of them were completely messed up. My sisters order was never delivered and my mothers order was missing three components. I called corporate office and mr. Williams was really good at handling the situation. I just wish corporate handled this a lot better for future business and I was able to get my money back but you have to make sure you call back to the corporate office if the store does not reach out to you in 48 hours.

It is Mother’s Day 2020, I am currently sitting in my car outside of the Lyndhurst Edible Arrangements location with a crowd of other individuals awaiting my order. I placed an order 2 days ago and was meant to pick it up today at 10:30 AM. It is now 1:29 PM and I, along with many others have been told that our orders cannot be fulfilled.They are selling random arrangements out of the back of a semi truck in the parking lot. Their phone has been off the hook all day, and the door is locked.This is a scam and I better get my money back.
We purchased the arrangement for my aunts 90th birthday lives in Cleveland, which is quite a ways from Lyndhurst the arrangement arrived at a reasonable time for her to enjoy and show off to her friends. I was told the arrangement was beautiful and very tasteful thank you Edible Arrangements

First they dont deliver my valentines day order. It was getting late and I even called and they told me it was out for delivery, but they couldnt update my status because the system was down. Then on Monday it still hadnt come, I call again and they guarentee me that its out for delivery and they were still delivering from Valentines day. Then I call on Tuesday and they said it was delivered. I told them no it wasnt and they quickly responded oh yes your right, we can reschedule it for Saturday..... here we are Saturday night..... no delivery just to be told they are out of chocolate........ w...t...f... am I staring on a new comedy show that I dont know about?......🤔
Horrible customer service. You call to ask them a question about why your delivery has not come after it was confirmed and told that it would be there... And they dont answer the phone. then when you try to leave a message for customer service, like the recording asked you to do..... Youre not able to leave a message because they have a full mailbox... Hmmm.... Great customer service that they dont listen to their messages, or deliver when they say theyre going to deliver. I would avoid this location at all cost if you can. Or go in and order and wait for them to make it in front of you and take it when you order it. Seems to be the only way that place can guarantee anything.
I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering from here and I wish I could give this location ZERO stars.I usually order a big bouquet for my Mother on her birthday every year, last year she was hospitalized in critical condition for her birthday. So I was so excited that my Mother was around this year for her birthday and that she could enjoy her fruit......Until this HORRIBLE location ruined it. I will never order Edible Arrangements again. I placed an order online 2 days before I needed it delivered and it was NEVER delivered. When I called the day it was supposed to arrive I was told at 1pm that it was ready and just waiting for the driver to come back and pick it up. It still hadnt been delivered by 5pm so I called back and was told it was out for delivery and that the driver does not end his shift until everything is delivered. IT NEVER SHOWED. When I tried calling back for the next 3 days no one answered the phone and the voicemail was full. Being that no one would answer I had to call my bank and dispute the charge because I assumed they would never give me a refund.
🤬Ruined my Moms Mothers Day. I ordered on April 29th and paid $15 extra for it to be delivered on Mothers Day. MY MOTHER NEVER RECEIVED IT! Ive been trying to contact the store since 11:30 yesterday with no answer. The online tracker doesnt give an update. Now Im calling corporate and have been waiting 20 minutes with no answer. Ive ordered before but never from this location. At this point I just want my money back and never to use them again. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE🤬
Absolutely horrible!!!! I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement for my 90 yr old grandma in Ohio, as I live in another state. It was to be delivered 5/7 but it never arrived. I called to ask why this delivery did not take place & was told it would arrive in time for Mother’s Day. Sadly that wasn’t the case & my poor Grandma never received anything! I called to notify them the delivery was never made & was on hold for over 30 minutes & then disconnected. I called back again to be put on hold for 25 min & was told to hold again. I finally spoke up & said I can’t keeps being placed on hold & the lady claimed she refunded my account. What’s really sad is the employee working told me that she was receiving many calls of orders never delivered. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!

Ordered an arrangement on Thursday for an employee who was retiring Friday the day of expected delivery. Called numerous times during the day to track the location and was told businesses are delivered first. I was never notified, called the establishment 5 times, by the 5th time no one answered and the mailbox was full! I decided to go up there on Saturday morning when they opened. Was informed it was never delivered because they tried to deliver it after business hours 🤬. So I got my order and delivered it to the employee myself. Terrible service!!! BTW the location of delivery was down the street from Edible arrangements, smhhhhhhh
I have ordered many times from edible arrangements and it has always been a lovely experience. Until now. There is a gal at this location named Lori (sp?) who is unbelievably difficult and awful to communicate with. I have spent all morning calling this location to try to find out why even though I pre-ordered my mothers gift she didnt get it. No one called or emailed to inform me. Instead I had to spend all morning tracking them down. I was hung up on a total of three times by this gal who was so rude and kept shouting that her brother owns all the edible arrangements in the area, and finally to be offered a delivery on Wednesday or a refund. For real? never again.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I placed an order for Valentine’s Day and it never got delivered to my mother’s place of employment. I called to get an updated status at 4pm that day and I was told it was out for delivery and that’s all they could tell me. Come to find out, the order wasn’t delivered and I had to call again the next day, which was a Saturday and my mom wasn’t even working that day. I was told it was going out today and their system crashed yesterday. I informed the employee that my mother wasn’t even working and I didn’t even receive a courtesy phone call or anything. Had no care in the world. I just asked for a refund. This place needs to be closed for business if they cannot operate on a high volume tempo.

They have bad Customer service, I called to check on a order that was suppose to be delivered the day before and the lady Dominique kept answering and leaving me on hold never came back to the phone for 15 mins each time I called back she just picked up and did hold very very lazy and unprofessional.

I ordered thw Mothers Day treats and deserts platter for my mother on May 3rd to be delivered on May 6th as I have been sick for 2 weeks and am unable to deliver it myself. I called on May 6th at 10:41 a.m. to check the status of my order as i never received any updates. I was told the order was received and assured it would be delivered the same day. My mother never received it. I even called her to tell her to check her front porch around 7 or 7:30 p.m....still nothing. I WANT MT MONEY BACK!! I will never recommend this place or order from here again. I have been crying all evening 😢 as my morher means the world to me and I wanted to show her that. Horrible service

This was probably one of the worst experiences I have had purchasing anything. I bought Mothers day items for multiple people to be picked up the day before Mothers Day, as that is the day we had planned our celebrations. I set the order to be picked up at 11am, to which I showed up early expecting it to be a little more difficult with COVID-19 and safety. I attempted to call the store, like directed, but was unable to get through. After attempting to call the store (52 times, no im not joking), my husband spoke with the individuals handing out the orders, to be told they would check. I then finally got through to be asked if I could come back to pick up the order because they were super busy to which I explained my situation and was asked when I needed it by. I explained I was already late and they placed me on hold which was never picked back up. My husband attempted to talk with the employees again after sitting in the parking lot for almost an hour at this point to be told the order wasnt even started... which could have been told to me on the phone. I call again to ask what the heck is going on and they tell me the order will be ready in 15 mins. 30mins pass before someone brings our items out to our car only to realize that the order wasnt even correct and I was shorted almost all of my order. I called to get a refund, because at that point I had already been waiting almost two hours past my designated pick up time. I was able to get a partial refund, but due to computer issues was told to call back late this week to get the rest of my non-given items refunded. I have now been on hold for almost 30 mins on the phone. I understand the difficulties with COVID happening right now, but this level of unprofessionalism and pure chaotic process will ensure I never purchase another item from this location, and possible all franchises.

My experience with them was terrible, I placed an order for valentine day and It was never received. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and he was completely rude and uncaring, gave me no info about my refund and then hung up the phone then I waited 45mins for someone to answer again.
All of the employees were very friendly and they had my order already and waiting for me when I got there. The whole process and quick and painless. I was in and out with no problems at all.

I order my arrangement for yesterday, never can no call nothing. I’m so upset I can’t get ahold of anyone at this store I will never order from here ever again I just want my money back.
This is the second time I have ordered from this place I ordered my products on for Monday of last week should we deliver Saturday it didnt come they not answering the phone I had to call corporate they said I will get my money back within 7 to 10 business days but I still havent received it they are rude and they dont have good customer service at all. And told me I have to take my complaint back corporate. Smh
This location is very rude and unprofessional do not accommodate this location
I am in disbelief at the level of miscommunication between customer and the store staff. Its sad that the order was placed and paid for over a week ago and it wasnt delivered as promised. The delivery date was set for two days ago. When visiting the store upon opening, the day after it should have been delivered, I waited in line for 15 minutes for the store associate to indicate that it was out for delivery. It is now 3:30 P.M. the next day, and were still waiting for the order to be delivered.
Handled my order in a professional manner food was ripe and very palatable. Order was ready timely manner.

Next day, Tuesday still no call from the manager Amber. I had to call the shop again. I waited till 2pm. Called and spoke with her. She said, by coincidence my order that was suppose to be delivered on Sunday happened to be out for delivery at that moment. No apology, money off, offer to upgrade product... I told her to give me a refund. She was just as uncaring as her staff.
Worst experience ever. I ordered an arrangement yesterday morning and they still cant tell me when it will be delivered. They sent the order to another store because their systems were down. The other store didnt make it cause where it needs to go isnt their area i was told. This store just keep saying we thought they were gonna do it for us. Asked for manager someone named Jada. She not here was the response . They said we can refund you ok how long is that..5-7 days this is a joke. They could care less about customer service. I still have no idea when it will be delivered. The first time i worked with this location the fruit looked terrible when it arrived. Im done. This one store caused me to not want to deal with edible anymore period as i been a regular for 3 yrs now living in Vegas. I come to Cleveland and they on some other stuff in this city. Im good.
I placed an order online, and when given the area of location I selected this location, so to follow up I immediately called the location selected. First I was just thrown on hold before the call begin w/o knowledge, then the person who answered the phone was very rude !!! She told me my order was not here because the area code doesn’t go to this location, and told me it was cleveland Heights!!! Understandable, but I was trying to find out if there was anyway for her to see my order since this was the location!!! She started yelling, being over talkative towards me, without answering what I was trying to understand!!! I told her she was very unprofessional!!! Her reply was yea because I’ve told you several times it’s not at this store !!!! That’s just RUDE!!! I will be calling corporate ASAP. People spend to much money to be disrespected. #NeverAgain
First, this place completely unprofessional, not respect for online customers, and they real good given you refund, just because theyre incompetent, arrogant, never again, this store, need to be closed.....
I order two edible Arrangements for Mothers Day and I got delivery and I did not receive them No one has call me ...I also have to wait 2 more weeks for my money to get on the card I called last week and talked to a girl she said she did it and she never did so I called back in another girls today that is going to be back on my card on the car Friday 7 business days but I already did that last week worst location ever
Paid an extra $12 for delivery on yesterday 05/09 and it never arrived for my mom. Trying to call today and the phone is constantly ringing busy.
Cant get ahold of anyone...order was never delivered and cant find any way to get my money back!!!! Cant drive 4 states away to go to store!!!!!!! Never again.....
Very upset ! Order my mother a arrangement to be delivered, they never delivered or called with a update or explanation as to why the order never arrived !!!!!! I’ve been a longtime customer for years and this is very disappointing !

Worst expeirence Ive ever had! Dont ever do business with these people. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to the next edible Arrangements location! Ive been hung up on, called a liar, lied to about delivery times. If I owned this place I would fire most of the staff! I am a business owner in this city and would be appauled if I knew how my business was being ran and my customers being treated. Get rid of the staff you have and watch how this business flourishes.
Where do I began..I can honestly say the entire staff needs to be fired along with management! Whoever the owner is please save your business before its too late! I was left on hold and lied to about my refund.

Worst store experience of my life.Every time I call, other than to order, they put me on hold for at least 6 mins! I called back three sep times and each time was on hold for more than 6 mins. I just wanted to have an idea of when something would be delivered or if it had been.NO SERVICE EXPERIENCE AT ALL!!!

Placed an order for my grandmother for Mothers Day. I was charged however they never delivered her basket. I even called the store multiple times once it started getting later in the day from 2pm on but could not get anyone on the phone. Very sad looking like I forgot about my 86 year old grandmother for Mothers Day when the issue was that I entrusted this company to deliver the gift on the date promised on my receipt but they failed to do so.
Need to pay their employees more NOT management. The Cleveland Heights store is sooooo unprofessional and rude. They should just close down that awful location.
