Went to cash my husband lottery tickets on 6/23/21 around 7pm; the cashier behind the register stole his 20 winner scratch off; I called my husband to ask how much it was he told me a 46 in total of winnings with all of the scratch offs the cashier only gave me 26 dollars; I asked for the receipts not only did the cashier throw the receipts at me; he threw the scratch offs back at me; thank goodness my husband has the app that he can tell if he won or not on his phone. So on 6/25/21 my husband went back to store to cash the one in where he won 20 dollars the new cashier told him it was already given my husband asked to speak to the manager and explained what happened to me last night and asked to see the camera so it shows the cashier throwing the receipts at me it shows the cashier scanning all the scratch offs and throwing them back at me. My husband said he was going call the cops and the manager told him not too and gave back his money and said he will talk to the cashier. The cashier needs to be fired and charged! I can imagine how many people he has done this too! Just beware!!!

Close this location, or find an entirely new management and staff. Best location, but worst 7-11. Iced coffee, hot coffee and soda machines are always empty.....and dirty. Everything in this place is dirty. Theres 7-11 every 2 miles....just keep driving.

On 2 separate occasions 2 separate employees lost their temper. The first time, I was trying to use the air compressor to fill my tires and I put coins into the machine. An employee comes over and starts berating me because I didn’t read the sign that said it was out of order. It was written with a thin marker and was sun faded. I responded that the sign needed to be a little better made. He didn’t appreciate my critique of his sign making abilities and said F*ck you. Yea.The second time, I was asking an employee about a coffee promotion on the app and his manager came over and started screaming and told me to call a phone number. I told him my question wasn’t about the app. He continued to yell.I now purposely avoid this location although it’s more convenient for me. These guys don’t want to be good neighbors and that’s fine. They charged me $11.80 for a cup of coffee. When I realized it the next day on my bank statement. I called and they said they did no such thing & hung up on me. So I went to my bank and reported the incident. My bank will not pay them.

7 eleven corporate should cancel the franchise license for this guy. He has an unbelievable bad attitude. I used to buy cigarettes from there but now I dont go and I wont go there for anything even if its the only store open in the US 😂

By far the worst 7-11 I have ever visited,Cashiers are terrible, there is only one cashier open mostly while other workers are hanging around chatting with each other.No respect to costumers at all.

Nastiest 7-11 in NJ. VERY rude and LAZY employees. Their attitude is as horrific as their bathroom is. They refuse to pump your gas, even though it is NJ state law. They make sexist comments at the cashier. I am appalled that this place is still open. BLECH!

I never thought I would run out of gas while sitting and waiting in a gas station-which is open but has no one working the pump. The clerk inside has looked right at me several times but refuses to come out. This is really the worst fuel experience I have ever had. Still waiting 45 minutes later because I’m too afraid to drive anywhere else on such a low tank.

Dont even bother with this location after 8 PM, just dont waste your time

I love the people here and The manager is great! The ladies have great personalities and humor. Every time I need something the manager runs to help me. Every morning he is greeting customers. If there isn’t coffee he will stop what he is doing to fix the problem. Whenever I purchase something they always remind me about my 7-Eleven rewards cards so I can save money. Best place to start your morning right.

Worst 7-11 there is. I bought an extra large coffee and too an extra cup so that I can split the coffee with my co worker and the guy charges me an extra dollar for a small paper cup. Like what kinda BS is that. Never buying anything from here again. Its not like the coffee is fresh or good here anyway I just come here because its along the way to work but NO MORE. Never again.Seems like Im not the only one getting ripped off by this location. DONT COME HERE! Go down the road or up the road to a different location. Dont come here

One-stop shopping in morning. Coffee, ATM, gas, lottery, cigarettes, etc. Sometimes busy when paying. Gas attendant can be slow if youre in a hurry. Staff is hardly pleasant.

The coffee station is ALWAYS filthy! During the morning rush, they usually have 1 cashier, as 1 is making coffee and 2 are cleaning something (not the coffee station), while the line grows down the aisle! It used to be extremely clean, with polite people working but not so much anymore!

The manager tried to rip me for $1.79 for 7 eleven brand Ice Cream Sandwich. When it supposed to be $1.29..I told him no.He is a liar..zGot it down the street for $1.29 and reported him to corporate

I went to out 5$ in gas the the attendant gave me an attitude because of the small amount! So what I needed change...then my millegae went from 199 to only 206. Def got ripped off for 1.9 gallons I should of at least got 50 miles not 7. Do not go here at any cost the food taste like cardboard also...run away!! I will be reporting them.

This is the best 7-11. The workers are friendly, the store is clean, the store manager keeps everything running smoothly and the coffee is always fresh and hot. You can even get your gas here too.

Monday May 21 at around 11:15 pm, the young male cashier made a comment about my weight. I live with my fiance and his family a few streets over from the 7eleven and frequent this location a lot. I have just had a child a few months ago and already am self conscious about my weight. The young male cashier that was working had asked if I was eating more because I looked good before now. He has already tried flirting with me before and told me he liked me. Not only do I now feel uncomfortable going to this location because of him, but the incident tonight has made me even more upset and self conscious about my appearance/weight. I have never had any problems with the other workers, theyve always been nice and helpful.

All I have to say is look at the prices, pay attention to what they are ringing in and ask for receipts ALWAYS! And don’t ever take their word on your lotto tickets that they aren’t a winner. Not only have I been over charged 8 out of ten times I’d go to this store and have to show them the price listed under items, I’ve been ripped off over and over again. I checked a pick four lotto ticket on the NJ lotto website and finding it was a $75 winner I went to the store where the guy said it was a loser and put it under the counter. When I said it was definitely a winner he argued with me. I demanded my ticket back and cashed it at a different store. The self check is always broken and placed at back of store. Another time I forgot my small purse/bag on the counter after buying a big gulp. When I went back for it the $8 in quarters were gone and I was told it was found out in the parking lot and turned in without any money. They never honor the cigarettes discounts on the signs they hang in plain site behind counter. The fountain soda area is always dirty, sticky, and trash all over the counter and floor. Many times last summer there were ants crawling all over the place. And the lines are extremely long and 1 cashier. 2-3 other employees stocking shelves or in back room won’t come open the second register to help. When I became more familiar to this town Lyndhurst upon moving here from NY I started driving to 1 of the 2 locations in North Arlington. I will never walk through the doors of the store in Lyndhurst ever again! And I live right around the corner. Rude, nasty customer service, and ripping customers off that work hard for every dime. It’s a shame these same employees still have a job after almost 2 yrs now I’ve been living here. If you go in just double check EVERYTHING before leaving the store.

Usually I dont give low starts anyplace even if its bad but for this 7-eleven location, 1 start is oo much. Very bad service, they were three people and all of them were doing cleaning and refilling shelves. I was waiting in front of cashier to pay for more than 5 mins. I ask 3 times helped but no one respond and they started to speak in their language. I hate this shop NEVER come back!!!

The location is definitely convenient but far from the great service of Quikchecks or even other 7-elevens. the younger employees never seem to have any energy and look lazy, are not really courteous, and never smile and whatever we ask they say no to. The older employees are a bit more helpful as they will actually try to help you. Careful with what they charge you, the 99c ice coffee promo actually costs $2 something, idk why but yeah.Its kind of a downer to go in there in the morning, they never greet or smile, so doom-full.Update: the new older gas station attendant is nice and friendly. The people working inside are still annoyed that we are coming in- really ? Every time i go there the workers have a problem with someone there.theyve made a few sarcastic, and inappropriate remarks to patrons. I think this location is waiting for a harassment or discrimination suit to drop on them.

Nacho machine doesn’t work for weeks now

The gas attendant that typically works the evening rush hour shift couldnt be any less energetic. Ive literally seem him roll his eyes as people pull in for gas and even then he doesnt get up from where hes sitting right away....takes his sweet time

Almost every time I get gas here, the gas attendant takes SEVERAL minutes to arrive at my car. Once I arrived and they refused to allow me to get gas because the attendant was busy and didnt feel like it. The worst 7-Eleven in jersey.
