I took my wedding ring in to be cleaned and they were able to make it shine like new again! This was my first time in, so I was happily surprised to see that it was a full service, highly knowleagable store and staff. I had a lot of questions about some jewelry that my grandma had given me, and even though they were busy they took the time to educate me on how to take care of it and how to make sure that it is properly insured. I have a few rings and necklaces that I am DEFINITELY going to bring back in, to have their professional eye take a look at it and tell me more about them. I felt really well-informed when I left, and was not expecting to learn so much from just taking my wedding rings in for a cleaning. This place is AWESOME! They have earned my trust!

Rude associates! I took my diamond tennis bracelet in to get an appraisal, with 2.5 hours until close and not a single customer in the store they told me they wouldnt be able to get it done and I could leave it there and pick it up another day. A little hesitant to leave it for a few days and wanting my moms opinion, the associate said, See all these diamond tennis bracelets here? Tell your mom we dont need hers!. Um excuse me?! How rude! They also told my husband he looked bored, maybe it was because he wasnt impressed with your wonderful customer service skills. Ill never go back nor recommend anyone to do business with such a condescending business.And to respond to the response below, you shouldnt be sorry for my review, you should be sorry for the associates snarky comments and rude demeanor. Also, they said if we came in at 11 they couldve done it same day, so seems to me like yes you do do same day appraisals on Saturdays, but that wasnt even my issue. If you read my review, my main issue was the disrespectful comments. Your apology seems more like a lousy attempt to make it seem like what happened wasnt wrong on your part. End of story.

It is impossible to overstate how masterful and creative this jeweler is. IMG designed our wedding rings 25 years ago and they are still treasures. Currently, both my husband and I had IMG design and create 2 rings each. His two were class rings from past degrees received. The rings were not available from the 2 universities, so we created them together. Sentimental, yes, and just stunning! I purchased a gorgeous Tanzanite stone and the mount and other stones were just perfect. They bend over backwards to give you what you desire.

I purchased the sweetest pair of vintage diamond, yellow and white gold studs that I had my eye on for months and saved up for. I also was looking for a delicate yellow-gold cross and they had a very beautiful and feminine one that I also purchased. The family jeweler our family has used for decades decided to retire and close up shop this past year. Because it is so hard to find someone you can trust with your jewelry and develop a working relationship with, I allowed my rings to sit uncleaned and unchecked for more than a year. Then my daughter got engaged, and she and her fiance bought their rings at IMG. I had never been inside this shop before; I thought it was a big conglomerate and wasnt interested. However, my daughter explained that they are actually a family-owned and operated company and that they gave excellent, personalized service. So I decided to give them a try, and I am so glad I did. I was welcomed warmly, and given full and respectful attention. They cleaned and checked my diamond wedding ring while I waited and, when they handed it back to me, I can honestly say it looked brand new! So I decided to make them my new family jeweler. The following week I brought in the very precious family heirloom cocktail ring that has been handed down from mother to daughter for generations. I needed to have it cleaned and sized since its original butterfly clasp had long since broken. IMG did this beautifully for me, and they did it in time for me to wear it to my daughters wedding. I am so pleased to have found IMG and made them my new family jeweler. I pray they will outlast me!!!

We came in to buy a birthday present for my mother-in-law. Found a nice pair of earrings we both liked and within our budget, with help from the staff. Beautiful wrapping job and the entire process was seamless and relatively quick so my husband was happy. And my mother-in-law was pleased with the earrings. A good experience.

This past spring I took some damaged jewelry of my mother-n-laws to IMG looking to have repairs made. The staff was gracious and helpful and a week later I picked up the pieces which were beautifully finished! Following my great experience with the repairs I opted to bring some pieces of my own to have them reset, repaired, and redesigned. All pieces were perfectly finished. After over 7 years of having them sitting unworn I am wearing them again!

My wedding band had to be cut off. I wanted it restored but it had to be made larger. The jeweler made it larger and matched the design on it so perfectly, I couldnt find the place where it was fixed. I am so glad I trusted IMG with my ring.

Hands down the best experience and why weve gone back! We started looking for engagement rings at all of the standard mall stops and local chains which ended in pushy, not as fun experiences. They lacked jaw dropping designs or diamonds that stirred that Im picking out THE ring vibe you dream about. Cassie from IMG made it SO easy and comfortable and helped my now *husband* ( still fun!) build a custom beauty that literally brought me to tears. I can not recommend her or this Jeweler enough!!

IMG holds a very special place in my heart. Izzy the founder was my grandmothers jeweler and he even made my bar mitzvah ring when I was a kid. He was also my mothers jeweler. Presently, Steve has carried the torch from his father and I wouldn’t pick anywhere other than IMG to trust with family heirlooms and custom jewelry work. Bottom Line: by far, one of the best experiences Ive had at any jewelry store in Northeast Ohio. Period.I was in the market for an engagement ring, and began to do some research on styles and prices. Before IMG, the majority of the stores I had been to were very pushy, and not willing to work within the budget I had defined, making comments such as Well, youre not going to find anything in the price range... and what can I do to get you to purchase this today?.Ernie and staff were very accommodating, and willing to work within my budget. Throughout the process, there was zero pressure and no comments about the budget. He also took the time to discuss and explain the 4 Cs of diamonds, something I had been researching, but none of the other jewelers even attempted to mention. Ernie wanted to make sure that I got something that I loved, at the price I wanted.We also got into a discussion about natural VS lab- grown diamonds. The other jewelry stores had them, but didnt believe in them, stating that a diamond isnt a diamond unless it comes out of the ground.... The sheer lack of open-mindedness concerned me. Ernie ended up bringing in 3 real diamonds and one lab-grown diamond. When asked what he preferred, he remained neutral and did not try to push one more than the other.Overall, by far the best experience out of all of the jewelers I went to and I will be returning to purchase the wedding bands soon. No wonder they have been around since 1949!Thanks again Ernie and crew for a great experience!

IMG is always are go-to place for jewelry. Their service is exceptional! I just had a necklace restrung. They suggested that each bead be knotted in place; now the jade beads won’t fall off and scatter if the string should break. Every time I go there I am impressed by their friendly, knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

IMG is the only jewelry store I go to. Although I dont buy their jewelry (Im more of the crafty jewelry type) Ive gone to them for a repair/redesign of my engagement ring, for inherited jewelry appraisals, and even for a simple watch battery for a $25 watch. I never feel pressured to buy their jewelry although there are GORGEOUS pieces. Im treated with friendliness and respect, which has not been the case at another nearby fine jewelry store. I highly recommend IMG.

I recently found IMG and I will now be a life long customer!My husband purchased my wedding set from a different jeweler on the far westside. He later has a custom 3rd band made too. The sizing was very tight and the 3rd band was so new, it didnt match my wedding set. However, IMG fixed it!!!I first messaged IMG on fb to ask about pricing. They were very quick to respond and very friendly. I dropped my rings off for re-sizing, polishing and re-dipping....all which was done in house! They helped me pick out the right size for my engagement ring and 2 wedding bands. They told me when my ring would be ready. My rings were ready way earlier than expected! When I received them I was so excited! They looked gorgeous!!!!!!I am so excited! You cant even tell which band was the original! All 3 fit perfect now. My favorite part is the unbelievable amount of sparkle my rings have. They havent looked this beautiful since my wedding Day!!! I can’t say enough about the knowledgeable staff, unique selection and relaxed environment. In addition to finding the perfect anniversary ring, I had two sapphire eternity bands resized. On top of all that I asked for something that would not tarnish and they said it white gold n will never tarnish....well..11months later guess what??? Tarnishing n looks terrible.

I cannot recommend IMG any more! The staff worked together to help find me the perfect engagement and wedding ring pairing for my fiance. Ernie expressed zero pressure at any stage of my search and was very professional throughout. He e-mailed me different pictures based upon what we discussed and the different things that I had liked on the rings that they had in their cases onsite. Ernie went ahead and ordered the two rings I expressed interest in before I had even committed to purchasing through IMG. I dropped an heirloom set off for them to resize and it was ready FAR sooner than I had expected. When I returned to pick them up, he had already received in the set that I expressed interest. Ernie was very knowledgeable of the process and informed me of the different things for me to think about throughout. When I settled on the pairing of my choice, IMG again exceeded my expectations on price and anticipated complete by date. When I had returned to pick the rings up, Ernie and his colleagues explained to me the insuring process as well. I do not expect to ever purchase another engagement ring, but I definitely will be back for gifts for my future wife!

I went to IMG Jewelers for the first time after scouring reviews for custom jewelry work/repair shops around the Cleveland area. Why I chose it was mostly based on the reviews Ive read and also their main website which seemed to have a much more friendlier and accommodating tone than others Ive run across.I had received a ring as a gift with the center stone (alexandrite) that I absolutely loved, but was not happy about the setting it was in. I knew I wanted to get it reset some day. The metal work covered most of the sides of the stone, so it looked like it was impeding the light distribution in the gem, which is not good. Because of the larger carat weight, it tended to gravitate to one side sometimes around on my finger. The style of the ring was also not very comfortable, as it had extremely fine band of metal right underneath the top of my finger which tended to dig in to the skin.I was helped by Melissa and she took the measurement of the stone, then told me what the price ranges would be to get a stone reset in the style of the ring and kind of the metal I would like to have. I was actually nearly overwhelmed by the sheer amount of style options that was before me.. which was great. :)Melissa was incredibly patient as I looked through the different options and asking for prices/opinions on the setting several times over. I do like to take my time when it comes to that and she never rushed me through any part of the process. When I had finally decided and paid, she quoted me a date that the ring would be ready by.I actually just retrieved the ring today, which was way earlier than the initial quote. The metal of the ring is extremely solid and sturdy feeling and ring itself is VERY comfortable to wear now. Also, because the stone is not covered up from the odd metal work that it used to be in, Im getting beautiful flashes from the alexandrite.I definitely plan on coming back to get few of my loose stones and uncomfortable jewelry reset and would highly recommend this place to everyone.

My fiancé and I found the most beautiful engagement ring there and their white glove costumer service was perfection compared to other stores I had gone to prior. They have such beautiful and unique jewelry - crossing my fingers my fiancé stops back in to IMG before Christmas!

I recently had my engagement/wedding band restyled by IMG for our 30th wedding anniversary. My engagement marquis is now surrounded by my wedding band diamonds with some diamonds added to create an amazing halo. I chose a single thin yellow gold band and the diamond/s stand out in a spectacular manner. My initial ring was composed of a lot more gold, so I never realized how vast my diamond/s were. IMG worked a miracle! At first I was hesitant about having my ring restyled as I was just going to have the band/s enlarged a bit. But having seen the result, and hearing comments from friends and family (and strangers), I now feel as though I have given my beautiful diamond/s a rebirth. I think my ring is as happy as I am!I have never written a review before. However, I am so enthused and grateful for the IMG professional and courteous staff and the work they do, that I felt writing the review was a must. Thank you IMG xoxo
