Great experience receiving an FFL transfer through Paul. Fast, friendly, and easy process by appointment. He has recently suffered some medical issues (if you are wondering about the recent complaints in reviews)- I truly wish him the best!Edit: Paul has closed indefinitely as of June 2020 due to health.

Had gun transferred here about 2 months ago. Owner was sick and COVID 19 going on. I understand this and I was in no hurry. Now business is closed permanently and no response via phone, email, nor text about how I am supposed to get my gun which I already paid for. They should return it to the online seller (Buds) so I can get a refund. If they dont then it is theft and I will take them to small claims court.

Wonderful experience. I saw him interact with a few customers and he treats everyone with the upmost rest, a true gentleman. I asked him a thousand questions even changed my mind and selected a different gun as he was already filling out the paperwork! Handled it all gracefully. Purchased two guns and he is definitely my go to gun store from now on!

I met Paul for the first time today but I can say with complete confidence that it will not be my last visit! Extremely professional and welcoming and my daughter and I were out with my purchase in no time. Lyndhurst definitely has a gem in its neighborhood!

Waited several months for my gun, and when i finally got a chance to pick up, the owner couldnt find my gun and instead gave me an equivalent that he had in stock. i confirmed this with the gun distributer by comparing the serial Numbers, so it looks like i have someones gun. the owner seemed very confused. Its sad but its probably time to close shop.

Placed my order months ago! At this point I just want my money back. I haven’t received a call or haven’t been notified by by the owner or anything. I tried calling and this guy never answers. Really bad for business and I am getting this out ASAP!! Do not do business here

Ive been buying from Gun Galaxy for better than 10 years and have never had a bad experience. Paul is the most courteous and customer friendly gun store owner that I have met. I have been to most gun stores in the northern half of Ohio. Gun Galaxy has the best quality guns and the most competitive pricing in the region!

Ordered a firearm that was delivered to Establishment 3 months ago. Didnt receive call about dealer. being closed. Firearm was not retuned even through its been paid for. There should be something done. Im out of my weapon and money

I ordered a gun from this company and was having it shipped. I ordered on feb 23,2020 and today is March 14, 2020 and I still have no received a tracking number a phone call or a email back to what is going on. This has turn into a headache and at this point I just want my money back. I even told another person and they purchased a gun to for pick up and they still haven’t heard anything. So now I look bad I will not recommend this company to anyone. Worst experience Iam having and this was my first gun purchase.

This guy is great! Was referred here by a friend of my boyfriend. He has a very nice selection of guns and they are really nice prices. My boyfriend got (*from what we can find online*) a very one of a kind .380 Sig Sauer. We love it. I plan to go here to buy my gun next time I have extra cash ^_^

Always my go to for FFL transfers, Very nice guy that will work with you and doesnt overcharge.Be aware! His store is inside his house so if you think your GPS is messed up it isnt! The entrance is on the side of his house.He is the go to gun store for people in the know.

So I ordered a gun online and It’s been one whole month of nothing. I tried to call and the voicemail is always full. This guy never answers or called regarding the order I placed online. So far I fell like I have been ripped off. I didn’t even receive a tracking number for my purchase.

If you need someone to accept your gun when delivered, he is quick, professional and very thorough. Also, less expensive than most.

This isnt even a store. The address is to a house. I drove all the way here because they adverise open hours on Saturday. NOPE. Nobody home on Saturday I guess. Maybe the neighbor sells firearms? Nope just a daycare. Darn.

Went to get a personal protection weapon.... He has a large selection and what he didnt have he could get it. Found a very affordable, feminine, solid 9mm handgun. Highly recommended.

Had my order shipped here only to find out that a day before delivery date they stopped accepting third party shipments. My order was refused and returned to sender which it already took a while to be delivered in the first place. I have to wait until the sender receives it then have it shipped back out to another location.

Great shop good prices, bought a 12 gauge Stevens shotgun over a year ago.

Initially I was looking for a SCCY handgun and this location had several in stock. I had been searching for one to see in person. This is a small store and very well set up inside. I ended up having an excellent experience and left with a much better choice of a Sig Sauer P938. I had been to 5 stores and this one had better stock then most of the large locations. Overall I would recommend for sure to anyone just remember to look for the house not a business and gps takes you right to the address no problem.
