Do not use...they have not sent me a bill in 2 months and will expect me to pay up to date in one payment. They never return your calls. No online bill pay or account what so ever. The quality of the food they give you is very good but its not worth the hassle of dealing with the people of this company. I will not be renewing my contract with them after my first one is up this September.

Food is great everything else is a disappointment. Beware of your order accuracy. Check to make sure what the sales guy writes down is the same as your delivery slip. Weve ordered from them 3 times and each time they have shorted us many items. Customer service is fair minus at best. After spending thousands on food you shouldnt have to check the order accuracy.

CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL. The food is of good quality but the company starts playing games with the size of your order and re-stocking after your first order. You can not view your account, order food, or pay bills online, everything is paper. They also dont send bills out on time or answer their phone. Then they want to try and charge you late fees. I am a second time customer. My first experience was great...it been downhill thereafter. I will not be ordering again.

I highly recommend people stay away from this company. HORRIBLE customer service, when someone actually answered the phone which was rare. Many of my items didnt match up to what I ordered. My food was delivered without notifying me as well. The list can go on but steer clear from this company.

Food isn’t that good, it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with anyone, most certainly don’t purchase anything else from them because it’s over priced and poor quality. Never heard from anyone after the first order, they wouldn’t send the bill. This is basically a scam company.
