The guy there is very helpful always knowledgeable and helps you with what you need! So much nicer than going to the big box stores and right in town

A Harware store that does not carry a hammer should be close, there wont be a next time, I will drive 10 extra minutes to the big boys for my hardware

Horrible experience. Looked for a 4 coupling and I wasnt sure what it was. The guy was extremely rude and asked me to read the sign regarding the return policy. Would rather go to Home Depot next time even for an emergency item. Horrible service.

The owner of this store is so mean. One day I just went to see some tools and he would live me alone, he was all over me asking what did I need when I was trying to look for myself. The store doesnt even have enough tools that someone might need. A couple tools have broken already. This is some cheap tools that break easily. Its a dark place with so little light and it smells bad. Poor hygiene. Its not a good place to buy some tools

Bought a toilet part for 1799. Then found out it was 798 at Lowe’s. Next time I’ll take the ride... no wonder these guys are going out of business😞

Ownership is in fact rude. Admittedly I dont go to the hardware store to be wined and dined but it wouldnt hurt this person to learn some manners.

Lyndhurst Hardware Store at 340 Ridge Road is dishonest and not a nice person. I purchased a can of Fill and Seal on Sat afternoon and returned it on Mon morning unused because its spray nozzle was broken-in-half. This is how it was given to me and I have no reason to lie. The store owner, who personally sold me this can, said it was not purchased at his store because the bottom of the can had different color ink marking than the other cans on his shelf. He knows I brought this can from him and the returned can’s top cap cover has the exact same price tag as the other cans on his shelf. He refused to exchange or refund my money because he lied and said this broken can was not purchased at his store.
