My wife and I shop here regularly. I really like the look of the store recently since the new owner! Very helpful staff, great selection of clothes and shoes at reasonable prices. Kids love the store too!

In my experience here, this is a great place to shop and even allow your toddler to shop a little for themselves they love that! Ive sold items to the store as well as bought items and its been a great experience for years!

I shop here all the time. Dress all three of my kids at a fraction of the cost. Yes, some items may seem overpriced and yes, it seems that what you get when you resell, is nominal. BUT, the service is always fantastic and fair, and the clothes are ALWAYS in excellent condition; and, when you consider all that you dont have to do (sort, go to multiple stores to find what you need, gas, time, etc., etc), what you get is worth every penny and more. There is also always a ton in various price ranges, so if some things may seem pricey, all you have to do is move down the rack :-) There is a I really, really a whole lot more at prices that you just cannot beat anywhere else. Especially winter clothing, its a win win for me. I love this store and everyone that works there. Im a customer until my kids grow out of it.

I absolutely love this place! There are tons of sizes and varieties of clothes, shoes and toys all in one store! My kids are both under 4 yrs old (boy and girl) and shopping at other places is a nightmare compared to this store in terms of the amount of things that you can find in one place. I dont sell my clothes/shoes/toys because I prefer to donate but I have attempted to sell to places like Platos closet and you get a similar return at this store. Its a place of business.. In terms of shopping this is the place to go!!

The store is very organized and clean. A wide variety of items. And I love the mini shopping carts for small children.

This is fantastic! I needed great kids clothes for my family of three and cant afford a fortune (kids clothes are too expensive, especially given how quickly they out grow them), but want something decent. The downside is you never know what you will find here. The upside is it can be amazing. Ill be back and when my kids get bigger, Ill sell back what is still in good shape.

Brought in clothes with tags, never worn. Half of it was taken for a quarter of what I paid. The other half, the higher end clothing, were not wanted. Im not sure how this works but it was not worth the time or effort. Six shirts with tags and 2 pairs of pants are worth more than $12.

I really used to like this store and shopping here. I even appreciated the employees until... I became an Unhappy customer. I have been supporting this place since my twins have been born and that’s been 4 years. They have gotten lots of money out of me between this place and Platos (as it is to my understanding, that both franchises have the same owner) I have brought and sold here many times.Like another reviewer said,The price point is ridiculous on a lot of the items and they tend to give you far less than the value of your items when you sell it to them.I have an understanding of it kind of, because they are in the business of making a profitIt wasn’t until they played me on a purchase that I have decided to make a review and encourage my friends to just go to once upon a child.I also work at a child care facility and I told my administrator to stop going and to tell the parents who I referred to stop as wellBad business hereI’ll explainFirst off there is an employee there who is rude beyond belief and is never reprimanded because she’s still there being rude to customers.She’s supposedly the manager.I purchased a pair of “Gucci” casual shoes from her originally priced for $125 I believe and I got them for $90I purchased them for my daughter as a graduation gift, only she didn’t graduate so I never gifted them to her. Because they were such a pricey item for a second hand store, I decided to ask if they would take them or buy them back from me.I told them what happened and on several attempts,The “manager” Ruthie refused, with a nasty attitude.She said the store will not be purchasing high end designer items because they won’t sell well.Meanwhile, I’m seeing new “high end” items (more Gucci and Louis Vuitton casuals ) in their sneaker showcaseMoving forward I tried selling the shoes online and to other resale shops. No one was interested and the other resale shops had questions about the shoes being authentic.I took the shoes to Platos to sell next door to Revolve and Blair addressed it immediately (thank you Blair, you’re always on point) Blair took the shoes back to Revolve and stated that the shoes needed to be authenticated.Why were the shoes NOT authenticated BEFORE they were marked for sale? 🤔So now the owner Felize is involved.These shoes sat with Felize for about a month before she finally told me, “no, I won’t be buying these back because I don’t want to get stuck with them”Those were her exact wordsThen she goes on to say “ we believe they are authentic “ although they never authenticated them before selling them to me.She also suggested that I try selling the shoes on Marketplace on Facebook or other online selling methods. I expressed to her that I tried and my posts got rejected due to authenticity issues. Really!! REALLY!!!She said that “they” would not have sold me the shoes if they didn’t believe that the shoes were authentic. But, my question to her at this point was... is your staff capable of authenticating high end items? She said items are sent off for authentication in which I am more than welcome to pay for myself. Really? REALLY??She gave me the option to do consignment stating that the price would drop monthly by $10 or more and that she would take a cut if they got sold. How is this legal? How is this fair?Is it because I’m black? I don’t know... but... buyer be aware...!!! Every Cutomer isn’t treated equally here.Now I’m stuck with a shoe I can not wear because my feet are not a size 5! And they (Felize and crew) seem to NOT GIVE A CARE IN THE WORLD! LIke oh well... your loss!Beware.

I made the mistake of not going through the items they were purchasing from me. When I got home and went through the things that they didnt take, I saw that four of the two-piece infant items were returned with either the top or bottoms missing. Now, the outfits are no good to anyone with half missing. I will not be returning to either purchase or sell. I also think the pricing is extremely low.

Pricing is not right at all They give you barely nothing for what u bring in and they are extremely picky about stuff your better off selling things on fb you will get more for things

Natalie saw me walk in a little while after 7:30pm and didnt greet me nor did she look happy that I came in. She stated it would be 20 minutes and after waiting for 10 minutes while she and another associate were cleaning the store to close at about 8:10 she asked me was there anything I needed. I advised I needed to check out and she said well I told you I was done. While showing me what items they were not taking, she tossed my bag on the floor while I was holding my hand out to grab the bag from her. Needless to say I didnt feel welcome and I was appalled by the disrespectful staff. Thanks to Natalie I wont be a returning customer.
