They were so rude. Savanah, the cashier was unnecessarily rude to me at check out when I simply asked if they were giving flu shots by walk in or appointment. So then I went back to pharmacy to ask them and the pharmacist wouldnt even allow to say one word before he shot me down saying, I cant answer your question right now, youll have to wait. I didnt even say one word to him, I was just standing by the window. Honestly Ive been treated so rudely in a retail store in my life.
On Froday I Signed up for Covid test for Sunday as this is the earliest appt that was available. I have a young child with a rare disease and needs my care but while I am not feeling week I cannot care for her. I showed up for my appt as scheduled and there was a sign saying no Covid testing sorry for the inconvenience. I get places run out of test but the fact that I drove 20 minutes and was never notified they did not have the test is poor customer service. Now the earliest appt I can get is Wednesday.
Pharmacy staff are rude and always have an attitude. Prescriptions are never filled when I go. They never know what is supposed to be filled and lose stored prescriptions so I have had to read out what I am supposed to be getting multiple times. Darcy is the worst with her attitude - If someone hates their job that much, they should probably quit and go elsewhere to avoid making customers even more miserable than they are due to having to deal with this mess of a place.

I really like the service this store provides. Most of the staff is friendly and make my visits pleasant, esp. Aliyah, Sarah, & Melody; the entire pharmacy staff is very helpful.
We love Walgreens, our experience has been so much better than at our previous pharmacy. They are very quick to fill prescriptions even if we dont call ahead. I was also super impressed when we changed insurance and they were able to get our insurance on file right away even though I didnt have my card yet. We would definitely recommend Walgreens pharmacy to anyone.
Usually, when I stop by this Walgreens, the employees are very friendly. This morning however was not the case. I had stopped by to grab some things before work. When I went to check out and women ushered me over to the beauty department. She checked me out and as tired and out of it as I was I started speaking Spanish, a language I use daily, without thinking. Instead of politely saying that she could not understand me, she was very offended and started getting on to me about thinking she was Spanish I apologized but she still treated me with an attitude. I didnt know to speak Spanish in Walgreens was a problem. I hope that employee learns how to be more professional towards customers in the future. This is the only time I have been treated rudely in this Walgreens and most of the staff are kind and friendly people.

Poor customer service, went to send a western union, the guy that was at the photo booth asked someone else to do the transaction for him and the girl that came to help not even say hello, or how can I help you, nothing, she seemed annoy that she had to come and help me, and barely the only thing she say was: put your number in, not thank you, no nothing!! bad!!!!!! II work in retail and customers are always number 1 priority, if you have to stop doing something always greet them and make them feel welcome, always say good bye and thank you. I think this is the last time I will use this store.

This location has some of the most rude workers i swear! There has only been one worker here whos nice and kind every time and Im not even sure she worls there anymore. Today was the final straw, if youre rude to me you cant redeem it by trying to talk to me like were buddies, that simply wont fly.

Went to pick up a prescription from this location. I filled the prescription, got called that it was ready (and emailed) went to pick it up and it wasn’t in the system, wasn’t filled, and they had no idea where it was. Then I talked to an older woman who was just terrible and short with me and trying to make it my fault instead of on their end. TERRIBLE customer service. Side note: I have never written a review for anything, anywhere, so that should tell you about how bad of an experience I had. Save yourself some time and frustration and go somewhere else.
The Worst! I called simply to speak with someone in the photo department. Was told that was the store manager and was placed on hold for a long time. Never connected. Someone else picked up the phone and had no idea or clue. Waste of time!

Ive never made a public complain about ANYTHING, so please keep this in mind.My ONE year old twin was just diagnosed with the flu this evening. Instead of calling me and telling me that they didnt have the tamiflu, they waited until I got there.After about an hour of going on a wild goose chace, I finally found CVS who had it. Theyve been wonderful by the way.However, when CVS tried to fill it, they didnt delete their prescription, which would make me pay about $200 extra dollars. When trying to correct the problem, CVS was put on hold for 45 minutes!Like I mentioned, this is my one year old baby. The flu is serious this year. The cdc even called an emergency meeting earlier this month in regards to it.Sincerely,I very worried/upset motherP.S CVS has been amazing. Thank you CVS
Darcy, a pharmacy tech, is prob the rudest B#T%H who talks down to people. She has the personality and customer service skills as a scrambled egg! I say, Thumbs Down to Darcy unfortunately, the BEST EVER tech, Sarah no longer works in that dept. Darcy told me on several occassions when I we t to pick up scripts, it was inappropriate WHAT?!! Even when I told her I was just at Dr. Office, when they sent in refill order, Dr. Said, she was wrong, it took me 3 times to get my meds. Unbelievable.. So I transferred my business to St. Matthews location, where the staff there, is courteous and prompt. No wonder Lyndon location gas 1.5 stars, wish I could give ZERO rating.
Ive had such awful experiences here. Everytime I go to pick up my prescription, there is some kind of problem and i end up going here every single day for a whole week each month just to get my prescription. Ive never had any problems with any other pharmacy. The lady at the front desk always acts confused when something goes wrong and obviously doesnt know how to do her job. I recently had problems with my insurance and the lady at the front desk didnt mention that I can get my prescription without my insurance even after I asked her if I could buy it without usiNguyen insurance. Its so sad that they have NO idea what they are even doing day after day. If I could give negative stars for this review, I would.

The pharmacy personal are always very rude. They fight and argue with each other every single time I go in there. When I have called to ask a question they either hang up on me intentionally or wont let me finish my question without rudely interrupting. They never actually answer the question, they will just say whatever they can to get me off the phone. There have been times when they denied having a certain medication in stock simply because they did not want to look for it. Then when I called other Walgreens they would tell me that they didnt have the medication in stock but the LYNDON store does!! Walgreens Pharmacy AT LYNDON LANE 40222. If you dont like your job QUIT. But DO NOT continue to LIE to people about medication. YOU MIGHT KILL SOMEBODY!
