The man who dealt with me today was so very rude that I will change pharmacies tomorrow. I am 83 years and he treated me like either a liar or a nitwit simply because I asked a question about a script. He also told me that CVS is THE most expensive of all pharmacies if you dare to pay cash. I dont have a lot of meds so they wont miss me and I wont have to tolerate verbal abuse.

Waited in drive-thru line for 30 minutes. Each vehicle before us was at the window for a bit. We pulled up and was told our 1 prescription was not ready- and asked if we needed it today. I told him we don’t live nearby (about 45 min away). ‘Bill’ then said best way to get it would be to come in. After waiting for 30 minutes in line just to be told to come inside and get in line there was not appropriate. Had a 1 and 2 year old in the car with me so ended up driving home prescriptionless, highly irritated at that.

Im sick with a lung infection. my doctor ordered me a nebulizer. I go to cvs and I was charged for the nebulizer. Im not really aware of the policy because Ive only been on Medicaid for a short while. Ive never opened the box much less used it..I cannot return this nebulizer. if they can sell it seems like they should be able to take it back,especially since it has never been opened .

Every time I called to get my prescriptions refilled, EVERY PERSON I SPOKE TO (except one gentlemen he was younger with blond hair) was EXTREMELY RUDE! I mean we’re going through a Pandemic. I understand the pharmacy must be overloaded. But that doesn’t give the pharmacist a right to be rude, unhelpful & treat you like you’re a drug addict.I’ve changed pharmacy’s to Winn-Dixie & I haven’t had one problem. Winn Dixie is nothing but excellent customer service & they have my prescriptions filled when needed.

Im only giving one start because I have no choice. My Dr called in my script on a Friday, cvs said they never got it, I had to go all weekend without my meds! So my Dr called in back in on Mon, still nothing! When I called to speak to someone in charge the Tech was very rude.

Called pharmacy 3 times listening to their music for 30 minutes each time till I just hung up each time. This reminded me why I only use CVS in Lynn Haven as a last resort.FINALLY I GET THROUGH!!! SOMEONE PICKS UP AMD SAYS CVS IN LYNN HAVEN. Went today looking to see if they had any sunburn spray located near the pharmacy besides up front...The lady in the Pharmacy was telling her Co-workers I got to make up the schedule and then when I ask her a question she quickly said. I dont know the people up front stocks the store . My thought is do you not not know your own store or even take an interest in case of a request for a medical item.??...Very disappointed.!! Trust me, I live in Lynn Haven but I got better Customer Service at CVS Callaway Pharmacy the other day .... I hope the Manager CVS in Lynn Haven can improve the attitude.....

This the absolute worst CVS I have ever been to! I go to pick my child prescription and was told they didnt fill it bc it was a $200 prescription. Wait what? And ask me to pull around and get in the back of line of 7 cars. I come back and go inside bc they are extremely slow in drive thru not 1 person line or even in the whole store, 3 people working the pharmacy and still I had to wait until drive thru line was done! This is absolutely insane.

Take your business elsewhere. Ive used this location for 6 years and never had a problem until they moved into their new building. They have turned into the absolute worst pharmacy. Youll be lucky to get your script filled the next day. And if they tell you itll be ready same day in a couple of hours, its a lie, dont wait around.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I am calling from a MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL OFFICE trying to contact the pharmacy. I have made multiple calls all morning and have been on hold for every call. This has taken well over an hour and a half out of my day. I called and spoke with someone that works in the store itself and asked if the Pharmacy was open. He said yes. I let him know I have been trying to contact them all morning in regards to a patients RX. He stated they have been having some issues with their phone but he would transfer me to them. He did...here I sit, again, on hold. This is so unprofessional and wrong. I do not recommend that anyone use this place. Just check the past reviews. I think corporate needs to get involved at this point. This place needs serious help.

Rude pharmacist. Was at the ER had toget medicine for one day to get me through my surgery day (next day) and they will not fill my pain meds FOR my surgery because of two different providers. Why can’t they just call the office to see how it is a legit prescription.

My Dr. Office was suppose to call script in to LYNN Haven however, they sent it to PCB location. I asked couldnt she call and get them to release to LYNN Haven location. She said all she could do was cancel it off my insurance. She was also very rude and short to the 70 year old man in front of me. I ended up having to drive all the way to the beach from LYNN Haven to pick up my meds, all why running a fever and just being diagnosed with the flu. Thanks CVS LYNN Haven for the awesome customer and helping your sick customers!

Frequently do not have medications prescribed in stock. Online program is less than ideal. I doubt it’s local staff as much as corporate policies and most likely not enough staff or staff support. In any case - the online system will also tell me I don’t have refills when I do. Have to bug MD’s office and it ends up taking way too many phone calls back and forth. Pick up window lines are often long and slow. Hope they get the staff they need and this all gets better. Not many to choose from here.

They lose your prescription bottles that they are supposed to call over from other stores; theyre never ready on time; your constantly waiting on line; theyre constantly out of stock from scripts you get from them every monrh, etc etc etc. Save your sanity and go Anywhere else!!!!

If I were able to choose 0 stars, I would. After waiting in the drive thru line for 15 minutes, the pharmacy tech denied me my medication after the automated prompt informed me that they were closed. IT WAS 9:01PM. Instead of even explaining that she was sorry they were closed, she stood at the window shaking her head no and looking at her watch. Then she proceeded to walk away.This would not be a problem if I hadnt have already waited since 8:45pm for the two cars in front of me.

They never answer the phone. I have been calling for over a week and have not gotten anyone to answer. I was in the store and watched them let the phone ring and not answer it. About a month ago. The lady pharmacist is really short with you and makes you feel very rushed. Wish I didnt have to give a star at all!

It seems that after the storm their estimation of when your prescription will be ready is anywhere from 24 to 72 hours different than what they tell you. And rude Ive lost my temper. Walgreens works better out of a tent. Loyal customer for over 19 yrs at lynnhaven location.

This pharmacy really does not care.When calling to check on a prescription that was supposed to be ready they would continuously hang the phone up.The only way to get a prescription on time from these people is to go through the drive through and refuse to leave until they get your script ready letting them get backed up with cars then they seem to care.Worst pharmacy management Ive ever seen.

I absolutely despise using this pharmacy in Lynn Haven, FL. I left it about 6 years ago and thought surely they are better now since Im not able to use our regular pharmacy after the storm. The pharm tech was super rude back then, and that still holds true. Nothing has changed. And not to mention Ive been sitting on hold for over 30mins+ (they still havent picked up). I worked in a pharmacy in college and know this is not how you treat patients. This is ridiculous.

Cvs pharmacy is a joke or at least this location is! I walk up to the counter and stand there after a few minutes of watching the guy and gal talk back and forth filling prescriptions I finally was told they’d be right withme. Then after the lady walks over she looks up my prescription and tells me they have nothing and I physically dropped off at 4 pm and was told they’d be done in a couple hours. And she found the prescription laying on the computer never filled or typed in!!!! So I ask the lady how long then she says oh well 25 minutes! No I need them like 5 minutes. Oh well that’s not possible. Seriously they had five hours! It was dropped off at 4 pm and it’s almost 9

The service is terrible. Theyre chronically mean, and when they mess up they act like its your fault.I dropped off a prescription at 8 this morning. She said it would be ready at 10. I got here at 10:30 and she said another hour. At 11:30 she said it was being bagged and it would be 15 minutes. I guess it takes the super smart staff here 15 minutes to put a bottle in a paper sack. I wish I could say this was the first time they did this, but this is typical for every other time. Wallgreens is awesome but a little more expensive.

Worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with! I waited on hold for 45 mins. I went in the store to try and talk to someone and was advised that they don’t answer the phone. I was having some problems with insurance and the tech became very rude to me. My ins tried to reach out to her on the phone but, she still refused to answer the phone. It was terrible.

Worst pharmacy ever. Donna should really work on her customer service skills and not speak in a belittling tone to customers. I had the unfortunate luck of speaking with her several times on the phone and once in person in the last week and every time she came across as rude and disrespectful. Dont focus on putting the blame on another pharmacy for what your store did wrong. Focus on how to resolve the problem. If you dont like your job, please find another one. Thanks.

This pharmacy is in bad shape! The staff are unorganized and uninformed. I received a text message from the automated system, letting me know I had a prescription ready. Upon arrival, I was told that not only did they NOT have my prescription ready, but the prescription had been discontinued by the manufacturer. I showed them the text and they responded with, the app doesnt work.My doctor and a new pharmacy confirmed that my medication has not been discontinued at all.The store is ok but avoid the pharmacy!

Most of the people working at this CVS are nice and willing to help. But, therr is definitely something wrong with policies and procedures. For instance, I received a msg asking 2 days in a row asking me if I wanted my ALE REFILLED. I called the pharmacy to check on the drug and was told not to worry about it, I had picked it up LAST MONTH! She was nice but I had called, gone through the steps to reach the pharmacy, listened to the awful music while I waited for someone to pick up. What a joke. Stuff like this happens all the time. It is the closest CVS to us and, because we are eretired, and a hurricane just hit our area, it is difficult to move my prescriptions to another store. There are many other things I could list. The point I would like to make is that the people are fine but the overall system needs WORK!!!!!

THIS REVIEW HAS BEEN OVER SEVERAL DAYS:The nightshift pharmacy staff is UTTERLY RUDE! RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE!!!! Its as if they are possessed by Satan himself. They didnt know how to do something as simple as transfer a script (to their own CVS Specially Pharmacy 🙄), something that all pharmacies should be able to do. Im surprised I was able to keep my cool as well as I did with them.The dayshift was completely dismissive when I called to get info that the CVS Specially Pharmacy needed. They acted as if they didnt want to give me the info. I had to force the issue with them.The only exception to any of this was the head pharmacist Kim. She was the ONLY one that I spoke with that was professional and that was actually quite pleasant.

The pharmacy of this CVS is employed with individuals that seem to have an aura of pure hatred and contempt radiating from their very souls. They are incredibly unprofessional and lack the basics of customer service. On more than one occasion Ive had all of their pharmacists and techs look at me and pretend as if they didnt see me when Im the only person in a line that didnt exist before me. When someone finally did approach me, it was apathetically. I have also received my prescription with pills missing twice (I only started checking last year when I noticed the count seemed short), notified the pharmacist of the error, and told him the initials of the person (J.P.) who had filled my prescription as per what was written on the medication bottle. He said he knew of no one with those initials that worked there. After questioning that response, he did say he would have the techs count out the pills at checkout in the future - which has never happened. I also just had the pleasure of Ellen hanging up on me as I asked for the hours on Sunday when calling to see when my prescription would be ready. I understand they have to deal with incompetent people more than most human beings (its evident by the multiple screenshots of Frozens Elsa singing Let It Go plastered all over their walls), but its no excuse to treat EVERYONE with the same misanthropic attitude. If another pharmacy could match CVSs prices, I would switch to them immediately (the genetic bouillabaisse that is Walmart doesnt count).The one star is for the employees who work the non-pharmacy part of the store. Theyre cool.

I would leave 1/2 a star if I could! The automated refill system is broken and wants to refill always a week early and the insurance company will not approve it. I told them to remove me from it but they keep calling.My prescriptions are never, ready, and I do mean NEVER, even after the robot called me and said it was. When I try to call them, like now, I am on hold for 30 minutes plus.This is no way to treat your customers. I left Walmart and Walgreens for almost the same reasons. I guess this is the standard in big box pharmaceuticals. Im going to look for a mom and pop pharmacy to move my business to !GOOD BYE CVS !

After two years of being with CVS and traveling around the country, and visiting a ton of different CVS stores this location is by far the WORST!! Kim B, the pharmacy manager and Tracey S. were the most unprofessional, and ill mannered people I have ever dealt with. I will reconsider my options at this point before using this pharmacy again.
