Olympic Auto Body is the best from start to finish!I damaged a friends car while staying on Marthas Vineyard and was completely distraught. The only body shop on the island was fully booked until January 2022 and I couldnt wait that long. I have family that live near Lynn, so I did a google search for the best body shop in that area and after contacting a few different places I chose Olympic because from the very first conversation with Irene who was friendly and helpful, followed up by exceptional communication with Arthur, I just knew that this was the right choice. From start to finish they went above and beyond to ensure the entire process was smooth and hassle free, including taking me to the airport after I dropped the car off (because I live out of state) and delivering the car to a friends house once it was complete. The entire team did such an incredible job, you wouldnt even know there had been any damage at all.Olympic is an honest, family owned and operated business who deeply cares about its customers. The quality of the body work and painting that you get here is exceptional, plus the customer service and level of professionalism is equally impressive. So I know most body shops are ok but I have always found that the work was never perfect.However one day I came across Olympic body shop. They now have done 3 jobs for me and each one was better than the one before. The quality of the body work and painting is absolutely incredible. Not only is the work great, but the communication and friendly vibes put it over the top. I know when I drop my vehicle off there, they take care of everything, cross all the Ts and dot all the Is. They don’t have to do all that. This is an honest family business and although getting into an accident can be upsetting they make it so much easier for the customer. I had three accidents in the past few years. Two hit and runs. Luckily I took my car to Olympic Auto body in Lynn. They make life so much easier from getting my rental to handling the payment for my claim. All I had to do was basically make a claim and call them. They always do great work. Irene and Author are the best. They treat you like family. My car always comes back better than when I send it. They not only fix the damage but my car comes back detailed like it was brand new. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They always give me goodies at the end which are appreciated. I have a flashlight key chain, an official Olympic Auto Mask, and an ice scraper. My husband always jokes when I get the car back what did they give us this time. Just the detail and the hassle free of calling and scheduling the rental alone is enough. The work is always perfect. I’ve been coming to Irene & Authur since last year when I was in my first accident because they were my insurance at the times guaranteed shop, and they became my guaranteed shop. Lol, I even moved out of state and they currently have my car as I write my review. I will continue to drive almost 2 hours to their shop. They go above and beyond for there new and regular customers. I forced my insurance to let me go to them because I waited almost 2 months for my car to go into a shop in New Hampshire and they don’t find rentals for you. Irene made sure that I had a rental the next day after I called despite the rental shortage and told me to bring my car down the next after we spoke. Every time I get my car back it looks brand new like I was never in an accident and sparkling on the outside like the painted my entire car. Can’t find many shops like Olympic! - Kassidi :)

I had my first auto accident in 31 years of driving last week. Not having been through this before, I was nervous about what to expect, how long things would take, etc. I have to thank and acknowledge Olympic Auto Body & Sales for going above and beyond to make it a great experience! From the moment I dropped off my car, they were guiding me through the process. Irene helped me to pick up my rental car and explained the whole repair process to me. About 2 days later, she and Arthur both updated me on the status of the car and the expected completion date. A few days later (right at the time promised), they called to let me know the car was repaired. I picked the car up today and am very pleased with the result. It looks like it just came off the showroom floor. They even washed the car for me! Great service! Cant recommend them highly enough.

3rd time Ive had my auto fixed here in about 13 years when ever i need them i go there .. the staff is friendly helpful they do all the paper work for you.. it took a while this time but it was a popular auto insurance company that slowed it down . Took about 4 weeks but thats ok .. it came out great no more scratch the rear end damage was gone. Also replaced the windshield fast ..thanks guys

He took care of everything - insurance, car rental. When I picked it up a week later, not only were the dents gone, it was shinier than when we drove it out of the showroom... and it was spotless inside too. Fantastic!

This place is AMAZING.We were in a terrible car accident in Peabody Square. A car hit us after running through a red light. The impact was on the drivers side front end (both the body and the mechanical were severely damaged). The car was a 6 month old Audi Q7.Needless to say it was in terrible shape. The parts to fix the car were hard to come by. They kept having to ship parts from Europe and they would show up broken. The process unfortunately for us took much longer than we would have liked. HOWEVER, Irene the woman who dealt with the rental car constantly stayed in touch with us and the rental car company.They were amazing to deal with. Arthur the owner was super responsive as well. About a week after the car was returned we had a minor issue and he came to our house to look at the car and made sure everything was ok.The car came back to us looking just as good as the day we picked it up at the Audi dealership. I couldnt recommend them more highly.The customer service and attention to detail is above and beyond. Dont think twice about having Arthur and his team at Olympic fixing your mangled car!

I am the owner of a plumbing company, and one of my vans got the driver side mirror and front fender hit. I called Olympic Auto Body and they got me right in. They did everything! From talking with my insurance company to even dealing with the company that had previously wrapped my vehicle. Since my business depends on my vans being on the road Time was everything. I was involved in a hit and run accident at 11:15 pm at the intersection of The Lynnway and Commercial St. on Christmas Eve, 2018. The driver of the other vehicle tried to pass me on the right, trying to use Commercial St as another lane, I was hit extremely hard from rear and side, pushed into the curb totally rendering my car undriveable, my car suffered severe damage. I exited my car expecting to confer and exchange papers with the driver that hit me and he took off running across 6 lanes of traffic, abandoning his car, and leaving me alone on the side of the road to try to make sense of what had happened. That being said, I can’t thank, praise, or extend enough gratitude to Olympic Autobody for the service they provided to me from the day I called them to the day my car was returned to me, like brand new. On December 26, I spoke with Irene and explained what had happened, she calmed my nerves, which needed calming, she went on to explain what Olympic Autobody would do, and Iwas not to worry needlessly. By noontime on 12/26/2018 she had a rental delivered to me, had my damaged car picked up at tow lot and again reassured me that Olympic would handle most of the steps that would need to be done in regard to the repair of my car. My car was severely damaged, but repairable. For the time my car remained at Olympic, they kept me posted throughout the entire process, I received various call from Adeles, Arthur, and Irene keeping me abreast of what was happening with the repairs on my car. I did on a couple of occasions have to stop by Olympic’s office to sign some papers and again they all were more than helpful to me in navigating the whole process. My car was eventually restored and delivered to me in tip top shape. I would give Olympic ten stars if I could. You will never be sorry if you do business with Olympic Autobody!!! I Couldnt be happier with the honesty and service I get from working with Arthur and his crew. My car needed to be fixed and I when I dropped it off Arthur already had the rental car there waiting for me. I was in and out in minutes!!

Arthur and his crew have done an amazing job on my brand new aluminum body Ford. I was nervous about my dings, but he already knew how to take care of the new body style. I have used Olympic Auto Body both personally for my own cars and professionally for business vehicles at my current job at Plumr and former job with Welch Florist and cant say enough about the quality of their work and how Arthur, Irene and their team take the time to communicate and explain everything from start to finish through the entire process of having something repaired at their shop.

Arthur and his staff have helped me out twice with the same vehicle. Whether its just a smile and laugh, or contacting the rental agency and getting transportation all set up for me, or just getting the repair work to my vehicle done fast, they excel at all aspects of the repair trade. Great customer service, awesome work on the car and in a timely manner.

Now I usually dont write reviews online. But my experience here was especially bad. I am a fair person and only look to be treated with professionalism and respect. The same I would do to anyone I was doing business with. I did not find that here and in the time I did spend working with Arthur the owner I learned that they run their business on being intimidating and unprofessional. Although you might be greeted by a nice women at the door be prepared that when it comes down to being treated like a human being, you will be highly disappointed. Your opinion will not matter and your money is not their problem. For anyone looking to get work done or buy a car from them please reconsider. Giving them your business is just encouraging unprofessionalism in a time where a person should not have to be intimidating to get good customer service.

Had an accident on the front drivers side, Arthur and his team made sure it came back looking brand new, and they sure didn’t disappoint, they took the time to explain the steps and kept me up to date with the process of the car.
