Despite the bad reviews which made me hesitant, I over-all had a good car buying experience. Phil was amazing and helped me get into the perfect car that fit my budget and was determined to make sure that I left with the vehicle that day (which I did)!! Marcelo the finance manager was an absolute gem. Super friendly and made sure I understood everything we were going over. Not once did I feel pressured and everyone there was super friendly! I do recommend this dealership!

Leased a car — that went fine. Trying to schedule service — can’t reach a human being. I’ve tried 10 times, left a couple messages, etc. Of course started with the on-line “service appointment scheduler” app and it was not functioning…is this place still open?
Had some issues regarding a lease at this dealership. Initially wrote a full review with 1 star rating but after speaking to Pride Autogroup Management and correcting the issue, I updated my review as a sign of respect to the company for fixing the wrongdoing. Overall, I think it’s important to have transparency and honesty in this business and I hope the incident that happened becomes a lesson learned from everyone.
I had a very bad experience buying a vehicle from this dealership. I finalized the deal over phone with everything written and confirmed in a text message. But the price was changed when I reached there (after driving 50 miles and 1.5 hour drive).The buying process took whole day, I reached at 8:30 AM and left after 5:30 PM. The registration department was extremely slow, took 4 hours. This documentation fee is very high, highest I have seen anywhere else. Almost double of the average. Doesnt look like good business practice. They should hire honest employees who stand by their words and do not shout at their subordinates in front of the customer. The manager literally asked me to get the difference in promised price from the subordinate and he will deduct it from his paycheck. Yes, this conversation happened in front of me and my wife when we asked about the price change on top of a confirmed deal. I lost 1 day of my PTO just to buy a car while all my docs were ready with me in the morning. I was still charged for state inspection while the systems were down for a month. I had to send them an invoice to claim it back.
I dont know about buying here, but their service department is above and beyond. They were always super helpful and not trying to charge me for unnecessary fixes/upgrades/maintenance. They explained all problems, options, costs in detail every time we have been there.Unfortunately, their online appointment booking system is messy and sometimes doesnt go through, so call them instead.
Oil change. Finally got an appointment. Great service. Short on staff but did a good job as usual. Excellent customer service.
BUYER BEWARE!!! When making a purchase, you better hope it doesnt have anything wrong with it, they wont fix it., Bought a brand new 2022 SUV, less than 2 weeks ago, my side mirror works off and on, (more off than on) took it to them twice (AGAIN, LESS THAN 2 WEEKS OLD!!!) AND took video of it not working.... still wont fix it until they see it themselves... seeing the actual video of it NOT working was not enough to have it fixed. The mechanics even HEARD the clicking in the mirror, but again, not enough reason to fix it. What they tell me is that I have to keep taking time off of work to go back to them EVERY TIME the mirror doesnt work, and hope that it wont work in front of them in order to actually have it fixed, else I have to basically live with it. This is their way of business AFTER the sale. BAD BAD BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Best advice, go somewhere else!!!!
I am very disappointed with the whole service Dept. In May I took my 2018 Sorrento in for a recall. The following day the engine light went on . Could not get ahold of them. I took it to a place where they put it on a machine. It read large leak in evap systems. Everything was fine before I brought it to get serviced. I finally got another appointment and not because of the service Dept because they never answer their phones or emails.. I brought it in last week and they supposedly fixed the issue. Again the engine light is on. This time no one answers me. I would not recommend this place at all. I have been going there for 17 years. I would never go there for a car because you’ll never be able to get it fixed right.
I am so beyond disappointed with the service department to the point that I will not get into another lease in May. I have been a customer of Pride Kia for the past 8 years as I am in my 3rd lease. I stayed with Pride because of their past customer service. To say it has gone downhill is an understatement. In June I left several messages to schedule an oil change with no return calls. I had to drive there just to make an appt 3 weeks out. When I asked why they dont return calls they responded with yeah, well we are busy dont know what to tell you. My car doesnt even have 17k miles on it and none of my USB connections are working so I cant charge my phone, use the maps or voice text and my car is running rough and feels like it is going to die. Once again had to drive there to schedule an appt because they didnt return my calls and they dont have anything until Mid October. I advised I need a weekend day as I am a caregiver and need my car or I need a loaner. I was told they cant provide a loaner and cant do diagnostic testing on Saturdays so if I need it looked at it has to be a week day. I have never seen such poor customer service. Cant wait for my lease to be up so I never have to deal with this dealership again
Horrible service. I get an appointment to test drive a car a week ago, get confirmation again a day before over email. Reached there after driving 40 mins to be told that they do not have any test drive car. Upon questioning why they confirmed if that was the case and how they could treat a customer like this, various excuses start that made absolutely no sense. Leave aside being apologetic the body language and tone of the Kia sales rep changed to being rude. I just left and will never recommend anyone to go there.
My service advisor, Mr Defelice was outstanding. I think many people have had less than stellar experiences getting their cars repaired so when you run into a service advisor as good as Mr Defelice it warrants a review. He was super courteous, knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. Good employees are hard to find, don’t lose him!
I had an amazing experience with this dealership. Phil McCabe helped tremendously. This purchase went so smoothly because of his ability to be professional and efficient. He helped in every way he could and did not tell us one thing and do another. He was up front and honest about what he can do to get me into the car that I wanted. I was very specific in what I wanted and he did not pressure to buy the vehicle I did not want or pressure to buy that day. He also did not mess with the numbers and laid everything out detailing the amount and why that was the price and it made sense!I even drove out of my way to go to this dealership, it was an hour away from home, because not only did they have my specific car I was looking for but Phil was able to work with us and make the experience worth while. It made me want to go out and get a car from Pride Kia. I have two other Kia dealerships closer to me than Lynn, but the experience was nothing like here. It was welcoming, accommodating and honest. 10/10 would come back here for another car and under Phil McCabes help.
I just purchased a 2016 KIa Soul from Pride Kia. My sales person was Allisa King. She was completely professional and very courteous. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend her and this dealership.This is the way to do business!!!
I brought my 2015 Kia Sorento into the shop on July 27th. They initially told me that it was going to be about two weeks until they could take a look at it. I told them that was fine. I waited until the end of the second week, and did not receive a phone call to update me. I called numerous times to get an update, but no one would pick up. I left messages, but no one would call me back. I decided to use my wifes car to drive there to get an update in person. They told me that they we able to do a diagnostics scan on it and it indicated that there was a potential camshaft issue which would require an expensive tear down. I gave them permission to do so and waited another week for an update. No calls, no updates. I attempted to call again, but could not get in touch with anyone. I resorted to calling the only person who would actually pick up the phone, Juan, from the parts department (he displayed good customer service skills). He then transferred me and I finally got in touch with someone who told me that the master technician had a family emergency and they would not be able to look at it until August 30th or 31st. I called to get an update on September 1st since no one called me with an update (shocker). I was told that they have not even torn the vehicle down as they said they were going to do over 3 weeks ago and that there were 3 other vehicles in the shop along with my vehicle. In fact, the representative over the phone told me that the master technician did not have a family emergency as I was initially told, but just got back from vacation. Perhaps this is confusion or semantics, but it is now September 2nd and the communication is still terrible. No one is picking up the phone, and no one is calling me back with any updates.The problem that I have with this situation is not so much about the timing of things. I get that we are in a situation where it is hard to hire good help and that there are supply chain issues. However, good communication is all they need to satisfy me, and they are failing miserably at this right now. If I were in your shoes, skip getting service at this dealership until they get their things in order, or plan to not see your vehicle for months if you need anything other than a simple oil or tire change.As a side note: I attempted to call other Kia dealerships and one told me that they are booked up until Sept 27th and another refused to service my vehicle because my vehicle is currently in another dealerships shop. Terrible logic, but if this is a Kia policy, it essentially means that I will never purchase a Kia again since they obviously dont care about customer retention.
Worse Kia dealer ever. Do not buy any car here. They will rip you off literally! They sold me a Kia Sorento and I left my Honda Fit 2013 in exchange but I ended up paying $7000 for my Honda which I didn’t have anymore plus my monthly payments for my new Kia Sorento. That’s not it, after 3 years, the engine on the Sorento is failing. The car makes weird sounds and will suddenly stop. It happened 3 times. Now that I am complaining they called the police on me and kicked me out of the place. They didn’t want to help me and were so mean. My wife and my two year old were so scared after the police pushed me out of the office. What kind of business is this? Don’t do business with these guys!
I had my car serviced for 3 recalls and had to leave my car overnight. The best part of a stressful sitution was their driver Anthony who dropped me off and picked me up the next day too get my car. He was so nice and very welcoming and such a safe driver. I recommend him if you ever need the pick up or drop off service. He was great.
Aweful experience today.They jacked up the price $6k from the website which is misleading, I wouldnt have come if I knew.The color on the website is wrong which speaks to the quality of the place.The salesman was annoying, he didnt wear a mask when with me in the test drive. He kept telling me to smile which is not his business.They lowballed my trade-in to the extent it was rediculus, so I decided to leave.The manager, instead of coming to say thank you and bye, he yelled at me giving me an advice that adds no value off course. It was disrespectful.Anyways, for this high price you can get a serious car like BMW. I would never go there again

My 20 year old Corolla was on its last legs and it was costing too much to keep fixing it. It was time to finally buy/lease a new car- my first new car. Im so relieved I met Phil McCabe. He listened carefully to my concerns and requirements. I was able to trade in my old faithful Corolla and get a 2022 Seltos that had just come in the day before. Im really thankful as getting a new car quickly with all the supply chains messed up was stressing me out. This was a good first experience of buying a car a young adult could ask for. Thanks Phil!

I was very happy with this experience as I was looking to spend as little time as possible at the dealership due to COVID. Cant say enough good things about Pride Kia of Lynn. Between my Fiancee and I, we have gotten 5 Kias from Pride over the last 10 years. Weve had zero major problems with any of them. Allisa King and John Cammarata are both top notch sales persons. They are the first (and only) honest, helpful sales people Ive met in my many years of shopping for cars. They make the stressful ordeal of shopping for a car actually enjoyable, and worked with us, listened and found us both cars within our budget that we love. Keep up the good work. As soon as I was hooked up with Phil McCabe, I knew I would be going home with a new Kia. He had to do a lot of legwork as my situation was complicated and he seemed to be around day, night and weekends to answer any questions and to keep my process moving forward. His attention after I took the car home (2021 Sportage) was also great customer service. You cant go wrong dealing with Phil!!!The only bad experience was the financial office which was supposed to send me an equity check for my trade in. After a few weeks, I contacted Phil who checked with them and they told him they had sent the check. After another couple of weeks went by with no check, I again got in touch with Phil and he looked into it deeper and the check was found buried under other paperwork on a desk. A few days later I finally received it. Obviously someone lied when they said they sent it. But once again, it was Phil going above and beyond to solve the issue. Without his persistence Id probably still be waiting for my check.

I just recently called this dealership after a horrible experience at another Kia dealer. I spoke with Phil who literally made my experience a breeze. Phil worked with me completely and within my budget. He was on top of every thing. He called me with any update even if it was him stating he was just waiting on someone else to retrieve an answer.When I came to the dealership he ensured I didn’t wait long to complete my purchase. I did purchase on a Saturday and he said he’d try to get the vehicle to me on Wednesday. Totally understood with the RMV and his day off. BUT Phil had my car ready on Monday!From Phil to the Finance process and even the store manager greeting me, this dealership may be on the smaller side but it’s really a great one!!!

All of my reviews are honest and thorough and opinions are my own.*As a BMW owner for many years with the intent on driving my Beamer “into the ground,” it was finally time for me to purchase a new vehicle. I told myself that although I wanted to stay with BMW, I did not want to continue paying for top of the line oil changes/vehicle maintenance, especially since I drove a much older car.I was looking at the 2021 Kia K5 online as I had heard they are very reliable vehicles; after reading information about the K5 and reading all of the features, I was super impressed by the way Kia was able to merge their style with designers from Audi to make their own version of a luxury vehicle. It definitely had me excited to test drive the K5. I scheduled an appointment online for 1000 the next day and when I arrived the Ebony black K5 was waiting for me.Phil called me around 0930 to let me know that he would be assisting me with the test drive.When I arrived I checked in, gave my driver’s license to Phil and he said due to Covid I was allowed to test drive alone. However, I asked if he could come so I could ask him more questions about the K5 and it’s amenities. He gladly said yes and I proceeded to ask him multiple questions about the car.I was extremely impressed with the look of the K5, the way it felt during the test drive and how quiet it was. It was a little weird getting used to as I’m used to driving a 2007 vehicle, but I quickly acclimated and was comfortable. As a former luxury vehicle owner, the K5 really looks and feels very luxury, but at a much more affordable price.After the test drive, I told Phil I would love to purchase the vehicle. Phil said they had a military discount and some other rebates available for the 2021 K5 which was awesome. He worked very tirelessly along with the manager Michael to move through the car buying process. If you’re new to car buying, paperwork and such does take some time, so be patient!I noticed everyone at Pride Kia was very friendly, I felt very comfortable in the waiting area and the other associates were also very friendly, kind and smiled often. It was a very relaxed environment. There was another gentleman with spiky hair that was also super friendly and made waiting through the process more comfortable(offering snacks, etc).Phil did an incredible job throughout the entire process and was very straightforward with pricing, rebates, etc.I am extremely satisfied with my new K5 and with the way Pride Kia and Phil treated me; I look forward to doing business in the future here at this location and am very excited to have such a beautiful vehicle! Good experience test driving the Telluride. Finally found one in stock to actually look at. Staff was friendly and not too overly pushing to sell (and they don’t need to given the demand for the Telluride). Only complaint was being told to wait after the test drive, we just told them we had to leave, not interested in playing the dealer waiting game.
The best dealership in the greater Boston area. The sales department and especially the service department are the best that I have ever experienced. I have purchased or leased 4 cars over the past 10 years from this dealership and would never consider going any where else. I am always made to feel like family when entering Pride Hyundai. I went to this dealership to look for a safer AWD vehicle. I knew I owed quite a bit on my current vehicle, but since I had such an amazing experience at my previous Kia dealership, who were willing to work with me for a deal, I wanted to give this Kia dealership by business.Upon arrival, Ben was outdoor and was so pleasant to myself and my boyfriend. He asked who we were there to see and took us inside directly to the other person. That person was sitting at a desk, no mask, and just basically pushed us onto Ben, when he was not even the sales rep scheduled with us for our appointment.Ben continued to treat us with kindness throughout the entirety of the appointment. We test drove a vehicle and I was ready to talk numbers. They appraised my current car. At this point, my boyfriend and I are sitting at Ben’s desk, while ben is trying to work with other co workers on numbers for me. My boyfriend and I watched as multiple employees did not have their mask fully covering mouth and nose, some had it just on their chin. Mind you, they had a sign on the door about masks being required. Also, the finance area was about 10-15 feet away, and I could hear cuss words being thrown in all different directions.Long story short, it seems as if they didn’t really want to make a deal with me, but it’s not even that that gives them a low rating from me. It’s the unprofessional atmosphere from just about everyone EXCEPT Ben. Again, Ben was absolutely wonderful and kind throughout the entire experience.
Experience was mediocre at best. The salesperson did not seem very interested in selling cars. Told me that a car was too far back to show, and asked me to come back in 2 days. The service department try to sell me all sorts of added maintenance that did not really needed to be done at that time. I had a much better experience in the dealership in Burlington
Ryan was very easy to talk to and didnt leave me waiting for hours. He quickly got everything done and found exactly the car that I wanted.

Fantastic service as always. They performed the service needed to keep up with the warranty and washed the car, too. The coffee was delicious and I enjoyed looking at the new KIA automobiles while I waited. I bought my KIA at Dan Obrien KIA in New Hampshire, but I have had it serviced by Pride KIA ever since. I may just buy my next KIA from Pride. Theyre that good.
False advertising; wrong price posted and when went there they hiked up the price by a few thousand and said sorry with little to no remorse. Way to go trying to establish trust. Drove over an hour too wasting time and money. Doubt they care much to follow up.

I wanted to go look for a new car, so we made an appointment with the manager, Randy Cuhna. The email said, 5:00 pm, so I arrived 15 minutes early, at 4:45. When I got there, I was told that the model I wanted to look at was just sold. That was completely fine! They offered to show me some other types of cars, but I had to wait for a bit. 30 minutes later, nobody came to assist me so I went to the manager’s office to see what happened, and he tells me that the store is closing. First of all, the email told me the appointment was at 5:00 pm, which is, if you go and check, the closing time for this store on Fridays, which it also happens to be. Secondly, no one bothered to tell me that I should’ve just left then and there if the store was closing. Last of all, the manager was rude and didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience that he caused. If I could rate this place 0 stars I would.
Worst service center. Everytime I call they never answer. I have to call them like a thousand time a day to get someone answer. My brothers is now at the service for 3 months and they havent solved anything.

I am a new owner of a 2021 Kia Telluride, purchased from Allisa K at Pride Kia in Lynn, MA. Car shopping has always been a crazy stressful and overwhelming experience for me. Allisa made the entire process from test drive to registration/inspection EASY and painless. I feel as if I was given a fair trade in on my Mercedes, never pressured and left extremely happy. I had a million questions about the vehicle and safety details, even at ridiculous hours! Allisa really knew the ins and out of the vehicle. Also, big thank you to Marcelo in the finance department. He worked very hard to get me the best rate and took great care of us! Although, I wasnt happy with snow in October I have to say the telluride handled it like a dream. We went to buy a vehicle, everything was great. We got an awesome deal. I only have one complaint, when it came to the signing part to finalize the purchase, we waited for a long time we were there for about 4 hrs. And we didnt get to sign we had to go back the following day.
The KIA people at PRIDE KIA are great. Though I purchased my 2017 KIA Forte in N. H. Ive had it serviced at PRIDE KIA ever since. They treat me right and are thorough and polite. As a handicapped guy, I appreciate their professional attitude.

I received my lease buyout price from my account because I wanted to purchase my vehicle which I had been leasing for the past three years. I obtained a loan outside of Kia financing and then went to Pride Kia to buy my vehicle. I worked with Allisa K who proceeded to try and talk me out of financing with another loan company but I already knew this is what I wanted to do. I have been out of work since March and struggling like so many others which she knew. She walked to an upstairs room and came back with a price that was $3000 over my buyout price! When I asked her to break that down she wrote down for me the following: $1000 for “safety check, paperwork and registration process” - $1970 for “taxes and fees” -I walked out of Pride Kia. I contacted my insurance company who assisted me. I saved $1800 doing it without pride Kia. I would love to know where that extra $1800 goes to especially during times like these when people are struggling! I paid registry fees and taxes which were less than $1300! It’s odd how the taxes and fees totaled almost $2000 through Pride! This basically is just robbery and I want to let people know that they should do things on their own instead of sending a couple of thousands of dollars to someone else’s pocket for literally nothing
This is a very unprofessional group. No one was wearing a mask in this very uncertain and scary time. The workers and some patrons were not wearing a mask. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. Be the example!!!!! Unacceptable!!!!
Very Very bad attention from the Kia service, they are somewhat propotent, and you do not provide the services they offer and they excuse or evade saying that they are not from the department.
Pride of Kia tried to sell me on the idea that my car was in need of a $9-12k repair, that a second opinion solved with $10. If you need any proof that dealerships are swindlers, here’s one. Take pride in that Kia of Lynn.Where to begin. My used 2016 Kia Soul purchased at 89,000 miles began to experience engine trouble at 95,000. The car has received routine maintenance within this period. The car was diagnosed as having engine failure by the Kia mechanic specialist. Why I took my car to a dealership for repair? Well, upon purchase I was informed of its reasonable warranty on the engine (already at 89,000m) that was not honored after its $130 diagnostics stating it is in engine failure, and has zero resell value. The bill for repair would have run me, according to them, between $9-12k. Yes, I’d need a new engine, and they didn’t fail to mention I’d need new windshield wipers too. They so charitably informed me I could leave the car on the lot and they’d help me find a new used car to purchase. Second opinion later, and a whopping $10 bill, an engine specialist took not more than 80 seconds to determine my car was burning oil. An issue that doesn’t require the scrapping of an entire vehicle. Sure enough, my car has been running as smooth as the day I had purchased it. I called the dealership in question and they maintained that my car is in fact in engine failure and that they were aware it was due to burning oil...something they did not bother to put on the diagnostic write up or even bother to tell me. After allegedly knowing my car was burning oil, and had practically no oil, they let me take my car off of the lot. Thanks guys. After weeks of trying to resolve this, it seems they refuse to get back to me.
After a dissatisfied experience at another KIA dealership, we followed 2 recommendations for Kia of Lynn.From the warm greeting from Floor mgr Marquis through the exceptional sales experience with Rafael, to the final paperwork with Bus mgr Mark, we left with a new lease and preferred dealership!My wife and I strongly recommend the team at KIA of Lynn, theyll improve your perception of dealership 🙂

This is my 3rd lease with Pride Kia. First time working with John - though I’ve known him for years- it was THE EASIEST experience so far! Only been 3 days and I absolutely love my new 2020 Sorrento!

Chris Defelic is an amazing service advisor. He is very professional and always takes excellent care of his customers. He goes above and beyond to make sure quality work is done. Another note Mark the finance manager went above and beyond to help me get my new car. I highly recommend Pride Kia of Lynn if anyone is interested in getting a new car. There is not a person in that facility that is not welcoming and friendly. They are honest and don’t try to take advantage of you.
Issac was a great salesman and walked us through the leasing process. Everything was clearly explained and he answered any and all questions we had. I highly recommend kia on the Lynnway and Issac !
Came in to update my lease and Rafael was extremely helpful in getting the process started. Was patient in showing us the vehicle options, ensured we were comfortable with final car choice. HOWEVER, they released the vehicle without a registration which they said would take a few days. No one followed up and now were stuck. Seriously needs work on once the money exchanged hands. Little follow through.

As a first car owner, I loved my experience with KIA. Tony was freaking amazing, he had the patience to listen to me, and show me multiple cars until I found the right one. Ended up leaving with a great deal and the car I wanted. I could not say better things about this dealership, they made everything smooth. 10/10 Customer service.

I had brought my wifes car to another place and they told me it would need a new engine however I took it to Kia pride in Lynn and they update the code and fix it, great job and thank you Joe
My Kona was stalling out, poor acceleration. I came without an appointment, they were able to look at my car diagnose the issue. David explained that the engine would need to be removed to make the repair. They provided a loaner. While working on the car additional problems were found, they addressed and resolved all. They told me that everything included under the warranty 😊. Needless to say I am very pleased with the service provided. All of the service representatives are a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this service center!
The whole experience was relatively easy. Raphael Perez was more than accomodating in what we were looking for, had leased for a few years and now that we are older and looking at relocating for retirement, we were looking to buy. He asked us what was important to both my husband and myself and he provided it with ease., the sales portion went very smoothly and stayed within what we were looking . We love the Kia cars. Rafael even gave me his personal phone number for any questions and did answer and assist us with what we needed

We had been searching for a Kia Sedona for a few weeks. Several dealerships reached out when we expressed interest, but most were pushy and anxious to make a sale.Alissa at Pride KIA in Lynn was sweet from the first e-mail sent to my husband. She worked with us to find a vehicle that would fit our family - two kids and two big dogs - and we never once felt pressured or rushed. The entire team at Pride KIA was welcoming and accommodating from the second we stepped on the lot.We showed up about a half hour before they closed, but Alissa stayed with us until we signed the very last piece of paper on our new vehicle.
