Definitely more helpful and knowledgeable employees than AutoZone up the street. I am typically coming in with questions that most people have never heard before or problems that most people never encounter (Irony has been a lifelong friend...) And wow they dont always have everything I need they always try and help find it!

I work in Lynn. Every time I need to get something from this store. The like is backed up for 30 minutes because the lazy slow cashiers don’t like to work. I always end up dropping my stuff and leaving.

They advertise on line and on the walls of the store FREE Installation with battery purchase but when you buy a battery and ask to have installed they say they have no one to install it. Then take the sign down. False advertisement😡

Very slow service took me about 20 minutes just to pay for 3 small things

Assembly pulley bought at Advance autoparts 3 days ago broke. Shannon was knowledgeable and efficient. I totally appreciate that she told the customer on the phone to wait a little bit so she can finish the ongoing business with my assembly pulley. Note to management : if you value the customers on the phone more than those that are physically in your store, spend some money on call centers and let the salesperson deal with the actual customer. I will be more than happy to come to this store again. Thanks again Shannon.

Great customer service! I had a check engine light on and not only do they check it for free, but the guy also looked up on his phone and showed me possible ways to diagnose the problem. I pass by 2 other parts places to go to Advanced because the knowledge and customer service of their employees makes the difference

Went in to buy a battery for my car, at 8 months pregnant and having no idea how to change one i asked for help and the woman ringing me up asked her manager if he could and he was rude, clearly aggravated by my request so i just left and texted a few people to try and get help. Ill never come back to this storem. Douchebag.

The manager Eddie Brackett is always helpful to me, as is the whole store. i mainly only deal with this auto part store cause of there friendly service. Unlike other stores who thinks your a idiot just cause you dont know something and is just asking for help.

I bought a crank shaft sensor the box was dirty. I tought that just the sales person was working on something and got it dirty, went to the mechanic paid $60 for labor to find out the part was defective. Came back to the store to talk to the store manager who was very rude and not understanding didnt want to do anything but talk like a woman. I will never be back to this store after being a regular customer for 3 years.

If you order something online, make sure you call before going to the store. They dont contact you if they dont have it. So you may waste a trip to the store. Use your phone and call to confirm.
