Great customer service, very helpful staff, really felt like they cared about me and the safety of my children instead of just making me a dollar sign.

I had noticed that my tire was very low so I stopped in there and they were very helpful they put the air in my tire. I was on my way!

Awful service, took my car to repair a tire and without even locking at the tire they determined that was not fixable. I asked them to at least inspect the tire and they refused. When I ask for the price of the new tire the MANAGER said good luck finding the tire I took the tire to a shop a couple of blocks away and they fixed it no problem in 20 minutes. TERRIBLE service

Got it done quick and were super efficient in getting my tire done. Overall great job and experience!

Staff was efficient and my vehicle was ready within a couple of hours. They advised that my rear brakes were wearing down and gave me an estimate to repair them in the near future. They did not push me to have it done today, which is helpful.

Went in there last Friday they were super busy but Greg took time out of his day to check my tires and put air in them! Thank you Greg I will recommend to family and friends what great service

Brought my car here for the first time to get an oil change and tire rotation. Now my steering wheel is shaking when I drive which was not happening before I came to this place. I dont trust these people. Now I have to take my car elsewhere to ensure nothing else was done.

Best auto service in the North Shore. The prices are higher than a local shop but there is corporate backup to all their work. The price of a MaxLife or Synthetic oil change includes a tire rotation. Any expenses over $250 put on a Goodyear card can be financed interest free for 6 months. Goodyear is also a union shop and union members get 10% off on most services.

I have been bringing my car here for service for years. The customer service is always good and Im always pleased with work done on my car.

June 8, 2016. Bill was rude, abrupt, and unkind. we had to attend a funeral in South Boston from Lynn. We learned we had a nail in a tire the night before after 10PM on the way home from the visitation, which created a slow leak. I called early morning to see if it was possible to be seen quickly. Bill answered and as I started talking, he very abruptly stated “come on I’m busy here” and I thought he hung up. We decided to stop in anyway thinking it could be repaired or at least checked. There was no one at the counter for a few minutes then a man came out and said “just a minute”. His name was Bill and I explained the situation of my sister being nervous about driving her car with the slow leaking tire. When I asked about getting in and how long it would take, Bill stated, “about an hour once you get in”. I asked how long of a wait. He pointed to a woman outside walking toward the building and said, “I’ll take care of that person first because she has an appointment”. I told him I called to inquire of an appointment and that he hung up on me. He stated, “I put you on hold”. I asked could he at least take a look at it to see if it could wait until the end of the day and he said he was “too busy”. I did tell him his customer service sucked. We stopped in at Midas just down a bit from Goodyear. A very nice service person, despite being busy...came out, checked the tire, and assured us that it would be okay to wait based on where the nail was placed. He said, “I’ll take care of you when you get back “…“don’t worry”. He then said, “I am sorry for your loss”. We did go back to Midas and all was repaired within ½ hour. Midas will get all future business over Goodyear. Bill needs to take customer service lessons from Midas.

Made an appointment at 9am supposedly the time they open to fix a tire that had a little hole on it, they took 3 hours to tell me that they couldn’t repair my tire that I need to replace it, because of a small hole that the air was getting out little by little. When I went to pick it up they were really rude telling me that since it was not a Goodyear tire they couldn’t fix it, that I need to buy all 4tires cuz my suv is all wheel drive ! Thank you for wasting my morning!

I got good tires for my Toyota Camry but always get a second opinion on brakes rotors and mechanic work.....

I made an appointment for an alignment yesterday. I come in and told I have to wait for 2 other vehicles to be serviced; an hour each?? What was the point of an app?? I took time out to make sure my car was serviced. This is crazy. Extremely rude and the manager watched and didnt fix the situation or seemed to care. I didnt know what else to do besides put in a bad review.

Rueben and the team were awesome. I was stranded with a tire problem on the 4th of July and they graciously fixed my car... I highly recomend Goodyear in Lynn

I brought my car to good year 3 days ago. I need an oil change. Then they saw my car and brought me to look at it. They said there car has a oil leak and they won t do it if it has a oil leak. I said okay but then all of a sudden. My car wont turn on or anything. I tried everything and nothing works. They said the battery is full or the starter. I dont know what they did to my car but my car isnt working at all. It lights up and making clicking noise when try to turn it on and Thats about it. Im not going there ever again. Hes face expression tells it all but he was trying to hide it. Worse place to go to. Never again.

When I got my car back from an oil change, TCM computer shorted, no speedometer, no acceleration, no fuel gauge etc. To be fair, could be an incredibly unlucky coincidence, but no assistance was offered, all my problem to deal with. The positive is they just charged me for an oil change without suggesting other repairs. Was able to get my car running by watching Youtube videos - a bubblegum and bailing wire fix. Wont go back here .

The front desk staff is rude and annoyed with all the questions customers have. NEVER GO HERE. The overweight white guy( I’ll find out what his name is and update) wanted appointment even for an oil change. Mind you the place was dead.NO VALUE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE

They have lots of eye catching sales and price to reel customers in but once you are there they always trying to pitch the Most expensive TIRES and services they can get you for, they never tell you about discounts or anything that might save you money, you have to be very aware at all times while conducting business here.

Super rude also lied about labor pricing.

Date : 01/06/2016, I got bad attitude at early morning from the guy behind the counter with no help at all, I end it up going somewhere else they fix my stuff in less than 20 min!
