Employees were eager to help, however they did not know enough about their products- I repeatedly said what I had on my hair, brand and shade, and yet the dye I was given was still not compatible with it- left my hair in really bad shape, thankfully I had a hair mask at home to help me fix it but still- my roots and rest of my hair are two different colors and am now going to have to get it professionally fixed :// Just wish employees were given more in depth training about their products I guess. I don’t know much about these products- I look at reviews and such but that usually isn’t enough and finding specific info online can be very difficult depending on the brand, which is why I ask employees for advice, thinking they at least have some knowledge about their products. However this is the second time this has happened and since it has been with 2 different employees (and 2 different types of products) I will not be doing that anymore. It’s on me for thinking it was a trusted source to get information, however I thought employees would at least have some training about their products.

My favorite story to go to. I travel from Danvers to this particular store because the ladies are friendly and helpful whenever I ask them any questions. Last time I made a big shopping and I was asking lots of questions since I wanted to try new things...they were answering me all questions and very professional customer service. I recommend you this place 👌Respect goes both ways...

Hi, i was very un happy with being lied to, not sure what the lady’s name was but she was super nice told me what to get and use but had no difference on my hair i’ve been trying for months to get my hair blonde and nothing has changed in my hair, they’re certified, and she lied straight to my face sounding smart and all very upset with my visit.

Literally they have no education on the products there and give you the wrong information. and they weren’t being safe and cautious about others since they weren’t wearing masks. do not recommend

If you don’t know anything about the products you work with and what the company has to offer, just say that. Couldn’t even answer simple questions, everything I asked bothered the woman working. Helping out a customer was not of interest to her at all.

Will NEVER go to Sally Beauty on State St Lynn, ever again. After walking from Pine Hill, I wasnt allowed to enter unless I left my groceries, medicine etc at the front of an empty store!! Wow!! Just wow!! As if dealing with this Pandemic isnt stressful enough - Thanks for nothing Sallys!

Sally beauty supply in Lynn is the only shop I will shop @. Ashley is amazing.Im 62 and have 1arm in a cast. Ashley made me feel important. Took her time finding the perfect products for me

Nice store, but the store manager, cant remember her name. Starts with L. She so rude and unfriendly. Her customer service skill is so so poor. Not worthy to be a manager let alone a retail store manager.

Sarah the manager took a lot of time to help me out giving me personalized advice on how and what I should use on my hair when I had questions. I was nervous to go in as I had never been in one before and she made me feel welcome. If I rated this store based on her alone I would give it a 5. The employees were also very eager to help me out and find the products.Jen on the other hand was very rude to a customer. She was hostile toward him and did not handle the incident appropriately. When he confronted her politely And told her she was being rude to him she responded by denying it and telling him that she was not and asking for him to give her examples of her rudeness. When he asked for her name and how to spell it she spelled it out for him as if he never spoke English. It made the customers feel uncomfortable and the brand new employees spoke up about it to me as I left. I almost left without the products because I didn’t want to give her my business.Sarah, thank you so much for your help.

I was buying haircut machine there, and I was asking the staff there about which brand is good and while I’m checking with two nice of customers service, there was third customer service ( Jane)sooo rude, she just came with attitude, unprofessional behavior .. and she just treat us bad way . With no respect .

They never open on time! Been living in lynn for 2 years and every time I go there it’s closed. Been here from 10-10:24 & still the store is closed but says online & on their website that they open at 10. This is ridiculous!
