I have an appointment today 10/20/2020 @ 1:30pm in Lynn location. Oh man this lady that i was set to have appointment with was so Rude and not helpful at all. Her name is Colleen Murphy. We were there just to see wat we have for options for kitchen sinks. We told her that our kitchen sink will be custom fit to whatever sink we pick. And she started to fuse at us, does it have such and such?? All we asked was to show us the style sink u have??? And when we went to look at the showrooms, she lead us there and walked away and didn’t say nor asked us anything. Basically we were on our own looking around. Felt like it was a waste of my time going there today. We made appointment and end up Getting B.S

I couldnt possibly be more pleased with this company. The staff at the Lynn location is always welcoming and attentive and the showroom is beautiful. I have worked specifically with Brendan and Mark and they have been extremely helpful and a pleasure to work with. Their response time is quick if not immediate, they are always friendly and professional, they make sure I get exactly what I need as quickly as possible and products arrive well packaged and protected. After my recent experience with Ferguson (plumbing, accessories and lighting) I wouldnt think of going anywhere else!

Quick delivery good for me got a 1500 $ tub for 700 I will say the soaking tub 19 the trip waste is cool but a pain in the butttt i would rather get a regular one but its the 19 overflow 149$ tripwire rather have a gerber

I have had good luck dealing w/them. Sometimes things arrive damaged, sometimes a delivery date is missed by a day. It certainly isnt a conspiracy to make your life miserable. I dont buy a ton of things there, but my experience has always been good.I will note that one time I was buying a shower stall and Home Depots regular price was better than the contractor price that they charged by about 20 percent. I mentioned this to them and they gave me the lower price, but if I wasnt on the ball I wouldve paid the extra. So always double check their prices

Beautiful showroom despite the multiple holes where show mirrors and other bathroom accoutrement should be and minor disorder.But what is so sad, is the utter disdain the entire staff gas towards customers. I have experienced it myself and observed it with others.I havent been back in 2+ years because of my last experience, but I needed a particular item and this is the only choice in quality off the internet.I walked the show floor for ten minutes while the saleswoman sat silently at her desk. When I made my way directly in fronting her she got a phone call and prioritized it over a customer standing in front of her. There was only one other customer in the entire place with atleast three employees.When I asked for help, the other salesperson, who was currently assisting the other customer, told me to go back up to the front and ask for a salesperson. The saleswoman was now off the phone and seemingly do nothing at her desk.I went back to the front and did as I was told. The secretary then called back to the exact same saleswoman, who answered and belayed that she was with a customer and will be out in a few minutes. She was never with a customer.I dont know how theyve away with this and still survive, but as i scroll this review page it is clear my story is quite standard.Imagine what would happen if they efficiently trained their staff in communication and customer service!Good luck, but personally, Im out again for a couple years.

The convenience of a local supply store for all your bath, kitchen, and lighting needs cannot be more helpful, especially at the recommendation of contractors. Support local business, right? For Ferguson, you would be wrong.The wife and I are doing a major reno project including adding on 2 bathrooms. We visited Ferguson a few times to pick out our fixtures, price shopped against a few big box stores, and decided to go with them on everything due to the convenience and local-ness. It was a bad decision.The sales people are perfectly nice and helpful with picking out your selections, and giving recommendations. The good experience stops there. They will promise to give you a quote by end of the day, and you will never see the quote until you follow up with them repeatedly. Hello? Im trying to give you money? That should be the first and most important sign that the customer service will be horrible. We ordered a bath tub, nothing fancy or customized. It arrived defective, so we called to have it exchanged. The second one came, again, defective. I understand its not your fault, but now the plumber is on a time crunch and everyones schedule is backed up. So we would need the third one examined, verified, and shipped out first thing in the morning the following week. Yes, of course, me and manager are both on it!. Great.Monday arrives, nothing came. We called and called, they gave excuses after excuses why its not here, even though they promised it was going to be.Dont go there. Find other reputable local places who will follow up with customers as they promise, instead of the customer handholding them to get everything done.

Please train your staff answering phone. I called on Sat around 2pm and asked to transfer to parts counter. After few min of waiting I was transferred to mailbox with message saying all other customers are busy assisting.... I called back few min later again and when I asked the same question, the woman on the phone say : Did I just transferred you there? I said yes, they transferred me to voicemail. She said - Well, they closed at 12 pm. ??? Was it difficult to say that when I called first time? Needless to say, Im placing my order with Amazon with Monday delivery.

Called hold on cut off.Called again hold on ... Waited 2 minutes.. No answer. I hung up and called another dealer who had what I wanted and dealt with them.
