This liquor store is right down the street from Bent Water Brewing Co. so finding fresh options is always a huge plus. They have a decent amount of craft beer from local independent breweries, as well as an assortment of liquors, wines & mixers.

This is the best liquor store in the area! They have a great selection and their prices are very competitive. There are always sales going on which makes trying new things a lot easier and the staff is super friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There are number of stores a few minutes closer but this one is definitely worth the slightly extra travel time.

I typically by beer here but I have to mention their whiskey selection is great and very affordable. Nice parking lot makes it easy for load in once youre done shopping

First off I had excellent customer service. I also enjoyed the wide variety of liquors, wines and beers. Also great conversation when checking out is ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS a HUGE plus!!! The store is very well kept and is always in stock for what i need.Also for the comment of racism... How are they racist when they have pretty much every race in that store? I have never been disappointed at this store. They have an incredible variety of wines and beer and almost any liquor/spirit you could want across all price ranges. Parking is always available, the prices are competitive, they have tastings frequently, and fast checkouts.

This place always has a good deal on something and if they dont have something you need they can get it. Lynnway Liquors has competitive prices even with the Big Mega stores going up all over Massachusetts. Its great to have a Liquor Store with a great selection and fair prices in the neighborhood.

Poor customer experience all around. Their staff and management are highly unprofessional. Managements use of ALL CAPS and insertion of personal feelings in their company responses are not indicative of a company who claims to be around for so long and have satisfied so many loyal customers. While I have no doubts this company is able to execute a proper order and deliver a product as described, interacting with staff and most importantly, management, has been a complete nightmare. The lack of professionalism and the amount of complaining management does at you, to your face, is repulsive.

Allen the manager is a complete dick. Trying to place a 200+ dollar order on three bottles and hangs up on me without even answering. Then I call call back and he pretty much tells me to just call back later because the guy I need to talk to isnt in today and hangs up while Im still talking... Definitely will be finding somewhere else to spend my money.

I cant say enough about how great Lynnway Liquors has treated me. Ive been shopping here (online) for about 2 years and Ive always had pleasant experiences. I recently had a delivery issue with UPS. UPS lost a package that Lynnway sent to me twice. Both times I had to contact Lynnway to get the matter resolved. Franny was my point of contact and she was amazing.Although Lynnway had to file claims with UPS and WAIT to reimbursed for their product, they still sent another package. Found Lynnway Liquors through a Google search for Blantons Bourbon. Happy to have found this place. Price of the bottle was very fair. Shipping was a little higher than I hoped it would be, but that is UPS for you. Bottle and box were wrapped in bubble wrap. Box clearly labeled fragile. Cannot be happier of the transaction. From time of order placed online, to deliver was 3 business days. Thanks again.

One of the best places to buy liquor in Lynn, Revere, Swampscott, Nahant and East Boston. Their prices are reasonable and service is spot on. Its very accessible, fast and shelves and service is perfect.

I ordered a bottle of Blanton bourbon for a Christmas present. I placed the order on Dec 14 as the website said it would arrive by Dec 18. I emailed them on December 17 and 18th asking for a tracking number with no response. My roommate also ordered a bottled at the exact same time. Getting worried I called them and asked about my tracking number. They inform me that they are our of Blantons and they were going to email me. They said they had the gold label which was a 110.00 dollars more. I asked the lady if I did that would it arrive by Friday. She said YES. I will walk to the back and have them ship it right now. I told my roommate that they were out and he better contact them to get his money back. He calls and they tell him they found 6 bottles in the back and his was being shipped. I dint raise a fuss as they said the Gold label I paid extra for shipped and since its a very important present for my boss I dint want to cause confusion. I still got no tracking number after numerous request. Well here it is Friday the company Christmas party and still no bottle. I called them and asked what was going on. She asked for my order number once again and puts me on hold. She comes back and says I just emailed your tracking number and it will arrive on Monday. I said unacceptable. I said I have requested a shipping confirmation several times and I should have got that. She said well you have to understand we have hundreds of orders right now. Are you kidding me? What kind of response is that? If you cant handle that many orders then hire more people or quit taking orders? Is it the customers fault? Should the customer not get the service they paid for just because you have hundreds of orders? I run a business and I would NEVER treat a customer that way. No apology was even given. Now that I look at all this they have even over charged me. The original bottle was 64.99. The gold Label the conveniently ran out of was 159.00. I paid 64.99 plus 31.11 shipping for a total of 96.10. The new bottle was 159.00 so plus the 31.11 shipping (Since its the same size bottle and weight) should be 191.10. Well 64.99 + 31.11 + 110.00 = 206.10 so somewhere some one got extra money and GUESS WHAT I got no present for my boss for the company party. HOW great will this look tonight! This company did not even care or even offer an apology. If I were you I wouldnt order from here unless you want NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and YOU DONT CARE WHEN YOU WILL GET YOUR STUFF!!!

Ordered online, ended up not having the bottles I ordered, then had a huge delay in shipping because of this and was told I would get a discount on shipping for the issue, agreed to this and waited another week before the item was even shipped, once it arrived I got the receipt and saw that I only had half my discount. Service is terrible from what I can tell. Then they also forgot to refund me for something they literally did not have and had it still for sale on the online store, I had to do their jobs for them in order to get my refund, Lazy bunch of people for the online side of thingsUpdate: still have not received a full refund, going on almost 4 weeks now, do not purchase from these people. They offer zero help when contacting them.Update 2: filed my dispute then they tried to call me the liar, how sweet it is to keep your emails and being able to prove them wrong. Sorry you say you are going to do one thing then make the customer upset when you dont do it. Learn how to run a business. Also if the owner gets upset by reviews when they get called out, maybe you should have handled the issue correctly the first time and you wouldnt have these reviews.

How about you sell it at a fair price and limit customers to one bottler per person like most stores do for allocated products? How about put one bottle out on the floor at random times so your regulars have a shot at getting it? There are countless options, you just want to line your pockets.I have purchased weller 107 from 4 different liquor stores this year paying no more than $26 a bottle. But I guess those stores actually respect their customers enough to sell it at a fair price.The fact that you have a locked cabinet full of rare bourbons marked at THREE TIMES SECONDARY price is proof that you dont care about getting products into your customers hands.
