I was helped by Luigi who right off the bat greeted me with a booming smile. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. He helped me with every step of the process made sure I knew everything he was doing and even cracked some jokes. He was amazing. He really took care of me too when it came to accessories and must haves for my new phone!

Our customer service rep Franklin was great help. He went through all of our numbers and told us which were paid off and which still had payments on. He offered promotions and Tv services also. He is one of the best reps we’ve dealt with. I almost forgot the reason why we went in there, we needed a new sim card and he took care of that for us promptly. Franklin definitely deserves a raise.

I appreciate them taking nearly 3 hours out of their day to help me upgrade my phone, switch my phone plan to FirstNet, and help switch my moms tv plan to AT&T tv to help her save money on her (ridiculously) high monthly cable bill! I went in to look around and see what AT&T had for plans. Within a minute of being in there Courtney acknowledged me and offered to help. She was great. Even when my toddlers were being toddlers, she never made me feel like they were being a bother. She helped me decide on the IPhone that fit better in my budget and made the experience so easy and quick. I’m so happy with my new phone, the price of my new plan (which is so much cheaper than others I’ve had in the past) and how the whole experience went. I recommend anyone looking to switch or get a new plan to go see Courtney!
