The employee was very helpful after u had been to 3 other t-mobile stores in the area looking for the screen protector I need. Everyone else kept sending me to other stores. This employee had no problem ordering it for me since they didnt have it. Was in and out
Not my cup of tea. Had to visit this store in person to cancel a hotspot. Surprise surprise : got a $135 bill anyway because whatever they said they did, didnt happen. As with T-mobile phone support the arms arent talking to the legs with this bloated company.

Lines are ALWAYS too long. Three associates working with one customer? Why? Went to the door & an associate just looks at me & shuts it, didn’t even bother to say sorry we’re closed, I said hi, my cousin is inside, & I needed to give him money to purchase a phone & she said she couldn’t open the door to let me give it to him but she opened the door for someone else! I asked her to let my cousin know I’m outside & she said okay? Walks away, didn’t even ask which person was my cousin. I work in customer service & let me tell you they have the worst customer service EVER, on the phone & in person. Nobody seems to be able to answer my questions & I always have to wait REALLY LONG over the phone & they always tell me to visit a local store and then I have to wait here too? SUPER RUDE! I regret switching back to T-Mobile. Since we’ve switched, been nothing but HEADACHES! I would NEVER recommend anyone to use their service again!!! I would rather use Verizon & pay more for better service & customer service 👎✌️✌️✌️

Although is truth that they might get very busy. I cant understand why people cant pay online for their phone bills.I had the pleasure to be received by Carlos Ramirez who has been working in there for over 6 years now. Weve got a wifi hotspot for my vehicle and he was very knowledgeable and helpful, going as far as installing and setting up the product in my car.0 headaches, everything was well explained and I knew how much I was paying. Will definitely come back to deal with Carlos. Thank you!

They offer you something and then the next day they make you waste time and make you wait long hours to tell you never mind. Your better off going to another provider .
The service is not bad. But dont expect a quick visit. It is usualy full and lines are long in this location.. They need to invest in a kiosk machine
