Most of the staff is nice and welcoming. I needed to exchange a pan set and the customer service rep was nice and easy going. No complaints about this location!

This is one of the bigger stores, so Im usually able to find everything I need. Like coming here around Christmas for decorations.

Im still waiting a response on a refund on my fornite cards that I purchase abd can u, because it wasnt activate when I brought them.But the pick up reps are very help and polite.

Selection is consistently low, place is also packed. I wish it was a super center.

Walmart was bumping at 1030pm! But dont expect cashiers! They only had self scan open, which was fine. They had more than enough. And Im assuming because it was after a certain hour? Maybe they just close there cashiers down at 10?

Plenty of on the floor workers to assist you in your needs. Lines at checkout a lot quicker then there competition. Wallmart prices are probably the best around and thats including there full food stores too.

If I could give -# review I would. Staff is always useless and rude. Even giving attitude to the customer in front of me. Giving incorrect information from multiple staff. Not trained in any form of customer service or store policy. Always low in stock or no stock at all. Disorganized and messy. Staff laughing and talking amongst themselves instead of helping customers. Will never return.

The store had lots to offer and it was a large store. It had a big freezer/food section. It had a sewing department and fabric that could be cut for you. The store’s aisles were well placed and not cramped.

As any other Walmart, no complains at all. Different types of products you can find.

I purchased storage bins just for them to be broken. Who leaves broken product on shelves for customers ? Do better Walmart !

Im sorry but its just such bad business practice for the only place open after 10 east of Boston to buy anything you might need (thats not in downtown Boston) to be locking the doors earlier and earlier at night.I understand the employees are people and they want to go home but were not talking about a bar or a Mom and Pop shop were talking a resource warehouse that is of vital importance to people for every second that its open.People drive 5 to 10 miles sometimes to have the only place they can go closed way before theyre supposed to be.

I visited Walmart to get small appliances they were all gone because of the price.I also needed a TV They had good deals for TVs a Vizio 55 inch $398 and Hisense 55 and 58 for only $348. I believe the 60+ are above the $600 but still cheaper than other stores

Either my timing is off or just to much of a selection so sometimes I never buy more then one shirt for me (19-24$)😫 and baby outfits. Limited selection on clothes. Love wrangler shirts (Male view)

The only problem is they are always packed and between trying to park and the lines at checkout is very stressful. I would rather shop here than in Saugus even though Saugus has a grocery section thats the only good thing about that store. Lynn has a Mcdonalds, better selection of clothes, shoes, electronics, toys,etc

This store has garbage customer service. No one can do money orders and one kid is too young. You think any associates would support him, nope!? This place is a joke. What a circus! Finally I had to ask three people for the store manager, which of course he doesn’t offer up an apology either.

Looking for a suitcase, just had a few and small size, such as a big store should be able to carry enough simple things like suitcases

I went to buy a bunch of pairs of shorts and summer shirts but they still wont let anyone use the fitting room. I ended up buying nothing. Left a whole carriage full of clothes that I most likely would of purchased if the fitting room was accessible.

First, I am sorry to say, there was a horrible smell all throughout the front of the store.Second, I did actually buy something. A collectible, where the box actually matters. There was a spider security on it, causing creases on the edges. I brought it to the register and the man ringing it in proceeds to just flip and flop it around on the counter. I asked him to please handle more gently, and while he didnt say anything, if looks could maim.Sigh ...

Well stocked, you could actually see employees going around and sanitizing areas, carts, registers etc... before allowing people to access them. Found everything needed easily, well labeled. No complaints at all about this trip today.

Everything you could want and more for ridiculously cheap prices. I even recommend ordering online as the savings on certain items is unbeatable. They also have an excellent customer service department. They go above and beyond.

Where do I begin? Avoid this place. I mean, Walmart isnt famous for having a highly skilled and professional staff but the Walmart in Lynn is, in my opinion, an embarrassment for Walmart as a company and stands out as an example of how one should avoid handling customer service. The store was disheveled, the staff were congregating and conversing among themselves, and the service department was oblivious. I would say the biggest upset for me was when I stood in line at service and ~7 people were talking and didnt address me at all for close to 5 minutes. I asked one what was happening and he started talking to the group in Spanish. I assumed he was trying to help me but instead no on addressed me and I was stuck waiting again. After a few minutes passed a random lady walked over and helped me. Im embarrassed for Walmart.

We purchased an outside table set, 4 chairs and 3 foot square table. It was cheaper and better quality than 4 chair only we had purchased online! We returned the online purchase!! We also bought the umbrella and it the whole purchase was still cheaper. Thats the power of Walmart!

It is quite a big place.I love the garden center .Only thing they do not have Deli, vegetables or fruits.Big range of clothing and regular stuffs

I havent been to Walmart in the longest time and was extremely surprised by how great the customer service was. I asked multiple staff for the location of an item on multiple occasions and was met with the utmost respect, care and professionalism. I was also surprised by how cheap things were especially items Im use to paying significantly more for. I know where Im going when I want quality/quantity items at a great price!

Items I went to get was not in-stock but was listed as in stock on the app for my store. No one was able to understand what I was asking for an item. One guy didnt even want to talk to me.

This Wal-Mart needs a better Plus size department. Being a plus women Im disappointed with the section. The store itself needs a makeover. Overall, for your basic needs this will do.

I havent been to this Walmart in years was always so dirty. I was so pleasantly surprised very clean. All of the Staff that I dealt with was helpful and knowledgeable. I got exactly what I wanted a a great price. Will go back to this Walmart now as it is the closest to my home

A good store for clothes, household, and food goods at reasonable prices for the whole family needs more organization, Care, Arrangement, and fills some empty shelves.

I went into the store at night and then the follibg morning. The employees are very rude 😒not a great place to spend your money. There is a small grocery store not even a quarter mile away that is a much better shopping experience.

Need to hire more people who speak English well. And teach workers customer service. Workers were not helpful at all. 8 months pregnant and had to ask customers for help putting heavy items on rack and bring to checkout. Workers not helpful at all.

I love it there its kind of like a home Depot once you go in for just one thing you end up leaving with all kinds of really nice things for a decent price. This kind of sounds like theyre paying me to say this but theyre really not

This Wal-Mart was okay, I think its the old building 19 and 3/4th or something like that. The lot is a good size for RVs. I noticed all the 18 wheeler trucks were parked along the side of the store and none in the Wal-Mart Lot. I checked one review and they stayed, but on All stay a site said 1 person said they parked behind Wal-Mart on the road. I wasnt sure what to do, so I just stayed, since it was late and if anyone knocked on my door, I would just move to the street, but the trucks did take up a lot of side street area. Plus, its not a great area and I did not want to park behind the building at all. I woke and had my coffee, no one knocked and I thank them for that. I was quiet and far from the store. I tried notice the no overnight signs when I left. They were pretty high, I was too busy trying to avoid cars when I pulled in. Sign where in Front, not were you stay overnight away from the store.

Huge Walmart location. Clean, big and varied selection. Staff was gracious.

Curbside. Well youbl oull in the numbered spots and they bring everything out to the car which was the Lyft ride and the driver helped it was excellent. Bought the Christmas tree and some other gifts. A three foot tall pre-lit Christmas tree for $20

They never have what I need, and if they have it they only have 1 thing, they dont have more and when you ask an employee they talk to you as if they dont want to talk to you

I wish I could give more stars but you all need more people that speak english I couldnt believe how many employees I went to that said they dont speak English come on people this is not central America its north American and we speak English, Im not saying dont hire legal citizens that dont speak english I am saying make sure the ones that are out on the floor do speak English is all...

I can usually find everything that I need. Im always shopping on Walmart.com as well. Their web customer service reps are always pleasant and knowledgeable when Ive had to call them and I also received a Walmart e-gift card when there was a problem with my order. So that was a nice surprise and gesture on Walmarts part!

This Walmart has one of the best garden centers in my vicinity.

A big diversity of foods, tools and almost everything that one might want to buy with a fair price and various promotions.

Love this store one of my favorite places everything you need for great prices.

I love this store but yesterday one of the employees the one who counts you at the door tells me that my kids can not wait at the customer service lane with me. That they need to walk and wait pass McDonalds. I understand believe me, social distance and all. But they are minors why would I send them far from my eye sight?

You have to bag your own groceries after you spent an hour and a half shopping for them OR..... You can wait in line for half an hour for someone else to ring them up.

When every body go to pay,Everythings was faster.

STAY AWAY from the Walmart in Lynn MA. First of all, before you get inside, the stench out front of the place is almost unbearable. Sadly, the smell doesnt improve much once you get inside the store, since its just as dirty inside as it is outside. Part of the smell come from the store itself, the other part comes from the customers who shop there. I went there to buy a grill, but the lady in the grill section didnt speak a word of English, and didnt know what I was even looking for, despite pointing directly at the grill. Finally, I was able to buy a grill and get it home. The worst part was that after spending $300 on this grill and 2 hours putting it together, I found that there was a HUGE dent on the front of the grill. I returned it and made the decision to NEVER go to a Wal-Mart in such a disgusting city again.

Pretty good store. I come here for quick groceries sometimes. The grocery manager /supervisor is excellent. Always very helpful. He seems to recognize his usual customers. He is for sure best part of coming to this location. Rest of the staff is good too.

Got 2 Amazing deals here on this particular shopping day. However, I do Love shopping at Walmart for all household products...I got one Amazing deal on a 0.55 TV and another one on a Futon that Im keepin in my living room right now.
