He not only patiently took the time to walk through every step of the prescription replacement process, but also thoroughly reviewed Julies insurance plan to show her exactly the benefits she was entitled to. Yes, they took me right away at my scheduled appointment time. Examiner was very excellent, efficient, quick, sense of humor but no nonsense. Skilled at her profession. Didnt t need three or 5 trues to get the needed test result. Good selection of glasses. The first pair the staff suggested was the pair I bought, after I looked at every pair in the store! lol. They tried to itself me on lenses, which were beautiful but not in my budget. They understood. Ill pick up my glasses soon. I recommend these guys. And oh yeah, they fo really gave all the latest state of the art efficient equipment.

I am very happy with the job and good care, with the people, and the new doctor provided to me. She was very patient, and nice. The O.D. Ying wu- is very good, I really like her as O.D.

I was coming here for years, since late last year they havent had an eye doctor :/ Ive been putting off my eye exam for so long due to how close location was and been to Wal-mart eye doctors forever. They finally get one to having one that takes absolutely no insurance.. Its a pandemic, why get a doctor that cant take insurance yet? Not everyone can afford to pay out of pocket everything.

Wost place i ever experience ! First they take to long to get my glass ready and than they did a mistake and i have to wait even more, after that i went to pick up and they lost my order. The lady that works that was very rude . after so many tentative they gave finally my glass with problems. Never comeback to this place again. they shoud hire new people! so rude and incompetente.

Worst experience!! Been wearing contacts for 25 years. Ordered from many, but first time ordering from Walmart. 10 days to even fill the order! Then they decide signature is required. Have you heard of Covid-19 and social distancing?! Never had to sign for contacts before. Ask me to be home to sign until 9:00 PM. Arrange for my son to be home while I have to work. Then stay in all night. You guessed it. Contacts did NOT arrive. Do NOT order from Walmart!!!!

My glasses were a bit tight on the sides. After checking the previous reviews, I drove for half an hour to try this place.The staff were friendly, and they immediately fixed the problem in a professional way. Much better than those shops in Boston. Very impressive.

It was amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt like a family member here!! I just feel like coming to Wal-Mart just to say hi to the vision center. Love them!!!! Very accomadting. I love this place!!!

I had a very good experience here looking for contacts and a pair of bifocal glasses. Everyone was friendly and professional. But most importantly, since I really didnt know what was best for me, I decided before my appointment that I would rely on their recommendations, which worked out perfectly. The optometrist, Dr. Lahey, recommended one prescription in one eye for seeing far and another prescription in the other eye for reading. It took a little getting used to, but now I have contacts for seeing both near and far, without having to wear glasses at all. And theyre dailies, which I simply discard at the end of the day, so no washing and rinsing, ever. And I can see perfectly. Im very pleased. Also, on the rare occasion when I may want to wear glasses, the friendly staff helped me find a pair that looks good on me at a great price. Just all around, this was a good experience. I highly recommend them.UPDATE: I returned today for my annual exam and had yet another excellent experience. Everyone is friendly, patient, and helpful. Kudos to Colleen and Esposito. Also, Dr. Turco was very professional and found a problem that was serious and totally unbeknownst to me. That was very much appreciated. Its good to know that my first experience last year wasnt a fluke. These people are very good at what they do.

Do not go if you stand any chance of traffics. I was turned away because I was less then 2 mins late! Oh and they had no other customers in there
