DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!!!!! Unprofessional, unreliable, and unresponsive. I decided to go here for last minute birthday tees 1 week before my daughters birthday. I requested a quote for 5 tee shirts which the owner (Nelson) provided. I asked for their payment details and that was the end of our conversation. He acknowledged receiving my order and that was it. I visited their shop, he wasn’t there, I followed up via text but he never responded. I do not foresee this place open much longer with their terrible service and I noticed one of the great reviews listed is from the owner himself.

I ordered a custom T-shirt for a baby shower and paid for it in advance, I was suppose to pick it up Thursday but the guy told me it wasn’t ready it needed to be pressed it was gonna be ready Friday. When I called and texted him on Friday he completely ignored me and still till this day a wk later has not returned my calls I went there and it was close. I would never go to this place again horrible customer service. And they still owe me 20 dollars!!!

Anyone else want to take Nelson to small claims court with me? Guy scammed me and now won’t respond.

I guess this is a last minute business because Ive been calling for days to get a shirt made for a gender reveal in advance but not one call back or anything. Horrible customer service.

I picked up 4 masks for a friend here. He paid 40 dollars cash. He only saw the masks online. I was met out front and was kind of skeptical as to wheather he would like them. When the person selling them to me realized I may not get them because of that, He told me if he didn’t like them, he could return them. So as I thought, my friend didn’t like the masks. They were too tight and heavy. When he asked about returning them, he was now told he couldn’t due to the virus. This is understandable, however, the merchant selling the masks lied outright to me! Why tell me they can be returned! I would have only purchased one if I thought there would be a problem. Dirty move! Stay away from this place!
