It was amazing when they built this Market Basket. The Lynn, Revere and Chelsea store were my favorites. Back when Covid began, they lost my respect. It was terrible to be bullied by men in black trench coats telling meI could not bring my purse inside the store, that I had to leave it outside in a bin.I never, ever went back. I started going to the one in Revere, much more kind, respectful and understanding of the situation. Lynn, Massachusetts Market Basket, you lost my respect and patronage.Other than that the store is clean, easy to find what you need. Aisles were a little narrow for such a busy store.After work the Italian sandwich they made for me was delicious. Some nights, traveling home from Boston, would get home late and wanted something delicious and inexpensive. The hot meals are delicious too.I know I am repeating myself, but I never went back and that was in 2019. Treating people with respect keeps them coming back. Very much missing that aspect of responsibility as a business. Enough said about that.Market Basket in itself is a great, local owned business. Thank you for taking care of your employees. Ive heard good things about your company taking care of its people.

They are regularly out of stock on many items, and do not have near enough staff working during the busiest times. They also fail to have staff that can communicate clearly with you if you are not a Spanish speaking person.The quality of their fresh cuts of beef are outstanding though, and for that reason, I will continue to go there.

Best place to shop in the city of Lynn .for low ]prices. But if you are looking for quality produce. The lettuce l& all other vegetables are the worse not even fit for animal consumption . but all other. Is the best in this country .meat . chicken can goods ECT

This market basket is always clean the staff is always friendly and The most part it always has what Im looking for in stock their prices are affordable and theyre affordable and their produce is outstanding

The Sushi department is the best!!! The gentleman that was working there was so helpful and super friendly and the sushi was absolutely delicious I highly recommend them best service best Sushi best people working in that department hands down. I will definitely be going there again facts!

They forgot to give me a bag of groceries so I called up and told them that the girl forgot to give it to me and I told the manager there which items were in the bag and she put me on hold for a half of a second and got back on the phone and told me that I did not leave a bag of groceries there. So I told her to please go check and that I paid for the groceries and that I would bring me receipt with me to prove that I was just in there and she insisted that I was lying. Nice way to treat a paying customer dont you think? I spend $600-$700 dollars a month, every month in there and now Id rather pay top dollar at Stop and Shop than go back to any one of thier stores again!!!!

Great flow of the store and I love the café. Someone like myself with anxiety, sometimes I just need a timeout and away from the crowd and its a great place to sit for a moment.

Well, what can I say. This is the biggest and cleanest Market Basket I have ever shopped at. The selections are huge. The place is set up so nicely. I have been down south for so long. I had a bit of a price shock, especially with the water uusually they are .70 to .80 cents NC to Florida. Not sure about Virginia. They ran out so I did not think to walk over and check their prices. Anyway, its nice to be up North again. Not the city off Lynn so much. I drove 95 North to Walnut Street to get here without my truckers GPS, and its not really RV friendly to let you know. Plus the Marion Street sharp turn is more like a drive across the street. By the time I turned it was gone. Turning around wasnt fun, so stay on the main roads if you can. Plus the parking lot is up a bit from the street but I didnt bottom out (rear scrapping the cement street). I havent left yet, so I might look for another way out just in case. Ok, its hot, feels like 100 degrees. Love the 15lb bag of ice for $2.49....better than the South. Oh, ya, they use brown paper bags, thats awesome. Never see them in stores anymore. I tried to upload pictures for 2 days and its not working.

Theres just one very important thing missing to get 5 stars. And it applies to practically all businesses.They should use less plastic or even better, only recycled plastic or materials. It would a God sent. We all have to be responsible parents and grandparents. Leaving this planet better or at least similar to how we have got it is nothing more than our obligation.

The Lynn Market Basket is amazing! I love the huge deli selection, prepared meats, pizza, subs etc. Their produce is always fresh and they do have a great selection of organic vegetables.

Horrible. First they cannot bag. Eggs do not belong on top of my bread 😡. Bags are so heavy I can barley get them to my house. Two prices are marked for same item always rings up higher price. I don’t have time for you to go back and check. I would rather shop higher priced stop n shop. Not shopping here anymore

I love Market Basket. It started as a family owned business and has grown. Their parking lots no matter what town it state their location is always full. If you have an issue their store clerks are always helpful in resolving it for you.

Ehhhh. Used to be more for your dollar. Not anymore. Steaks for $9+ per pound that are so thin its insulting. Staff with extremely negative attitudes. More concerned with each other than the customers. Manager needs to get their head in the store and straighten up their employees.

A lot better than the Salem location in terms of size. It feels less cramped in the aisles. Also having a butcher station with some nice cuts on display is a nice touch as well.Still somehow has too many people for a seamless experience, but by comparison to Highland Ave, its a cakewalk.

Very popular grocery store in Boston, always crowded. If you love to cook (especially ethnic foods) this is the place for you to find your ingredients. They also have prepared food ready if youre not in the cooking mood.

I ordered a sub. One of the ladies assumed i was finished with my order and starts wrapping up my food as i am speaking to her coworker about why they no longer sell red onions that i always put on my sub. She yells at me and says well i thought u was done..scoffs at me and with an attitude raises her voice. Made me not even wanna eat my damn sandwich no more. Ruined my whole appetite. Im going to the revere one instead.

Dont get the prepared sandwiches, got italian sub with looking at the date and it was over two weeks expired, returned and they had other sandwiches over the sell by date. This makes me caution everything from the deli,seafood

Why is it not one employee at the store knows how to bag groceries? Does a 3 pound box of kosher salt belong on top of chips and a loaf of bread? Cans tossed in with apples? Bagging groceries is not rocket science. Either do it right or step aside when I say I will do it myself.

My 89 y/o father-in-law loves the Eclairs at the bakery. I just enjoy shopping there and shopping for him. Used to shop Higland Ave, Salem - what a nightmare that store was.

I have been shopping at Market Basket for several years.Their prices are low in comparison to other markets in the area.I recently started shopping at the store in LynnIts an excellent store with many special featuresThey have a very good produce section for both regular and organic types of fruits and vegetables.They also have very good prices on fish.The staff are very cordial and helpfuIAs an older retired person I am grateful to be able to save money.
