Ive been with Arctic Oil since I bought my house over 10 years ago. I never had oil before always gas. They came over did an inspection and clean up! They said my burner is very old but they dont make them like this anymore. As long as we can get parts - we will keep fixing it.. They are fast, courteous and very helpful.. I definitely recommend Arctic Oil...

I love Arctic oil!! I had no heat they were there within the hour fixed it in no time. The worker was very professional and kind explained what to do next time this happens, he did his job was in and out in no time. Highly recommend Arctic oil!!

Purchased our house 2 years ago and have been with artic oil since. Staff is very nice, you don’t get any pefferred rate or discounts for being an auto refill client. Over priced oil. Never noticed how high the price was until I got a really big invoice and realized that other companies offer oil up to 30 cents cheaper per gallon.

What a day!!I used to love this company and now will NEVER use them again.I order oil 3/14 before the blizzard, it was not delivered that night so I assumed the next day. (they were busy and said if not today, tomorrow.) Obviously is was snowing so I waited, and then assumed 3/16 it would be out. NO. They never delivered!!!3/17 at 9pm my heat goes out with 2 kids because they never delivered, and of course they were closed, the guy at the answering service was a complete ass, I had to ask for the emergency number 4 times. Obviously No one would come out, so we had to wait until the next morning.3/18 I called exactly when they opened at 8AM. And was told oh sorry, hell be out, it would be an hourHour and a half later I called and told he was coming.Another half hour later he showed up, - I love the delivery driver, hes super nice.SINCE I EAS OUT IF OILHe tried starting my unit, but it didnt work because we needed a new starter apparently, it wasnt making any noise or trying to turn over. So he left.Maybe 5 minutes later I went down and it was trying to turn in. Pressed the button did the normal, hummed and tried to start.Called back to ask for them to come back out to start it, they REFUSED, yes REFUSED to come back out because they said it was broken. They said the tech could come out, but at 3PM.So now its 12:30, I have oil but no heat and have to wait until 3PM for them to send out the service man, whose not going to do ANYTHING.I will NEVER use this company again!!!

Tommy is a good man.

Their driver cuts people off and then flicks them off. It represents the company well with the phone number and name on the truck.

Very good customer service, a lot of efficiency and a lot of professionalism.
