Terrible experience with this company. Ordered 5 sets of metal double tier school lockers. Looked inside quickly on delivery, to confirm color and check for damage; however, did not see a need to check through each heavy box as boxes were clean, all strapped down to a pallet, secured, etc.... The large, cumbersome boxes arrived in pristine condition. However, upon opening for assembly, every box had damaged parts, no nuts/bolts for assembly. Immediately called, A+ unwilling to correct, told me I needed to pay additional $250 for new parts, parts I paid for once but never received, and additional freight, etc... to make my already overpriced order correct. Zero customer service, Zero understanding of the situation, and zero willingness to help out.
I would have given 0 stars if I could. This company quoted one price on their website for a ladder I wanted to purchased then at checkout the cost went up after going through with the purchase I received an email stating the ladder should have been in a different category and the price went us significantly. I expressed my disappointment in a reply email but was told my card will be credited back. This is unacceptable customer service and I will not be purchasing from this company and neither should you.
I called several companies the week before Christmas looking for a hopper and nobody could or would accommodate our request. I began calling on the 16th and needed it no later than the 23rd, two days before Christmas. Each company I called and salesman I talked to all told me, Its not possible. Itll never make it there before Christmas I finally spoke with Ed on the 17th or 18th. Ed was very knowledgeable as far as the product and spoke with confidence, Yes we have it. Yes we can get it there by the 23rd. I chuckled a little when I noticed on the invoice it said, Lightening Fast Delivery However, when the hoppers came in on Monday, 2 days earlier than expected I thought now thats lightening fast! From Massachusetts to Alabama over the weekend basically. Giving us time to modify what we needed to and have it on site ready when the Winter Outage started on the 23rd.If I ever need anything that this company sells in the future, personal or business related, you can bet Ill be calling Ed!!
I found their customer service to be helpful, patient and very knowledgeable on there products - he knew exactly what we were looking for and was able to procure it for us at a very reasonable price. I enjoyed doing business with them, I highly recommend them and look forward to using them in the future.
Fantastic service. Ed is a wonderful salesman and knows the products inside and out. Ive had to order pallet racking a few times for my company, and he has been integral to finding the right rack for our business. From questions about size and weight, to easy delivery/pick up options, hes made replacing these racks painless and seemless. I cannot recommend this company enough. Arlene was helpful and attentive when it came to my return needs. She is a wonderful aspect to this company. The lazy Susan we purchased arrived later than schedule due to trucking delays because of weather in the area so we no longer needed it but our overall experience was great due to Arlene being transparent about the situation.

Satisfied to a T, I placed an order that was missing a part and Arlene was a great help. She had the part mailed out to me asap! As if that isnt enough she also helped with a freight surcharge fee only charging me the minimum for the inconvenience on my initial order. I wish all companies had employees dedicated to customer satisfaction like this.

I had thought I Ordered a fixed steel ladder from Arlene but instead I just requested a quote. She did an awesome job re-quoting me and processing my order ASAP. I had a quote turned into an order in under an hour, THATS WHAT YOU CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was quick and painless. Arlene is attentive and her customer service skills are A-PLUS!!! You simply cant find 14-gauge steel products anywhere; A Plus is one of the very few outlets, and I would gauge their product knowledge and competence at the same quality rating as their products.
A Plus Warehouse has been selling our stacking racks for years. They are a great group to work with and they have a fine customer focus.
I ordered a storage container and when I received the product it was to small for what I needed it for. The size listed is the lid size not the container size. I contacted the company so I could return the item and purchase a larger one from them. They have a re-stocking fee of 35% plus you have to pay shipping and handling? I explained that I was buying a larger item from them and I should not be charged a Re-stocking Fee. The manager said he couldnt help. This was the price. The container in question was 24x 20x 13 so its not like they needed a big fork truck or crane to set this container back on the shelf! I have had my own business for over 20 years and I would not be in business if I operated my company this way so buyer beware! The integrity of this business is horrible. They provided a quote for lockers per the plans and specifications, and then when it comes to signing a purchase order for the lockers, they back out all together. This has been after months of working on the details of the lockers and purchase order, customizing our forms and payment terms to match what they wanted. In which one demand they insisted on is that they wanted 100% payment before shipment. Working in the construction industry for 20 years, they are the worst supplier Ive worked with due to lack of knowledge of what they quoted and then walking away a year into working on the project.

Buyer beware on shipping. They charge hundreds of dollars for shipping (understandable, it is heavy). They package everything together with saran wrap. We didnt undo all of the saran wrap before signing off on the shipping. Light was completely destroyed. There was no way I would have known without completely unwrapping everything before signing (which would have taken a considerable amount of time, and honestly we dont have to worry about this with any other vendors). They did offer to split the cost of the new light with me, but I took my business elsewhere.

Called to check stock on 12 lights I needed. Was told they were stock and would ship that day if they had the order. So I placed the order and Seven days later I called to find out where my lights were and was told the order needed to be processed and would ship in a few days. I cancelled the order because I could not wait. Nothing like being lied to just to get the order.
