Do Not Go!!!!!! We have bought $9,000 of merchandise from this store. The first time we made our purchase we opted in for the 0% twelve month offer made by the store associate. My wife recently made another $1,100 purchase and the store associate gave us a 12 month 0% offer. However, when we paid the full amount of the balance for first items we purchased 12 months ago we were charged $490 in interest despite making the full amount on time. We called the store to help us and they did nothing to help us, not a great way to treat loyal customers.

Lynnfield stirs assiciates rude turn thier backs if they don’t feel like working I sat on a couch and observed fir a while I left ve pottery barn and its style but thus store eillbend up closing if they continue thier rudeness abc laziness

I just visited Pottery Barn with my husband at the Lynnfield location and we will definitely not return. We recently purchased our home and had gone into the store for a few things we were looking for. What an unwelcoming store! Not only is it unwelcoming, but it lacks customer service representatives who are culturally competent and can serve ALL their customers without bias. We walked in, no one said “hello” or “welcome.” As we walked around the store, we stopped to look at an item. There were two older white women less than a foot away from us and a customer service representative approached them and asked if they needed any help. They replied with a “no, thank you.” Then, the same customer representative looks right at me and walked away. Didn’t ask if we needed any help or a simple hello. Why is that? Do I look too urban for your store? Or is it because I was a few shades darker?

I called the store to ask a question regarding bedding products that were on sale. All three times, I was placed on hold for at least five minutes and I eventually hung up. I called back again the next day and Sarah told me it was very busy (again) and she would call me back. The call never came. I dont understand how a store that carries such high end products can have the worst customer service ever. You get better service at Kohls! Doesnt this company recognize the importance of customer service?

Horrible customer service. Did not get any “hello’s” or help while shopping at this location. Would give this 0 stars if I could. Bought a few things and had problems at the register with one item being more expensive than the other same item. Manager came over (Donna) and didn’t say a word to me. Proceeded to argue with me because they had discounted signs out that had expired for the items I was buying. Awful experience overall.

This was my first time at this location. As I attempted to approach a service person at the counter, she turned her back and picked up the telephone. I thought...maybe a call came in.I proceeded to the register near the front of the store where I saw 2 associates and they were both chatting with their backs to me.I guess because it was late and a small purchase it didnt matter!I have purchased chairs, rugs and many items over the years. I would never return to this location.

Horrible customer service. I had to return a gift, the manager told me I would receive my credit in 4-8 days. Its been A MONTH. They refuse to help and keep directing me to the corporate number where I wait over 40 minutes to speak to someone. I have been in this store multiple times and the team there is always incredibly rude. When I did speak to corporate, they did tell me that they have received a higher volume of complaints for this store. I highly suggest using a different Pottery Barn, especially if you are under 35, because the staff there will not help.

Snaggs, the sales associate at Pottery Barn in Lynnfield, is so patient and helpful. My husband & I were trying to figure out the best couch for our home this past weekend and she helped us with every single detail. It was the most enjoyable shopping experience and it was all thanks to Snaggs.
