Dont drink tea, but went here with my wife who does the other day. The staff are just incredible. Kind, knowledgeable, patient, and even tolerant of the itinerant husbands. Despite not being a tea drinker, they introduced me to a few cold brews that I really liked. Overall just had a surprisingly nice time there.

Excellent selection of any tea you want and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The tea and accessories run a bit pricey but worth it if you ask me.

This is a wonderful tea place to take your family. The people are very nice and help with your selection. David’s tea has a wonderful selection of tea that anyone can find the tea for them.

I LOVE David’s Tea and part of that is the staff from the store in Lynnfield. Ellen is so knowledgeable about the teas and she can help you pick the perfect tea for you. Their staff is so down to earth and friendly, I usually order everything online because I hate the in store experience of shopping; but going to this David’s Tea location is almost like a highlight and something I get excited for. My boyfriend and I end up there every couple of weeks and now I’ve got his mom hooked. Seriously, there are no words to describe how awesome they are. I unfortunately don’t remember the name of the two other employees that were working yesterday (2/10/2020) but it was like hanging out with old friends, that’s vibe in there. I’m so sad to be moving and leaving them behind. If I could bring the three of them with me I would!

One of the best David teas I have been to. The people who work here really know their tea, giving great suggestions and working hard to get you home with the right product. Great place if you are av avid loose leaf tea drinker or just getting started.

The store clerk was very kind and nice . She let us smell all the tea and wait inside when we were waiting for someone to come pick us up because it was so cold outside. And we had a very nice vacation .

Apparently 7:30 and 9 are the same time to these people. I tried calling them too and their phones are not set up because they are a new store. A year is new, apparently. No concept of time or decency to leave a note as to why they are closed.
