This was the second time I had my car serviced at Flagship, and I will continue to bring my car there because the service is truly great. I had a less than stellar experience at a different dealership prior to coming here. Stephen, my service advisor, was excellent. The scheduled service, inspection sticker, and a window button replacement were completed within one day even though a part had to be ordered. The cost of the service seemed quite reasonable. My car looked great when it was done as well. I love that they wash and vacuum your car while it is there. I also appreciate the option of having loaner car.
Steve (salesman at Commercial Van Store) was super helpful in picking my car. I had a small issue with it within the first couple months and they took care of the problem with no question. I am very happy with my experience.

I was very impressed by the help supplied by Mercedes-Benz of Lynnfield. I drive a 2016 Smartcar and it’s not easy getting knowledgeable support, since dealerships closer to home don’t service this car, since it’s no longer sold in the US. I always get great service at Flagship Motocars and recommend them to anyone looking for MB service. My car required a B maintenance service.. Nathan, who managed everything, was very professional, friendly, courteous and efficient. On his own initiative he arranged for a courtesy vehicle for me to use while the car was being serviced. There were a couple of dings on the car and they took care of them such that I could see no evidence that they had been there, even knowing where they were. And the car runs great! Outstanding job by all involved!
My Mercedes E450 had a flat tire on the way to Boston from Maine. I stopped at Flagship Motors and they took great care of us. They even checked to see if we had tire coverage, and unknown to us we did. They replaced the run flat tire AND washed our car at no charge. Brennan, our service rep was AWESOME! When I replace this car I am going to Flagship Motors. Cant recommend them enough. They even offered me a loaner so my wife could make her Drs appointment at Brigham and Womens.Thank you Flagship Motors for outstanding service.

Renan was very knowledgeable, professional, transparent, responsive and patient. I brought my MB GLE in for B service and was provided a loaner so that I was able to still get to work. Renan provided me an estimate for service along with his recommendation w/explanation for a brake flush, which I decided to do. He respected my request to be contacted if anything of significance came up during the service and text me early enough in the day so that I had the option to have additional recommended repair performed. He also emailed me an auto status report and upon request he immediately broke out the labor and parts costs. He answered any questions I had and took the time to walk me to my vehicle so I could better understand the recommended repair (why recommended and level of urgency). I appreciated that he did not talk down to me and was never pushy. Renan is an effective communicator and I will be requesting to work with him for future services at this location.

Horrible service. I purchased full 5 year protection for my car. brought it in for service with multiple nails in 2 of my tires. They kept the car for 52 hours and in the end had only patched the holes instead of changing out my tires. I ended up having them switch out all tires for new ones and paid for them out of pocket. not wasting time and effort on them anymore.
I can count on Renna at Flagship Motors customer service department to always take care of me. She is so professional and easy to work with and goes way out of her way “the extra mile” to make sure that I’m happy. Good job, Renna!

Nathan and the service department team went above and beyond to take care of issues from another Mercedes-Benz location. I will now only purchase and service our vehicles at Flagship Motorcars of Lynnfield, best service center I have ever been to, professional and honest.
Nathan was excellent in getting work done on my car in a very timely matter.
I did have a good receive at first but took that down as soon as it hit four weeks since buying my car and still haven’t been able to pick it up. I was told it’d be a couple weeks. It’s been four now and instead of sending a runner down to do all the paperwork in one day, they mailed it making me the customer wait weeks and still haven’t gotten my car. I have now had to pay another month of insurance on my current car while also paying on the new cars insurance. I’m incredibly disappointed in the service and would never recommend this dealership to anyone.
After over a week and a half of legitimate bs from literally everyone I had dealt with when Chris the service rep got involved that’s when stuff started going correctly.The service advisor Chris is the only reason for my 5-Star review. Thank you man.
Overall my experience at Flagship was great. About 30 minutes longer than scheduled which isn’t bad considering everyone is coming out of “hiding” so to speak. Renna was super welcoming and friendly. And the advice I was given and service I got done were top notch. It’s unfortunate that, in spite of a sign stating masks are mandatory, there was a man allowed to hang out inside without a mask for hours on end. And he spoke to multiple masked staff while there. Not a good look but I can’t complain about the hospitality or service.
I brought my 2014 Mercedes E350 to Flagship for a recall on the Takata airbags. The greeter was professional and courteous and the service representative, Renan, was very knowledgeable and also courteous and professional. I was given an estimate of how long the recall repair would take and it was actually completed a half hour earlier than the estimate. The vehicle was vacuumed when I received it back (because of the rainy weather it precluded it from being washed). This visit to Flagship was a pleasant one.

I had to take my 2016 C300 in to repair a loose plastic face-plate that was dangling on the ground from the under-carriage under the drivers seat. It was an emergency repair that couldnt wait. Renan got my car right in when the mechanics arrived, and it was repaired and ready by 8:30. Not only that, Flagship did not charge me for this service since it only took a couple of clips to secure the face plate again. This is why I continue to be a Flagship Mercedes-Benz owner. Like any dealerships you have to expect to wait at least an hour or more regardless if you made an appointment. Bring a book or have some one pick you up. Impatient will lead you to nowhere. Mine was spur of the moment (flat tire) yet they were kind enough to repair it that day even though they had others way ahead of mine. Frankly, I find Steve of all the representatives the nicest. Dont get me wrong others are nice, too. He gave updates via text or by phone.Why 4 stars it can be pricey.

I made an appointment At my local Mercedes Benz dealership in Lynnfield because my car was too dangerous to drive. There was a huge bubble and gash on the tire ready to split open. Between Herb Chambers Service advisor and a Mercedes-Benz certified mechanic, I would have felt at ease that my tire would have been changed out correctly and felt safe to drive my vehicle. After, they called and said my vehicle is ready and job was complete. I drive my car away and it is driving sluggish and not right. So, I pulled over to look at tire and the tire was the same it was when I brought it in (big bubble and huge gash across it.) The tire was not fixed or replaced! I called the dealership and asked what they did to my vehicle for five hours they had it. I also clearly explained to them prior it was my front driver side tire and called many times to confirm that. The service advisor apologized and said they changed the wrong tire. They picked up my car and brought me a loaner and then they tell me that they’re going to replace correct tire with the new tire they put on the wrong side and find the old tire that they threw away and put that one back on my car. How does a herb chambers certified Mercedes-Benz dealership have a service advisor and certified mechanic not able to complete a simple task of replacing a bad tire? After a service manager gets back to me I will write a further review of how the service manager handled this issue.
Had my car towed to Flagship after a flat tire left me stranded. The process was seamless from start to finish. Stephen Lopes was extremely attentive and professional and had the tire replaced and ready to go within an hour, not to mention a sparkling car wash. I will definitely be returning for all of my future car purchases and service needs!
