5 star experience. After dealing with not such great service at other AT&T business’ I am happy I chose to stop in to this location. Quinton was who I worked with. He was great! He was on point with all his answers, was patient with my circumstance & questions & very respectful and nice.The store was clean & the area I sat in while being assisted was extremely clean. Again, happy I chose to come here to purchase my new phone

Amgad is great! He stayed extra late after closing to help us get everything we needed! We got all our devices set up (phones, tablets, and access to FirstNet). He and his team clearly went the extra mile!😃 Amari and Linna were also excellent

This was the best phone going experience I have had. I believe his names was, (probably spelling it wrong) he was so patient with me and walking me through the process. I was unprepared so it took 3 hours to get myself a new phone, which was my own fault, but he was kind and so helpful the whole time. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

I went to the local AT&T store in Lynnfield mass. Andrea was very helpful and very friendly. She went over my phone plan and help me lower the cost.She was also very helpful in purchasing a new Apple Watch and activating it for me.great overall experience.

I was lucky and there was no wait at 11am on Memorial Day. I was able to buy a new phone and have all data transferred over in less than an hour. The sales rep did an awesome job helping me through the process which I hadnt done in almost 6 years. She also reviewed the basic features so I could use it immediately.

I left Apple in such a bad mood after a rushed terrible experience, and decided to go to AT&T to purchase a glass screen protector. I was greeted kindly upon entering the store by a woman named Andrea, she was very helpful and well mannered it helped me digress and converse so easy as she helped me apply the screen protectors to my children’s phones. She showed how customer service should be done. A male assistant named Joel helped my children pick out phone cases and I greatly appreciated the treatment to my young ones. Overall the experience in this location was very satisfactory. I recommend this location they make you feel as if you known them as it was so easy to communicate. I went in for one thing and found myself buying other items I didn’t even anticipate getting. It was a very comfortable experience. Great atmosphere.

Finally a cellphone store that has great customer service and go out of their way for their customers. I’ve had issues with cellphone carriers for years. Definitely will feel comfortable coming to the store more often. Got a new upgrade, transferred all of my contacts and photos without a complaint. Will recommend to anyone in the area!

Very nice and clean store. Stopped in to buy a phone and wound up buying a whole plan with five lines. The gender neutral person who helped us was named Glen and wow they were persuasive! Glen was also very respectful of my nieces pronouns and even asked which pronouns we prefer before we started talking. Very happy with they/them!

Great staff and very informative. Have had a lot of experiences in the past with phone companies but this staff here has helped my transition over to At&T feel seamless.

I came in to trade in my phone and my mom ended up upgrading and buying a new phone herself! May helped us and he was amazing. He took the time to help set up the phone because we were having problems. He didn’t just set us aside, he actually helped and stuck through until the problem was FIXED. We felt important. I will definitely be going back to this store and asking for May. Not to mention the store itself is big and clean!

I don’t typically write reviews but the customer service at the AT&T Lynnfield location was so incredible, I felt compelled to write this review. I planned to go to the Apple Store first thing in the morning to buy my daughter a replacement phone. Apple wasn’t allowing anyone in the store without an advance appointment. As I was walking to my car, I noticed the AT&T store. I didn’t realize they opened a store in Lynnfield. I decided to stop in, 45 minutes later I had everything I needed.Eric assisted me and he made my shopping experience there so pleasant. He was informative, efficient and able to offer me significant monthly savings. I’ve been an AT&T customer for 20 years and this was the best in-store experience I’ve had with them. This is now my go to store going forward. If you’re in the area, stop in, you won’t regret it.

I stopped in to the store about a month ago sporadically to purchase a new iPhone as mine was totally outdated. I dealt with a gentleman there by the name of Antonio and he was exceptionally helpful. He was able to get me the equipment I needed with no hassle and was very accommodating. There was no pressure to purchase anything I didn’t need, which was nice. Obviously people in sales are required to do a little “upselling” here & there but anybody that has a bit of common sense & understanding should know that. That being said, there was never any pressure to acquire things I didn’t need or a plan that didn’t benefit my needs. I would highly recommend this store and specifically Antonio by name.
