Terrible experience. Yesterday afternoon I stopped into the store looking for a pair of sunglasses. I had a brand and style in mind, I wasn’t just browsing. The sales gentleman could not have been any ruder or act like I was putting him out any more if he tried. I walked out and have since purchased my sunglasses at a different retailer.

I was there tonight looking at Oliver People glasses. I was helped by Jennifer Swaddle and couldnt have been helped by a better representative . Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about glasses, but she even went out of her way to adjust the glasses I was wearing. This leave of customer service is rare. And it left such a beautiful feeling about the company. I will definitely be using them for all my eyeglass needs going forward.

Very clean and professional. Glasses selection is on the higher luxury brands but getting an eye exam was quick and thorough. No complaints!

Absolutely five stars for every staff member Ive experienced at both Lynnfield MarketStreet and the Boston location. Incredible selection, well kept space and great guidance on the perfect frames for ones face and the prescription needed. Ive used them for a few years. My favorite brand is Face a Face but they have a broad selection.
