Well I tried to give this store another chance today. I looked up what time they were open until and it said 8PM. Just to be sure I called the store and the woman on the phone verified that they are open until 8 PM. I then got to the store and saw a few customers walking out as I was parking. So I walked up to the door and it was locked. I see two woman at the register in the middle of the store. Now, keep in mind I had just called not even five minutes prior and confirmed they were open until 8. So I started walking away and called the number back (I didnt want to be rude by knocking on the glass door, plus I thought maybe I misunderstood when she said they were open until 8). The same woman as before answered the phone & confirmed theyre open til 8. I explained to her that Id just tried to come in and the door was locked. She sounded frazzled ( I guess would be the word??) and said oh it shouldnt be locked, are you still here??... I told her I was walking away but would turn back around. I get to the door and see two employees standing at the register & one comes over to the door, undoes the lock, & cracks the door open. This woman had her purse on her arm and a set of keys in her hand. I explained to her that I had just called and was told that they were open until 8. She tells me that no, starting next week theyll be open until eight but they close at seven now, and if I really want to I can come in and grab what I need quickly. The way that she said this made it very obvious that she did not want me to come in, especially since she had her purse in her hand and was blocking my entrance to the store. Now keep in mind when I first pulled up to the store at 7:30 I saw customers leaving, so clearly they didnt close at seven. I told her to forget it and that I will come back a different day.This entire situation has me very confused because I called the store at around 7:20 & dont understand why I was told they close at 8. Obviously if someone is calling 45 minutes before you close they are probably planning to come in that night.I spend a lot of money at the store because I use their premium flat wrap in my business. Anytime I am there I spend at least $50 and I go there multiple times a month. This is the second time Ive had a bad experience at this store and unfortunately at this point it doesnt matter how much I love their products, I will be finding somewhere else to shop.

A bit pricey but if you have the money I recommend everybody is very nice

All staff here are really helpful and were great when I needed help creating my wedding invitations. I also took a hand lettering course one evening and learned a lot while having fun!

Great small shop for pens, stationary, and various paper supplies.

The Water Paint class was fun and really pretty cool.

Great selections of paper for wedding cards, but wishing they had more notebooks to choose from.
