Great place to go when you know what you want, although Its a joy to browser. Was greeted by a wonderful lady who showed us the line (its a bit confusing honestly, I would change that). We exchanged a set of pans. Valentina, store manager, was great helping us getting the same deal and making sure it was the set we wanted. It was efficient and effective. The only thing I recommend people is to bring your receipt 🧾 with you. They cant do much without it. The couple next to us had a hard time with this matter.Otherwise its a nice, clean, not too crowded place.

They didnt have knife guards and they offered to take the time to order them online (which I could have done from home) but didnt mention that they werent in stock and would take a month to come. Had to cancel my order but one of the knife guards it was too late to cancel because it was already on its way but its been 3 days and still not here.

Deb, one of the associates, was incredibly rude to me when I came in. She literally laughed in my face over the item I was trying to buy as a birthday gift. Horrible experience even at checkout. Will not be returning.

Tried to return a gift here with a gift receipt but was β€œpast the 30-day return window”. Nothing on the receipt indicates needing to return the item 30 days after it was purchased. No options were made available, not even store credit. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful.

I’m assuming the staff must work on commission. I ran in tonight for a small item but got no acknowledgement from the staff, no β€œhello”, no β€œI’ll be with you in a minute”, I waited at the register for 15 minutes and finally had to leave to meet someone, no purchase. Two staff people waiting on two people looking at knives. Did they actually purchase them? Who knows. I didn’t stick around.

Deb was extremely rude and then laughed in my face when I told her I didn’t want copper cleaner. Guess my copper plate I got my aunt was β€œdirty” and that it was β€œdisgusting” that I was going to give it to her that way. Unprofessional

First upon entering the store we were immediately greeted with a pleasant hello, how are you doing today? We responded and began looking around. My husband and I were looking for a juicer, but not particularly from here. We saw a Breville and were interested. We asked the person that greeted us and she was full of knowledge. She answered all of our questions without pressure of selling to us. She was friendly and helpful. We ended up buying the juicer and we love it. Ive asked for a new knife set, I know where well be going.

If you go to Williams Sonoma with the expectation of good customer service that should be expected at the prices they charge then this location will leave you less then impressed. If anything goes wrong you will see how completely indifferent staff and management is. No desire to attempt to solve a problem or even understand what question the customer is asking.

Very large store much more room than they had at the mall in peabody,ma. Now the parking is hard to find but its free. The people there are so great and very helpful. This place is worth the visit best time to go is weekdays the weekends the parking is very scarce so to the design of this shopping area. But if you go on weekends go early.

Today Sunday, August 25 th was my first time visiting the store at Lynnfield, I was racist profiled at the store . I was with Two White American friends and when we came in the Lady was in front of the store didn’t answer me back when I said β€œHi, How are you? β€œ and with my friends was different she answered them back . Her eyes was following all the time I was looking the kitchen utensils or when I was checking the prices . I felt so uncomfortable. I’m not a thief maybe my skin color or my Latina face made her think I was taking something and don’t pay for that . I won’t be back and I hope the crew members and in special this Lady treat your Latinos customers in a better way.

Popped in over the weekend to purchase a new braiser, when I finally located the Le Creuset area my husband asked if we could leave. When we got outside the store he told me how uncomfortable he felt because the employee was following him around. As he felt insecure, because he was being judge off his appearance, I felt quite annoyed. He dresses in suits all week for work, perhaps the employees should understand dressing down to a sweatshirt and baseball cap is more comfortable for some customers on the weekend. So, I took my $250 to Crate and Barrel in Boston instead, where we were treated much professionally. Based on other reviews this seems like a common occurence here, and yet it has yet to be addressed by management?

If I could leave zero stars I would.. For a store who charges exorbitant prices for items that can be had elsewhere for far less they have a lot of gall. The condescending attitude of the store manager Val, who finds it common practice giving out wrong phone numbers as not to be reported to their Corporate Headquarters, is astounding. According to Val, it is common practice for Williams-Sonoma NOT to take back food products which are rancid, going as far as to question how I know that the corrosion on a newly purchased bottle of Vanilla at 28.00 is what it appears. FYI: This item can be purchased at Home Goods and local Grocery stores for half the price, not worth the hassle and lack of customer service / appreciation for a little convenience.

I was waiting to receive my William Sonoma card in the mail ( it had been lost). When I called W. S. Corporate to order a new card they said I could still use my W.S. credit card in store as long as I brought a valid I.D.. The closest William Sonoma store is 30 minutes away from my home. I drove to the Lynnfield store location and let one of the employees know I was waiting to receive a new card, but I had my billing statement & my license, she said that would be fine. So I continued to shop, when I went to the register an older female employee with long grey hair told me they could no longer take a valid ID to look up my card for use. I was a little perturbed that this would be a wasted hour round trip & that I received misinformation over the phone. When I got home I called W.S. corporate to let them know what happened & I was told that W.S. Is a branded store and that ALL location should be able to look up my account & take a valid I.D. without the physical cc. I’m not sure why this employee didn’t know her company policy! I also brought my billing statement with my account # and my I.D., it kind of felt like she was judging me on the fact that I didn’t look like all the other yuppies in the store. So the Lynnfield store just lost a customer, I guess if you don’t have pearl studs in your ear and a Vinyard Vine’s shirt on they don’t want to assist you!

(The one star was only selected because its required to post a review.). My husband purchased a gift for me from this store with cash. Three days later, I decided to return the unopened item with the original receipt, but the manager at this store refused to issue me a cash refund or credit my debit/credit card because the company policy is cash refunds over $100 will only be issued as a company check that may take up to 14 BUSINESS days. Aside from being irked that W.S. gets the privilege of earning interest on my money for three weeks while they hold my refund hostage and get around to issuing a paper check ... WELCOME BACK TO THE 1970s EVERYONE ... Im royally irked that this ridiculous refund policy was not disclosed to my husband prior to making this purchase (otherwise he would have used his card)! When I informed the store manager that Massachusetts Law requires that refund policies must be clearly and conspicuously demonstrated to the consumer PRIOR to a sales transaction, she scurried over to grab the little sign hidden behind another cash register 6 feet away and pointed out the fine print on the mile-long sales receipt given to my husband after he made the cash purchase. Evidently, the manager of the Williams-Sonoma in Lynnfield believes she doesnt have to comply with the law because she still refused to give me a refund. Hopefully, my emails to Corporate and the Massachusetts Attorney Generals Office will straighten out that little problem to protect other consumers. I, for one, will never shop at a W.S. again.

I would have given more stars for thier products, however, not their snobby attitudes and price adjustment policy. I bought a Nespresso machine a week before Thanksgiving on sale for $223.96 (20% off for Friends and Family promotion). Two days before Thanksgiving, I received an email from William Sonoma, inviting me to shop their black Friday sale early. The Nespresso Machine I bought just a week before was now on Sale for $181. I called the Lynnfield, Ma to inquire how I get the price adjustment. I was told we dont do price adjustments, you already bought it on sale. So even though it was $40+ cheaper now, they expected me to be satisfied. Returned the entire item for an entire refund, bought the EXACT same Nespresso machine from Bed, Bath & Beyond for the EXACT same lower sale price AND was allowed to use an additional 20% off coupon. William Sonoma wont be seeing me anytime soon again. Their answer to me was the majority of our clientele could not be bothered coming back for a price adjustment. Hope that works out for them. LOL.
