Always like a kid at Christmas when I go in to grab something we need for the house. Store was quiet for the middle of the day. Clean appearance was nice to see after previous visits when theyre busy. Staff was nice and friendly. All in all a good shopping experience.

I should make a list of all the best basic witch places I go to get all of my basic accessories, like gauze curtains and fairy lights.This one always makes the list, it doesnt matter which one you go to, the prices are always great but if you have patience you can get the last holidays goods staples for 70 to 80% off theyre already low low rates.

They use to have all my needs …Now they stock really cheap products.Watch out of the price at the register they scan higher from what’s on the box .I hope they will adjust again .

Filled with decorations for all holidays. Like that they had even a book section, promoting reading is important. Only thing I didn’t like is the long line to the register.

Generally a good place for decorations and home products. They seem to be reorganizing the store at the moment. If youre not desperate for something, you might want to wait a week or so. Some shelves were empty or missing.

A lot of empty shelves. A lot of nothing and stuff most people wouldnt buy. Prices went up a lot. All I was looking for was a clear vase or jar....and maybe a nice white planter for one of my plants....they literally had nothing like it. They did have a lot of very large outdoor planters outside by the entrance of the store. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they have a good amount of beach themed decorations, so if youre looking for that stuff they have it....other than that I, personally, was very disappointed...

Store was great except having to use the bathroom employee initialed the paper saying they checked it at 1130am yet at 1135 to around 1140am females had to pass each other seat covers to wipe with because each stall has no toilet paper and bathroom was definitely not checked nor cleaned this is definitely not the first time this has happened other women came in waited in line and said its not the first for them they bring wipes In There with them so who ever worked today and initialed RA OR RC DEFINITELY just went in signed their initials n walked out was going to take a pic of the sign in she but one woman said it may be a privacy issue or something so I didnt but when u go I to bathroom on a blue folder on top of the hand dryer is a half piece of paper with days times listed and worker are supposed to checked bathrooms clean or refill products ect. You will see Friday 1130 someone initialed yet didnt fulfill their requirements or do their job just walked in and signed then walked out its sad especially to think people have to worry about ding the bathroom then have to sit there until someone comes in to pass them something to wipe with and top it off the hand soap was complety watered down washing their hands is really important thank you to the nice woman who gave me antibacterial wipes as well the sinks need cleaning as well yes I did tell employees but I was still in the store for about an hour still hearing women complain about the bathroom situation that clearly wasnt taken care of

They changed so much they don’t have any of the things they used to. It’s pretty much ocean state job lot now.

Couldnt find my birdseed. Eas sent in 2 different places by sales people to find out you were out of it ! How come?

Forgot about this place so visiting was a lot of fun. Not as busy as I remember but the food corner has great special items you can find all in one place. Go there you will not be disappointed!

The Christmas Tree shops are great to go all year round. Its not just Christmas decorations or ornaments but other holidays as well. You can also find everyday items 4 your home and toiletries for men and women. Its a clean store and the personnel that work there are knowledgeable about their items and for the most part theyre nice. I found from kitchen supplies 2 hair items that were more inexpensive then other stores. There is parking right outside the store, handicap also.

You know, Ive been somewhat disappointed my last few visits. I used to think of them when I was looking for something eclectic or or shabby chic. Not so much now. This location no longer has a good selection of non-seasonal (year round) decor items. Add to that they didnt offer any on line shopping while the stores were closed. Ill be looking elsewhere first in the future.

I havent been in CTS. In years it was a great trip

Lousy. Mainly cause I waited too long to buy a Trifle bowl. Didnt want to buy it in Lynnfield MA n lug it to FL, so I tried to buy it in Altamont Springs FL - they didnt have it. So on my trip to MA I tried to get it in Lynnfield but no luck. Also bought Xmas napkins marked 70% off but when I got to the register they only charged me 60% off. After I pad I returned them on principle and explained why. They asked if a still wanted them, I said yes at the advertised price of 70% off, Mr just walked away. What a terrible way to do business!

We experienced very un friendly service from both management and staff. As we were shopping a white customer approached an employee doing stock and asked if she can use the bathroom, NO MASK ON.of course yes he said. Then on line at register the management female older lady grumpy and rude sated to my husband whom was handicap, you need to move out of the way so that the customer can get by,instead of kindly asking because we were paying customers too. Maria the cashier how ever was excellent, as she spoke to us the phone was ringing and again management answered it but got no response, so it rang again and she rudely said to Maria can YOU GET THAT PHONE! Not once 2 times. Maria was taking care of me as a customer bagging and ringing out. As she answered the call at the same time. Customer on phone needed help as she is expressing to this manager what the customer needs, she ignores her completely . I think customer service should start with management 🤔

Always amazing! They had A LOT of hand wipes, hand sanitizer and tissues in case you are looking for those. Of course I bought a car load of Christmas and Winter decorations as well!

Love this store but havent been in for a long time until today! I got some awesome deals on Dearfoams slipper, Thinsulate gloves and Merino Wool Xtreme Thermal socks! I think I brought all the packs of socks!!! Dont you just love a bargain!

Store was way down in stock a lot of empty shelves and a lot of shelves gone they said new owners so probably trying to redo stock not sure they killed the paint job of the building with making not one color than the way it was painted before . dont really like the way it is heading .

It was busy at the store today. It was very crowded with merchandise that you can probably get your Carriage around within the store. They also let the carriages build up at the exit door. The staff really should have monitored that to make sure all those carriages were moved aside so people could exit the store. But had a lot of nice merchandise. But I went looking for the Planters nuts and they didnt have any.

This place is great! My wife and I love shopping here because it is fairly inexpensive and we always find unique items to bring home. They usually have a great selection of seasonal items as well as holiday items.

You can find good deals here. My last trip was unpleasant though. I got an item off a shelf that said 65% off clearance. The price on it said $6.99. I was thinking I was getting the discount off that amount. The women at the service desk was very rude about it. She said It says UP TO 65% OFF . So the price was $6.99. She had an attitude.

Love going to the Christmas Tree Shop in Lynnfield. You find kitchen gadgets, bric a brac and decorative items, etc. Great value for the price paid. It can be a crazy busy place to shop. Dont you just love a bargain?

Only Christmas during the Christmas season; otherwise they are showing the current holiday. Seasonal decor and lots of other things; housewares, curtains, pictures, furniture, rugs, dishes, wrapping paper, gift bags tote bags, books, some packaged foods, plants and seeds. Lots of bargains.

I always thought that they only sold Christmas merchandise, but last week found went in and saw they had so much more. They have a great selection of home décor items at great prices. I bought some energy saving curtains for a great price. I bought 2 different patterns to decide on at home, and returned the ones that I didnt need. They were great about me returning the items (with receipt). Great store! I will be back.

Its a straight up Christmas tree shop...my husband calls it the garbage store bc hes convinced we dont need anything they sell, but I like to buy holiday decorations there. Pretty inexpensive. Clean store, not crowded.
