I thought it was kind of interesting to see Amazon to open an actual storefront property. It was really neat to see it come to fruition. Very well kept. Staff asked me if I needed assistance. This place has books, but it also has a number of popular items on Amazon.com ranging from robotic vacuum cleaners to the echo product line.

Not a bad store but its small and the selection is more whats popular right now with a healthy dose of amazon exclusive items like Alexa. The fact that you can pay and get the amazon price if your a member is a great perk though.

No masks required, only recommended for nonvax (and we know they don’t actually mask when not required).The “prime price” in store is often higher than the price available online at Amazon’s website. Plus who knows what Amazon is doing with security footage of you correlated with your Amazon account. Frankly I don’t trust Amazon to not be shady with that data.Selection is paltry too, although they do have a few cs books other stores don’t carry in person. A quarter or more of the store is dedicated to tech products and “gifts” aka junk.If this wasn’t the physical outpost of a giant tech company I would expect this store to close within a year or two.

Not bad if you havent been to a bookstore in a long time and all the other places are closed.

Although the Amazon Books bookstore is a little small, the selection of books is actually quite impressive. The discount given for Prime members was nice too. I will keep this Amazon Books bookstore on my list whenever I’m in the area and have an itch for a new book.

Its not a Barnes and Nobles, so dont expect a huge selection of books. Its a cute concept where they mix the online feel of Amazon (customer reviews, If you like this, youll love that, whats popular in your area, etc.) And a small book store. Everything is super well organized and easy to find sections, and they even have a few popular electronics that work with Alexa scattered around the store.

I actually thought some of the books where more expensive then Barnes & Nobile.

Its an Amazon Bookstore... sells books and of course fire devices and echo devices.

First time visited - Small but unique, you will easily find most iconic and important books without spending tons of time such as in Barnes and Noble. Prime members gets better deal than non-members :/Greg, at the desk was very informative and helpful & didnt feel forced to get a prime members ship.Definitely recommend anyone to pay a visit.

Good store but small with limited books. Closes early on Sunday.

Went in Christmas Eve to return something I bought on Amazon and was presented with a 20% off coupon that had to be used the same day. The staff was very attentive and helpful while I was walking around the store. It’s nice to know I have a physical place where I can return unwanted items that I buy on Amazon!

My questions asked were answered in a very knowledgeable, but sincere way. The layout of their displays are so perfectly done, with use of bar code there ready for the ease of the customer. Such a great experience. If your title is not there, they are helpful with your order right then and there. They handle Amazon returns with just as much ease as well, but again their selection of books and the way that they are seen is really excellent for me. I hail from just twenty miles or so from another writer that you might know. Friendly staff. Strange selection of mostly books with Amazon electronics and other popular manufacturers of smart home.products and kitchen gadgets.

Decent collection of books. Place to go if you are looking for bestsellers. Could do with a bit more classics though. I would still give 5-stars as the price is good. You get the web price, plus an additional 10% off if you are a Prime member. Over all, would definitely recommend this store.

Plenty of books to choose from

First time here yesterday. The prices are great as a Prime member and even as not a Prime member. We returned an LOL Surprise Doll that we purchased at a nearby store and were able to purchase 3 here with the same amount of money. The store has some really cool/interesting books and even more cool/interesting gadgets. My first time at an Amazon store and I’m impressed!

The staff is what makes it. We can all sit at home and scroll endless products but having a live human to elaborate on product info and make returns as smooth as ice is what really makes the difference. The staff at Lynnfeild Market Street are well informed, personable, and courteous. 5 stars all day long!

Great staff and fun store

Super convenient way to return your Amazon items. I got the credit back about 3 hrs after dropping it off! Also, very nice set up for book shopping: theres only best reviews and successful books, not just what is new. It is not cluttered, wonderfully organized. Especially childrens books section, organized by ages.

Amazon did a nice job designing the store. Once you learn how to use your app to find book prices, the place is really nice to explore.If you go too often, you’ll end up seeing some of the same books because their selection is based on what’s trending on Amazon. You probably won’t find a unique selection like at an independent bookstore, but for more mainstream books that you haven’t read yet, it’s a great place to find them. They also have some kindles and other amazon electronics.

Always fun to shop at an Amazon store, especially if youre a Prime member and use the app to check prices and pay.Cant say its significantly better than any other bookstore or even shopping online, but it has the appeal of being unique.Staffing seems short-handed if you need any assistance, but checkout was fast and easy.

A book store

Great place to buy last-minute gifts when youve missed even the 2-day Prime shipping window (oops)! Prime members pay Prime prices with the app. Only downside is that some of the books show wear (lots of kiddies passing through) and the little kids book inventory doesnt seem to change a whole lot. Great place to spend a half hour with your little ones.

Smaller book store with about 1/3 of the floor space dedicated to Amazon Electronics. 1/4 of the space is dedicated to childrens books with is nice.The selection is limited but Target to beat sellers and popular in the area.I love returning my on-line purchases to the store.

It’s a pretty interesting place! I really appreciate being able to see books first hand but still at the amazon prices. I also like having a place where I can try out the kindles/fires.

I always love a good bookstore and this one is easy to shop, quiet, well organized. I also like that they have recommendations and comfortable seats for you to peruse the titles before making a decision on what to buy.

No help. The place was small but my main complaint is why go to this store if no one will talk to you. I have walked into this place now a couple of times. Not once did anyone greet me or even talk to me. The only reason to go into a physical store now is to get some personal service. I really only shop online now but if a store gives me service or has folks that know things or gives me help I go to it. Why Amazon would bother with a physical store if it adds no extra value to the customer is confusing.

Amazons attempt at bringing a physical presence to shoppers is admirable but aside from the appearance, there is not much else. The selections in books are a bit underwhelming​. This is expected, though, as Amazon has repeatedly stated its stores will typically sell only books rated high on its site. Youll be able to find top books and few top electronics. Not much more than that unfortunately. Would call the store in advance to see if what you have is carried.

I admire that the cook books here are current and have plenty of options (even for non-traditional diets...Paleo, vegan, etc.) to select from. It made it difficult to chose which to buy but thats a good problem to have!

An interesting attempt at bringing Amazon into the brick and mortar world. Aisles are a bit too narrow, and the label for genre atop each aisle is so far up it requires a fair bit of leaning back and craning ones neck to see them. About a third of the (small) store was dedicated to Amazons electronics (Kindles, Alexa and Alexa-connected devices) which was a lot of real estate to give up in a small space that is ostensibly a store for books. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I was waiting for the store to open on a Monday morning. there was a woman anxiously and impatiently waiting outside of the store as well. She entered the store second in line to return something and rudely insisted that she was in a hurry as the sales rep was already helping another customer. the sales person, being extremely professional, said excuse me to the first customer, and helped get this impatient person out of the store. There were only three of us in the store at the time and the sales persons couldnt have been more professional, kind, and accommodating. My hat is off to those in retail, I dont know how you do it every day. I will certainly be back to that store quite often!!!

I bought two things here I dont like that they dont take cash but thats okay the staff is always texting on the phones maybe theyre checking Book prices on Amazon other than that its a cool bookstore because the prices are the same as Amazon. Bought a couple books to kid likes it

Nice staff and easy return

Know what bricks and mortar has? Inventory of product that online does not. Needed an Amazon Show, which online could not get to me for 2 weeks. These folks had a dozen of them. I didnt even mind paying sales tax, since the price before tax was the same.

Nice selection very organized great staff

As a regular user of Amazons website, I thought that an actual store was not possible, and that if tried it would fail within months of opening. Well, my father and I were sorely mistaken. The store was centered around books, and oh boy did they do that right. They had specific sections of books, and in those sections they put similar books next or close to each other, to help a customer find something that they like and to increase profit margins. Besides books, they also sold Amazons favorite AI, Alexa! They had the Echo, Echo Dot, Echo Plus, Echo Spot, and Echo Show. They also sold similar Amazon products like the Fire TV stick, and also some Amazon Basic branded wires, and cables. The staff were awesome people, and they definitely knew their stuff about books and about Echo, and Echo related products. Though I cannot stack this store up against other Amazon stores, Id say that I definitely had a positive first time. I am really looking forward to going to more of these stores in the future.

Worst customer service ever from an Amazon Books!!! Michele, you need to get trained, talking to customers with an attitude and rolling your eyes, is not acceptable! FYI, You are working in a retail book store.
