Ever since new management has taken over. I have received nothing less then wonderful customer service. The communication level between management and I about deliveries and/or service has been impeccable. RAC has amazing deals and this new crew is all around the best i have dealt with

Have furniture which was supposed to be picked up a month ago upto now no communication. Every time we schedule for pick nobody shows up neither a call. The manager should be communicating with the customers

Spoke to the manager, Randall.This man took his time at the end of his shift and answered all my questions politely and professionally. I highly recommend this Rent A Center based off of the manager alone!

Service is great however everytime Ive had a time set for them to deliver something I am never notified that they are running late. This has happened on several occasions and I have been a long time customer. Best practice of customer service would be to let your customers know if youre changing a delivery time since we have to schedule out of our time to be available as originally planned.

I did a deal for a xbox one 1tb mega bundle but I dont see whats mega about it I only got a xbox one system one controller and the cords thats it I feel like Im paying over priced and ripped off

Really Great and helpful employees, specially the manager is really nice lady, you can have a lot of household items on credit here, very flexible contract while purchasing on credit.

We are absolutely in L💙VE with our new Ashley’s Sectional from Rent-a-center! May I add that the customer service there is exceptional, Jesse made the application process so easy and smooth and he was beyond patient with me when going back n forth when it came to deciding what couch would work for my family and space! I wish I would have gotten the two gentleman’s names that came to deliver it today, they were so thorough, very clean when it came to taking the sectional out of all the packaging and setting up, they were very careful and cared about not having the couch scratched up by walls or doorways, and they took their time making sure it was all set up where I wanted it. This team of folks is what is hard to find, specially when leasing. They never made us feel that our business was “whatever”. Also, This 6 months same as cash deal is great! We look forward to much more business with this specific team at rent-a-center. Thanks Jesse for everything, it was absolutely worth the wait!!

I’m beyond impressed with Rent-A-Center from the sale all the way to the delivery. Martha and Mary are beyond helpful and made the process come with as much ease as possible. Due to the snow and road conditions I assumed they wouldn’t be able to deliver my bedroom set and my recliner but they still made it out! I was very impressed on the fact that the sales rep came out for the delivery and even helped with the setup! Not too mention I work 10-13hr days so I don’t have much time to do much outside of work, so when I was told all the paperwork would be brought to me and the furniture at no cost I was pleasantly surprised! I will definitely be using Rent-A-Center in the future.

We moved here and our shipping container was delayed and then life happened and we needed basic furniture LITERALLY EVERYTHING! 😅 I went to many places and I love the way I’m treated here.You’re not just a customer you’re like family! They know who you are by your name! If you have a concern tell them they address it!This location runs great! And I hope corporate sees you doing well!

There were some issues with the installation, but everything has been worked out and I definitely am satisfied with everything in the end. 4 stars because there was a hiccup at all, but way to bring it back. Im sure Ill have a reason to be back in the future, glad I can trust you to do whats right.

Ive been a customer here for a few years now. The service Ive recieved has always been above and beyond. The people Ive worked with on my purchases have been understanding and very helpful. Would definitely recommend giving them a try.

I was treated to such friendly personal service! I found the sectional I wanted at a very reasonable monthly rate and the staff worked with me to get it in to my home when I needed it. Really great service.

Very limited pieces. Prices very high. You get to make monthly payments but unless you can pay it off in 6 months youd be paying over double the price because of interest.

I have always love Rent-A-Center and they always nice and had no problems without for years that I have been with them

There service isnt all that great if you miss a payment even if under really bad circumstances they hound you like old school loan sharks

I have purchased many items from RAC but have had the worst experience ever with my most recent electronic purchase of a computer, it had been in service many many times since 2011 for the same issue that i sent it for 2 times and still not fixed . they do not get anything done on time there, i had to call the DM and hope they will not also play games with me as the store manager has for 2 months now. ask for the service orders on anything electronic before you buy it from this store
