I am in the process of moving to a new apartment after 21 years at my current address. I decided to start fresh and new so I headed to Furniture World and bought a new living room set, coffee table and then tables. Oh and two lamps. Great prices and great service!! I highly recommend visiting their Furniture showroom. This place is agressively selling in a good way.The sales lady we talked to knew her stuff.We bought Stanton couches, model 913, electric recline and headrests.No lumbar.Plus an ottoman for another set.Cant beat the prices here.

Had bought a bedroom set off the floor, came in perfect condition. The moving team was friendly, and awesome! At first I had thought the headboard light malfunctioned so I reached out to furniture world for some solutions, the sent the OWNER himself to busy downtown seattle just to evaluate the situation for me! Silly me had some wires connected in the wrong spots. He figured this out very quickly, was super friendly and an overall stellar guy with an awesome company! I’d also like to add they have great options, with amazing quality and even better prices. 10/10

I bought a couch for an agreed price and signed a receipt. It was a floor model couch.Had to go in the following day less than 24hrs because it wouldnt work. Had to cancel transaction.Charged me a 25% restocking fee though it was off the floor.Bad policy, as a consumer I felt taken advantage of.BUYER BEWARE

I have bought furniture from here three seperate times and can not beat the customer service. My bed was delivered without all the parts and I went to the local store and they helped get me my parts and gave me some assembly advice.

This was my first visit to Furniture World. I found the sectional which I have been searching for, but it had to be ordered. It has now been delivered and is exactly what I wanted! The customer service I received from Brandi was exceptional. Brandi listened to what I wanted, and helped me accordingly. She was knowledgeable, patient, friendly, professional, and provided a textbook example of what customer service should entail. Jim, the owner, did the same. He took the time to answer additional questions and provide feedback for potential future purchases. We will definitely be returning to this store. The sectional I ordered is above and beyond what I had hoped it would be. The delivery drivers were friendly, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job as well. A special thank you to Brandi. My son went in to look at some furniture. He didnt see what he was looking for and asked the salesman if he could refer him to someplace that might carry what he wants. The guy was really rude and unhelpful.

We stayed while he filled out the order and made some calls to make sure we would have our couch asap. a week goes buy, no phone call so we call them and the guy JUST SENT THE ORDER to the warehouse THAT DAY and should take 4 MORE days to get here- its been 6 more days and no phone call no nothing- bad customer service if you ask me- i paid for it, i watched you order it- whats the deal on it taking 2 weeks?????

I recently had a emergency back surgery and needed a power lift recliner to help me gain back some independence, being able to sit and stand without assistance. Brandi was excellent, straightforward and honest. Their everyday low price was far better than the competition so there was no need to haggle over price. A newer/more modern collection of last year models this furniture store has a decent selection to compare and potentially choose from.

The store is lovely in the staff is helpful. In the end we ended up ordering online as no store can actually hold the choices that we wanted to be able to see to make our decision.

Brandy was wonderful. Helpful when asked, but not clingy like at most furniture stores where they follow you around and keep interrupting discussions youre having with your spouse. Pleasant even as we left to go look at other stores.Ended up coming back to purchase from here.

Disappointing after sales service!! I bought bedroom set, the metal caps on the wood that goes across the bed popped right out as it was been fixed. I called and emailed the pics and the response was that they were fastened too tight and theres nothing they can do about it!! Really?! Low quality furniture at exorbitant prices Such a waste of money.

Visited Furniture World Lynnwood to see if they had a specific ottoman in stock. She (Brandi) looked it up and found it was a discontinued model, too bad. But then she checked a large well-known retail website and found that 4 were available there. Hows that for customer service? Im going to use this store next time for my furniture needs!

They were more than helpful when I got there. I told them what I was looking for and they gave me so many options.Also they were amazing at disassembling a floor item and packing it with the necessary tools I needed.I will be back to get more furniture once I pay off the current items I got.Brandi was an amazing person to work with!

Horrible. They don’t deliver furniture on time and when they did they forgot to load up the mattress. Whatever u like in the store they say it’s unavailable now and would take 3 to 4 weeks to ship it to store and then couple of weeks to ship it to your address. There is no fun to buy furniture if it takes forever to be delivered to your house.

Brandi is awesome and the store has extremely competitive pricing. My husband and I spent an entire weekend shopping every furniture store between North Everett and South Lynnwood. The prices here are the lowest we found for the same furniture in the other stores, not to mention that there are some other perks as well that they offer.

This is the last place I would ever go and recommend anyone to buy. I went to Furniture World in Lynnwood and there are two people (one lady and one guy). When you enter the store you are on your own and look everywhere to find a place that you are looking at. Finally we decided to buy from them and they said within 2 weeks at max the furniture will be delivered.Now, after more than 1 month they said finally my furniture was delivered to their store. Now, they say it will take another 1 week for them to deliver that furniture to my apartment. On top of that they charged me $99 for delivery. The distance from their store to my apartment is hardly 10 minutes. How can you charge $99 for delivery and keep your customer waiting ?They never feel the guilt which is the worst part. If I could I would have given ratings in negative.Worst worst worst place to go and order something. I absolutely hate the shopping experience there.

There was a complete misunderstanding at first but the owner did an immaculate job in making a new and loyal customer. Their customer service is top of the line. Super friendly staff that wont make you feel like youre being preyed on by a car salesman. Their delivery guys were great too. The quality of the dresser and box spring brought to my apartment and assembled was in great condition and even better than what I received at Mors that cost 2x as much. Theyre amazing and I cant praise this store enough. I recommend them to everyone. :) This is my furniture store now.

I bought a couch and chair for my new office and was really pleased with the customer service that I received from Jeff. I didnt realize how long delivery would take and waited too long to go buy the pieces. He worked with me and the delivery folks to make sure that I had my furniture in time for when I opened my new office. That is good customer service! Plus, just starting out in a new office, the price was right!

Brandy was great! Bought a couch from her 4years ago. We decided we wanted to buy a whole new set and she was honest about everything. Brandy was very upfront that they dont have everything in stock and usually takes 14 to 24 days to receive the pieces. There is even a document that you sign that says it. If you were surprised by this you need to learn to read. Also local delivery drop off is only 59 dollars. I would rather pay the 59 dollars than have to rent a Uhaul. Once again, this was clearly posted so no surprises. Thanks Brandy!

When I ordered my furniture from here, they said it will be delivered in 10-15 business days(later i realized that 15 days is too long after visiting other furniture shops). On 14th day i called this guys and they said they can make the delivery only on next Wednesday, which is 5 days(including Saturday and Sunday) more than what they promised. When i asked why there is a delay, they said they cant do much on this as 2 chairs are yet to be arrived. There was some fine prints which i signed during the purchase which says that they are not responsible for any delay in getting the items(then who is responsible? me?). So be prepared for any delay in delivery.Very bad customer experience.

Brandi and Jordan were awesome! I was in a pinch had to find a couch and bed for delivery in 1 week and they made numerous calls to find what I wanted and get it delivered on time. I even called kn a panic on the day od delivery because i got my apartment keys and when I walked in, it was set up completely opposite of the one I toured so I had ordered the wrong side chaise sectional!!. Brandi was fast on her feet and switched out the floor model with the wrong one on the truck before they came to deliver and set up. Theyre hands down best furniture company Ive ever dealt with and great prices. The HUGE couch I got for 688 was down the street at another place for 850! Dont shop anywhere else!

Mu wife and I stopped in to look at living room furniture and couldnt find a color we liked., The salesperson on duty showed us other available colors and estimated delivery dates. We purchased a set and paid a small delivery fee and everything was like clockwork.We received a call well ahead of the day they wanted to deliver and we had plenty of time to prepare for its delivery. Its a one stop shop with everything from beds to end tables to framed photos of the seahawks and knick knacks all. reasonably priced with furnishings for every budget. . I will return there for future purchases.

My wife and I went in to shop for a sectional sofa, ready to make a purchase because we had just moved into a new place and we literally have nothing to sit on. The store had no other customers, yet the employee at the counter completely ignored us. We wandered around for maybe 10 minutes while he just sat there at his computer. Even when we were right in front of him, he ignored us.If you dont try to make a sale, you wont make a sale. We wont be going back.
