I took my Honda 50 to these guys as it wasn’t running properly. Had taken it to a different shop who couldn’t fix the problem. Explained what was going on, they came back with a few options (ended up replacing the carb) and now she’s running like a champ. I’m pretty happy with their service and would recommend. Thanks for the great work gents!
I have had my boat serviced by Mick and now Art for the past 12 years. They are honest and trustworthy. I had them install a brand new fuel injected motor in my 1988 Sea Ray and it runs like brand new. Most of the negative reviews here are from people with old, worn out boats that want the guys to make their boat new for little money. Mick does not suffer fools well and he will be honest about the situation. If he tells you something you can believe it. Boats arent cheap to buy or fix. I completely trust Lynnwood Marine, a small shop with integrity. If you want it done right it will cost some money, end of story.
Love this place. Great customer service, great work. Reliable and trust worthy. It is hard to find a shop with integrity. These guys are stand up people.
I feel owner thought my boat to old I fixed one issue on my ownHe was very honest and saved me $$$ but I got realy for motor lift OReilly wahlaa works great. Just feel he could have tried harder. If you boat pretty and newer sure you in good hands.
I called and they are booked up ( as to be expected in the peak of summer), so I asked when they could look at it, I made an appointment to bring it in a week later.Upon arriving I asked if they are looking at it today, the guy said no, sometime this week, and told me it was first come, first served and they do not make appointments, which was funny, because I made an appointment a week earlier, the gal on the phone said they would look at it Tuesday. They wanted me to just leave the boat in their UNSECURED parking lot until they get to it!, I told them I am not leaving the boat, that is why I waited a week to have them look at it!, duh....He claimed “ we have 80K boats and have never had issues.I really do not believe that, and just took my boat back home!, go ahead and take your chances, I won’t!The communication and customer service are some of the worst I have ever seen, I am surprised they have stayed in business for so many years!I am sure they do good work, but very unprofessional!I would find another source for you Marine needs, I was born and raised in the area, and have never used them, now I can confirm the reasons why!I wasted a week waiting for these guys for nothing!Best of Luck if you choose them, I will not recommend them to anyone!, to be honest, I have no Idea how good of work they do, customer service is #1 in my belief and they failed miserably, that is very unfortunate, I had high hopes to find a reputable business. My hope is that they improve the customer service and communication.
I took my 1988 bayliner capri to them after searching around and trying to find someone who works on these older 1988 force outboard motors it was running about 2 months ago then stopped so i figured I better take it to a shop, When they got around to working on it they gave me a call and told me that they could replace solenoid and run new wire to the batterie because i figured it was an electrical issue and said it was gonna be around 500 bucks and I said go for it then he said hold on let me check something and went over to the engine and said he pulled the spark plugs and the motor was not running right and was seised.....This is what made me upset he said it was not worth the 500 to fix the electrical issue and that I should buy a new motor or boat. So i took the loss he charged me 70 dollars to tell me that I then purchased a used motor for it and when i took the used motor I purchased and the motor that was on the boat to a different shop to have them swap it for me they decided to do solenoid and come to find out the motor was not seised they just did not want to work on it now i am out 3500 because they told me to buy a new motor for a motor that was just fine as well they waisted my 70 dollars and my hour drive to take it to them I hope no one goes here what a rip off and very lazy.
Great service moderately and fairly priced. Thanks for being there for us! Perfect.
Both Mick and Dave are great guys. Honest mechanic as well. Great skills and even better customer service. Its not Pearcys now Its Lynnwood Marine. I bought a rebuilt motor from him and he installed it and did a damn good job. I recommend him/them.
Lynnwood Marine has been around in the same location for over 30 years, theres a reason why, they do good, honest work. They may be short and ornery in personality but honest and efficient in their work. Great shop, good rates and consistent results.

Ive been having my 18 foot Sea Ray/135HP Mercury outboard serviced and maintained here for several years. Both Mick and Dave seem to be steady and honest guys; always willing to answer any of my questions. Ive never had a problem after theyve completed work on my engines and I will continue doing business with them.
Always very professional and friendly. Service is easy, and complete. I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a boat serviced.
High quality work and a very skillful staff. Recommended
Called them about a repair to an Old OMC tilt clutch drive assembly. Guy on the phone told me to keep calling. He was a complete DICK. Absolutely no help whatsoever. Guess who I will never hire to work on my boat........no guess needed.
STAY AWAY FORM THIS PLACE !!!! So I took my 1989 4winns for an engine repair the engine was running good, but it would not start one day. So I decided to take it to Lynnwood Marine. nick calls me after 5 days of my boat sitting there saying I need a engine rebuild and it would cost $3500. I was little bit puzzled as the last time i had the engine running it had no issues. So I tell him thats too much money than I anticipated to repair. He said before I can do anyfurther investigation i need to rebuild the engine otherwise if you dont want to do it you need to come get your boat ASAP out of my shop. I have never dealt with such a rude person and a plain liar. i am saying liar and predator as I took it to another place and they got me runnign in less then 2 hours and $100 total (I just needed a new starter). So BE AWARE this guy Mick is a plain liar and predator for SCAMMING people. Never I repeat Never put a foot into this door. he acts like he knows but this guy is a lunatic and money predator STAY AWAY....
Took my boat here for a couple of years for basic winterization and maintenance work. Working with Dave was always a pleasurable experience. However, he apparently has retired and now it seems Mick is running things. Ive never been treated more unprofessionally in my entire life then when I had to deal with Mick. After not connecting a water hose properly, subsequently leading to my engine bay completely flooded with water and tripping my blower fuse, Mick had the audacity to try and blame me for the problem. Rather than actually fix the mistake, he yelled at me, accused me of lying about working with Dave and the state of my blower, and subsequently just hung up on me. He then left my boat in their lot unlocked with the keys out in the open, and drove off before I arrived. It seems he didnt want to have to actually face a disappointed customer and at least attempt to salvage my business (no chance, by the way).In short, Id recommend not bringing your boat here.
These guys just tried to extort me told me that I had to pay for 16 hours of labor for a three-hour job the book itself says 3 hours Ive done it before in 3 hours and they want 16 hours you are a f****** rip off
