The customer service ranks high among the worst I’ve experienced. I have been to this store 4 times in the past 4 hours and have yet to be helped. I am switching from AT&T to Verizon and need some help to finish setting up my new phone- a straightforward process, I would think. Visit #1, 12:45- I explained my request to the manager and was told I must not have unlocked my phone, was given a website to visit and was told to finish setting it up by myself.Visit #2, 1:30-The directions were incorrect, so after struggling with it for a while, I returned to the store and waited while the manager finished talking with a customer there before me. While I was waiting, a man came into the store and waited as well. The manager looked at me, and then turned to the man who had just walked in and started working with him to solve a problem for about 10 minutes. I then restated my request for help and was told there were 9 people ahead of me but could go on a wait list. This was confusing because he had helped the man in front of me without asking him to wait in line, and there were only a few people in the store. I was told the other people were on the call list as well, and I would be texted when they were ready for me.Visit #3, 3:45- I came back after a couple of hours and I waited to speak with someone; another gentleman stepped inside; the manager again went to the gentleman who came in after me, fixed the problem he was having with his phone, and when the gentleman left, he turned back to me and said simply “There are still 4 people ahead of you.” I turned to leave as he greeted a family who walked in and asked how he could help them. I have been really polite, kind and calm the entire time; yet somehow, the manager seems irritated that I simply keep showing up. I do not understand the system that the store is using to determine who they help and who goes on a wait list- it seems completely arbitrary. I tried using Verizon’s customer support chat feature before I came but a representative hadn’t answered after I signed on within 45 minutes on two separate occasions, so I truly do need a Verizon associate help to start using their phone. I am regretting my decision to switch; I have always had really positive experiences in AT&T stores and only switched to Verizon to take advantage of their offers on free phones.Visit #4, 4:40- Still waiting. My new phone is not worth the loss of my entire Saturday afternoon.

Store’s systems is broken; associate needs to be trained.I was here and was told the wait time is 30 min and a msg informed me there were 2 in front of me. 20 min later I came back, there were 4 before me. They said they are prioritizing online appointment. How about a msg inform me that my wait time just doubled? No, they kept me wait blindly.Then the associate referred me the online appointment system so I can register to reduce the wait time. After putting all my information, it was not allowing me to make an appointment for the same day. WHY would you recommend me to make an appointment if I could not make one? The lady needs to be trained.So disappointed. Please do not reply to this msg if you are not making any changes. Apology is not going to be accepted.

I was hoping to buy a phone and start a plan. I walked in saw the associates all busy so I proceeded to have seat and wait for one to become available. After waiting about 20min and seeing one available I went over for help. The first thing I was asked was do I have an appointment. I did not so I was told no one could help unless I made an appointment. I walked out convinced I did not need to give Verizon my business after receiving that kind of customer service.

Awesome friendly service had an employee there of theirs work so hard for me to help me get my new phone and great I got a great deal on it and I appreciate Kyle there so much because his service was amazing in the amount of effort he put into getting me my new phone with the promotional deal was just impeccable I would highly recommend this Verizon store they truly care about their customers I didnt feel like I was just a number to them and then two weeks later week later somewhere in there Kyle even called me off his personal phone number to ask me how I was liking my phone and and the features it has and all that stuff and that was really really cool that he was thinking about about me even after I was gone and hadnt seen them in a while that just shows they go above and beyond for their customers.

Wish I could give it zero stars. Went to a previous Verizon to do just add my military discount but they were to busy so I set up an appointment and decided to go to this Verizon just so I can get it done. Then the fat girl who works there said that they cant help with adding my military discount in the store. She must hate her job. Super disappointed in the service. When I got first got my phone in the store they did it for me and now this girls day they dont do that and tells me to call the number that doesnt help.at all just like her.

Ordered a new phone with same day delivery that never showed up. Customer care said go into a store to get phone and cancel existing order because it was stuck in processing limbo. The guy working in the store said that I need to contact customer care and that he wont help because he only has two sales reps. In an empty store. When I said okay can I buy a new phone (keeping in mind that I will go online and cancel my existing order) and he said no, I need to get my manager. Ooooookay

We came here this morning to get a new phone. Due to Covid restrictions, they are only allowing 8 people total in the store, but they have 5 employees!! We have now been waiting in the parking lot for 45 minues, while the employees stand around and talk to each other. Its ridiculous!

Great Employees And ServiceHave been to this store a few times since it opened maybe ten years ago. When the Alderwood Mall store opened, made less frequent stops here. Probably hadnt been in for at least 18 months.Ive had Verizon service for twenty years and its been rare that Ive had a bad experience with a store employee or customer rep over the phone. The stores and product offerings have changed, of course, and this visit was no exception.This store was redesigned a year or so ago and probably takes a slight page from Apple stores. In any event, I was welcomed and given to a rep quickly who helped me with my questions and purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Active2 watch.I had been looking at the Verizon website and really not getting what I needed from it. When I was in the store, not only were they helpful, but they told me I was eligible for another $50 off. Score. I was in and out in maybe 30-40 minutes. Way better experience than mall store, IMO.

I was so impressed with my recent visit to this store. I was told by Verizon Tech Support that I could pick up a replacement phone in about 2 hours at this store. Since I was already sitting in their parking lot I called the store and asked them if they could call me when it was ready. I was told that it was ready and he even offered bring it out to me in my car. I had mentioned that I have mobility issues and experience a lot of additional pain and fatigue when shopping. I was dreading the walk into the store and also the wait for all the paperwork. This was an amazing offer.This was the easiest and quickest transaction and pain free! Totally impressed by the additional kindness and feeling like a valued customer. Thank you!

Ive had two separate bad experiences in a row at this store and I wont try for a third. The first time when I bought a new phone, they insisted repeatedly that there was no possible way for them to wave my activation fee and that even Costco couldnt do such a thing. I finally gave in only to find out the next day that it was in fact a lie. Was I able to get a refund or acknowledgement? Nope. I was again told repeatedly that it wasnt possible and that someone else made a mistake, not them.The next time I tried to go in for service, whoever was working just looked at me and told me they were closed after I entered the store. I was surprised and commented as such and he just looked at me and said I closed the shades. Then walked away. No apology or anything. I just threw my hands up and left. I will never come back here again. The service isnt just bad, its deceitful and I feel like they ripped me off.

They made the time it took to transfer and complete everything feel like much less than it was. They helped us get discounts that we would not have known about, had we not gone in-store. Great staff! Jacob handled everything-& we needed help with multiple, complex issues. He was quite knowledgeable re: product features, plan details and options available to us. We usually have some sort of billing issue/question. This place usually has the answers that the outlet retailers never get right. Though sometimes even their sales people are inaccurate or confused. My husband doesnt like jumping into things so we usually get different offers each time we go in about how this would be great. Sometimes it is... Sometimes not.So I finally got a new phone. Maybe one other customer in the store. Other two guys are playing on their phones. Was told to start my new phone up by myself at home. Ive always had someone help before (not that its hard but stuff happens and these guys were not busy). Left and started the process. It says congratulations your new number is... Well thats my husbands number so we had to go back. The guys apologizes but he looked inconvenienced. Took 2 minutes for him to fix it. Took us longer to drive back than if he had made sure everything was right before we left. Im guessing most places are probably like this. Since Ive had small issues of promotion confusion at several different types of phone, cable or internet stores.

I LOVE my Verizon cell service, great coverage. The store, not so much. I always feel like they want to sell me the newest latest phone/accessory, not necessarily help me with whatever problem Im having. Poor selection of phone cases. I hate having to check into a kiosk and wait for help. Especially when the store isnt busy and the staff look like they are ready to help.

Showed up at 6:58pm to get a SIM card and guy says store closes at 7 and he cant help. While in my vehicle trying to find another Verizon store nearby, the same employee gets into the car next to me, hitting his car door into mine, leaving a dent. Definitely not customer friendly experience! Had to go to an Authorized dealer and pay for SIM card that is free at the corporate store. Also have to now pay to have the dent removed from the door.

I went in to return a car charger. Got greeted, was given an accurate wait time, and some chick asked me how I could be helped. When she realized that I didnt want to buy anything, but in fact return an item, she tried everything she could to sell me on different ones, or try to keep the one I had. She was literally repeating herself to the point where I just had to say,Look, I really dont care. Just do my return and let me leave. She didnt say another word the entire time.The manager Rob is a nice and polite guy, though. He deserves better employees.

I was weary of switching from Sprint to Verizon but the Verizon customer service is so amazing, I am really happy I made the switch.

I experienced superior customer service from Jose Ramirez. I took my iphone in to have it looked at because I could barely hear those who called me on my phone. Jose quickly diagnosed the problem and arranged for a free replacement to be sent to my house. It arrived a few days later and I went back to the store to make sure that I transferred the data from my defective phone to my new phone correctly. Jose helped me with that too. He was friendly, professional and competent. He represents Verizon Wireless extremely well.

Greeted upon entering the store. Cheery, Happy staff. Nice clean store. Im very judgmental when it comes to customer service as I worked in that field for 20+ years. Im a long time customer who went in to upgrade my phone. I knew what I wanted when I went in...I phone 5s. I was assisted by Mike who was an awesome sales person!!!! He was very knowledgeable, worked with me on my plan to offer me the most for less. He is verrrrry patient, I traded in my old phone and he saved all my information on a memory card before returning it to factory setting. He showed me a cool phone case with an extra battery built into it for backup on my phone, which I purchased. All and all great over all experience and I would recommend Mike to everyone! FYI Verizon...hold onto this one...very valuable employee in my book!!!!

Had Verizon since 2004. Been to Alderwood/Lynnwood store over the years. Bought multiple phones and services there. Asked Jose for service yesterday and was refused. Until I get an apology, I will not go into that store and will never recommend it for good service.

My experience at this Verizon Wireless store way vastly different than others. I also came prepared. I came knowing what I wanted and what I didnt want and what I should pay. 2 new phones and $100 worth of free accessories later I am a happy new Verizon customer. I asked about promotions and got honest answers (I knew the answers to some I asked). When I rejected some promotions or additional offers, I wasnt pressured like at a car dealership (or other wireless providers/sales). It was a very pleasant experience. I was blown away at how much free stuff I got when I left the store.

I am not ever going to this store again and am reporting them to both Verizon and the BBB. Two times in the past year, two different salesman have promised credits on my account which never showed up. Plus, it was for products I didnt go into the store for. It was something that they sold me because it was a great deal and would save me money! It took numerous calls to Verizon to get what I was initially promised. Ive been to other Verizon stores and have also dealt with the online sales reps and have been absolutely beyond satisfied. The salesmen at this store are only after their commission. I have been a Verizon customer for more than 10 years, and this is no way to treat your loyal customers!

Went in with my wife and daughter to upgrade two phones and add a third one for my teenage daughter. Was contacted by a salesperson who took my name and number and told someone would be right with us, waited fifteen minutes with no contact. At least 4 employees standing behind the counter talking with each other, no one bothered to contact us, even as we began to walk to the door to leave since we were being ignored, I commented to the staff that they were ignoring customers and got no response, such callous disregard for customers is unacceptable, I have been a customer for years, planning on changing cell providers after this incident.

Went in today to get new phones after visiting another location the day before. Rachel was a ROCKSTAR and went out of her way to get me the best deal and the most bang for my buck! She gave me less than HALF the price the other store quoted me! I was SO pleased with her service and her level of knowledge on the phones. I asked a lot of questions all of which I got clear and concise answers to. She gave me a few options for savings and really catered to my personal wants and needs. She paid attention to what I was saying! Some employees in this store didnt seem happy to be there or engaged but I was SO satisfied with my service I cant help but call this place EXCELLENT!

I will only go to Verizon off Hwy.99 in Edmonds take a left on 99 from 220th, its a couple of blocks North on the right.DONT GO TO ALDERWOOD Son bought S10+, they gave my son a box that was already open & swore its new. It took forever lady kept going to manager for help, some other people came in & were rude because they didnt want to wait, and then the manager made a rude remark to us & we had been very patient with them.

This Verizon store is near pathetic, The customer service is at its worst, The Manager named STAR is a Smart ass and needs to learn better customer service. I waited over a Hour. to be help, I made a comment that the store needs to have more help and her comment was Ohh do weI was at my limit after that comment. Id Fire Her Ass on the spot. the store needs to hire. more people, there is no reason to wait for a hour . Then to find out Verizon was going to charge me $10 a month for a tablet that they offered to us as part of my $100 in equipment that was part of our upgrade. There was no communication of the extra charges. So we decided to return the tablet. I called the store manager at the store, and I swear they are trained to be ass holes to the customer, talking down to the customer, agitating the situation, rubbing in my face that I was being charged $35 for restocking fee for the tablet return. From the yelling that I received and racist comments from this individual, I ask for his district manager name. He would not give me that info. And hung up twice. The customer service is the worst at this store. And all of the managers at this store should be fired.

I had been a very happy Sprint customer for years and went into the SHORELINE Verizon and was treated horribly RUDE from 2 different phone reps, as was my daughter. I never wanted to go back!! My daughter convinced me to try the Lynnwood Verizon here and what a complete difference!! I was immediately greeted with a big friendly smile from the store manager Zack and a great rep Sincerely helped us from start to finish with such GREAT customer service and were so nice and friendly and skilled at what they do! I am so impressed!! People have left horrible reviews about the Shoreline store.....people please go the the Lynnwood location, I promise you its a completely different experience there for the better!! You will love the crew over in Lynnwood, especially the manager!! :))

Do not get Joshua he did nothing I asked for he didnt change my plan he kept the other ipad I didnt want on there still in line of use so I had another 10$ fee besides the new Ipad I got to replace it. Thats the point of getting the new one. But I had to change it all with customer service had a huge bill. Not very helpful never going back!! He didnt give me a deal on my Ipad either and I was available for a upgrade made some excuse about it I thought that was odd every upgrade I ever had u get a deal.
