My wife and her friend wandered in, with me trailing along. What a beautiful lot of kitchen ware!We can never anywhere find place mats small enough for our Ikea dining table. It is a good thing we have some legacy mats that do work.Were old and semi-affluent and my wife really cooks a lot on weekends. So of course, we are fairly geared up when it comes to kitchen tools. She admired some grill pans, the ones with the ridges, that were too heavy for her. I admired some copper lined pasta pans.It appears that if you are in the market for upscale kitchen and serving equipment, this is one heck of a good place!

Great. Been a fan since the 70s. Awesome kitchen store. Great staff. I was happy to do in-person shopping. Have been shopping online since covid and I really missed this store!

Incredible service. Yes, its not cheap, but the Wustoff knives, and All Clad cookware I bought are some of the best Ive ever used.

Every single knife we WANTED, like 3 actually, was not available without ordering. Kind of defeats the purpose of having a brick and mortar store, doesnt it? If you go in and just ORDER OFF THE WEB at the counter!!! They blamed Covid as the reason for a shortage, but everyone fails and blames Covid lately, and that is annoying too! Id be much less offended if they just were honest and admitted that someone forgot to order knives!!! The forge is CERTAINLY making them and were making them during the pandemic... I mean, what ELSE do you think blacksmiths were doing!!!!?

Me and My wife bought wood silverware and pay premium price for it and got damage by washing in the Machine. and when back to exchange but the store saying not possible due to washing in the Machine. but there is no writing in the anywhere saying dont wash in the machine. and the Manager in the Alderwood store are rude and dont have decency to come say in person let the sales person deal with this. I am so upset that in this hard time of retail business they have ppl like this working in the store. I am also in the retail business and this is Unacceptable action for a high end store like this. hope is worth the bad review over small stuff like this......wow....

I love this place. I wish I could afford everything in this place.Christmas shopping was hectic. I found what I was looking for. Associate was very thoughtful and kind.

Always helpful selling their nice stuff

Made me wait a long time to pay for one item. Manager even came and out working on her computer. Completely ignored a customer waiting to pay. Ended up walking out without purchase as had kids to grab from school. Horrible, unfriendly service and lack of communication from staff. Do not recommend this “quality” I mean “lack of quality” of a service store!

Went here shopping for fry pans and the salesperson was extremely helpful in answering all my questions. I don’t know a whole lot about cooking so it is nice to have the advice.This being said, I will definitely wait until a sale comes up because full priced items here are very expensive!

I know everyone raves over W/S they have very nice things and do cooking demos..you can drop a lot of cash in there, I just find it overpriced and pretentious. I find it silly and impractical to spend 600.00 bucks on a knife set for home cooking purposes. That is just me. YMMV Ive never had that kind of money to throw down.

Went here to register some items for my wedding. They were very helpful and made the experience fun and easy.

Staff ignored customers to focus on their demos and were rude about a gift return, i.e. nothing we can do, thanks for your money. Nice stuff there, just very over priced and rude staff.

Always a good shopping experience, it is on the expensive side but I still enjoy shopping in this store as opposed to online.
