The staff was super friendly and the place was clean and tidy but the home decor stock was really lacking. Thats all I came in to see so it was a bit disappointing.

Took the 14 yr old school cloths shopping at Alderwood mall. Most of what she liked she found at the Urban Outfitters store. The price tags are higher tho.

One of the cleanest and most spacious Urban Outfitters Ive been to, it was very easy to browse for any random thing that you may find.However, I can attest that the other reviews are correct. In my 20 minutes in the store, not a single hello. You likely wont have any sale associate make and gesture that are there. Im honestly surprised that no one at the store has yet read these reviews.

Everything was organised even though it looked like they got a truck shipment that day!! Ive never seen such a clean store I loved everything in there too very good 👍🏻

Customer service was fantastic.Greeting at the door, very friendly. Associate went out of her way to look for a purse I was looking for. Unfortunately it had sold however, she showed me different versions, styles and variations.

Small for an Urban Outfitters but still clean and nice. Same kitschy items that are fun to shop for but only less of them.Store was clean and well run and service was good.

The crop-tops here are 😍🤤😱😩🥺😭🤧 SO gorgeous! This place is seriously a crop-top paradise! Crop-top blouses, crop-top sweaters, long-sleeve crop-tops, short-sleeve crop-tops, theres a crop-top for every occasion 🙌

I like this store. Got some really great finds on their clearance rack! They have a photo booth in here, too which is really cool!! I think its $5 dollars to use. Employees are pretty much always nice and really down to earth, seriously theyre so casual with the way the speak to customers its like theyre speaking to friends.

Just left the store with the worst customer service experience. My girlfriend wanted to purchase some jeans that were on a display table offering a sale. And then of course we were informed by the very rude sales person that these weren’t those jeans. So they wait until you’ve fallen in love with your great purchase and then at the last moment it’s “sorry, it’s not THESE jeans” with the very smug attitude of the guy helping us. When I question their sales tactics this sales guy proceeds to argue with me and show his lack of customer service. I don’t know this terrible sales person name but he has glasses, curly hair, tattoos and a terrible attitude. I hope for all of you he is only a seasonal hire but if not, please avoid this location at all costs! Happy Holiday shopping...just not at this store!

Eh. I did not have the greatest shopping experience here. Went on a Sunday night during the pre-Xmas weekend. Store closed at 7pm and I got in line at 10 mins til. But there was only one employee at the register and a line of customers 15 deep. Youd think, given the weekend, theyd have had more staff devoted to helping customers spend money. Took so long I couldnt get to another store before it closed 😐

Love this place seems always when I come in with my daughter I void the kids that work there always to much energy for me.. Lol expensive but if your really gotta have it.. Get it but clothes there are to young for me my daughter loves it there

Not the best urban outfitters that I have been to but it did say the time of the review have a good home section. Some of the styles are older and this store location doesnt seem to have much brand diversity.

Worst Urban Outfitters I have been to. I store had hardly any product. Seemed like it was going out of business. The limited product was mainly clothes and not stylish at all.
