You can get all types of stuff thats used! Its cheap and some things are still in great condition! Get everything half of or more! The building is well taken care of even tho they sell used stuff! You can donate some of your old stuff too! I recommend this store to anyone who needs something a bit on the cheap side!
Overall good experience! I appreciate that they clean the carts after each use. Lots of options. The gentleman who checked me out was kind and friendly. Not much Halloween selection.
I went in looking for witch hats and found a large amount of them ranging from plain at $2.99 to fancy, up to $8.99. I was very satisfied with the selection and left with 2 hats.
I am currently at the store to buy pants and found a few pair in my size but they have no space to try on the pants. I asked an employee if I could try on the pants discreetly in a corner over shorts and was told its a family friendly store and that Im not supposed to do that. I guess they expect people to buy pants that might not fit and exchange them later (only for store credit) which is not helpful for folks who, like me, live very far from the closest store. Guess Ill shop elsewhere
We like to just look around thrift shops. This is close to where we used to live, so it is kind of our favorite. Sometimes we find new or next to new clothes that are a fraction of the cost of new. We play golf and once in a while we find high end clubs for very cheap.
Staff at this location is always great. Ive had issues with staff at other locations before, but never here! Friendly and helpful
This particular location always seems to be the most expensive. Not sure how pricing is done but when theres a single pokemon card thats worth about 10 cents and they have a price tag of 9.99 on it just because theres a craze for them right now? Seems a bit ridiculous. Kinda crushes a kids when he likes pokemon but cant pay 30 bucks for 3 cards not even worth a dollar total. Wish these places werent so money hungry
Went in to shop and eventually needed to use the rest room. I went back to where their public restrooms were, note there is mens or womens room. At any rate I heard an individual using the room so I waited. The door opened and out comes an employee she checked me at the door where I could not grab the handle and then said Ah, ah...No way we are not letting people use the restrooms!!. I said there were no signs designating them as closed and she just marched off, pointed at Walmart and barked use their rooms. Wont go back again to that store as I dont want to be treated like some subhuman. VV has fallen far from their old days of customer service
A year and half after Covid and they still dont let you try stuff on. Fine. So you have to pay for it then go all the way home to even see if it fits. But they also dont allow refunds if something doesnt fit, only exchanges. They told me this policy is indefinite. Not cool since womens and girls clothing sizes vary drastically between brands.
Great selection, but prices are often absurdly high. Well stocked and clean. Well organized. If you just enjoy thrifting and dont care about the price, this is a good store. If you are looking for great bargains you will have to search hard to find the few that are here.
They currently have fitting rooms closed, but wont let you do returns if the clothes you get dont fit. Only same day exchanges, and you have to pick out your exchanges beforehand, so you dont know for sure how much you can spend. The staff seem a bit overwhelmed, and some arent very friendly. The clothes are definitely not washed before being put up for sale, and the store feels and looks a bit dirty. Overall, not a good experience, but they do have a large selection if you are in desperate need of some cheap clothes.
The folks that work here are just wonderful! My 4 year old is delayed, and this is one of his favorite stores. The employees know who we are, and they are always so kind and helpful! I cant tell you how much it means to us. Thank you!
Good and easy to find stuff. Well organised but sometimes some clothes are not in the right locations. They do have more womens clothing then mens because there is more clothing manufacturing for female fashions.
Itll be sad to see them go eventually. I liked the selection and the clean stores. Prices are high but thats nothing new. Seems most thrift stores have lost perspective on their pricing. This store is roomy, clean and some good deals usually in one department or another.
Frustrating that theres no fitting room You dont know what it looks like until you get home and try. Some employees and the manager dont have people skills and sound uneducated.
Clean. Considering they were short staffed. Line moved quickly w only a few cashiers. Some isles were smaller than other.
I love shopping for treasures and one if a kind threads. Oh and man there are a grip of smoking hot ladies working at these joints. Not just beautiful but creative with their fashion. Only downside is theyre not a nonprofit organization and they dont pay their workers a fair wage.. i always shop local,, charitable, and nonprofit thrift store first. They do donate a small percentage to nonprofits. But when the ceo makes a couple million a year on a business thats overhead is supplied primarily from our community donations while the workers are paid minimum and premium items are sold at near market value its not what they make it appear to be in their advertisement. But the staff are pretty friendly and helpful so ill definitely keep coming back.
Prices here have gotten so much higher lately…and the changing rooms are totally gone now so who knows if they’ll come back even after covid. I used to love this one :(
The prices have gone up. But still good deals if you hunt for them
Encontré una leather 🧥 very nice. Good price and color
Great place to shop. Never know what treasures you will find.
This place is another thrift store will allot of great buys at a lessor price. Better Prices then most places that sale second hand goods.
Whos down WITH THE V V?! YEAH YOU KNOW ME! I try to get here at least once a week. The selection is ever changing. And if you dont watch out, youre going to find something you didnt even know you need. I enjoy shopping here.
Went here to drop off clothes and kids toys. Nice looking place and easy to drop off goods right in the front.
I still love going here even thought the prices have increased the same kinda of stuff you would normally find even after the Covid lock down
One of my favorites. Wonderful customer service and amazing stuff for my whole family.
Great selection of nice clean cloths. Very organized by color and size! The employees are always working and keeping everything right and picked up and they never seem to mind the kids going behind them, tossing cloths and destroying the toy/kids isles over and over!
Friendly staff, lots of selection for clothes (including plus size clothes), tons of home goods, sometimes really good furniture finds as well. Ive been here several times and I like it :) you arent always going to be lucky with finds at thrift stores, but I usually still manage to find a couple things I like and take home.
You guys have a really cute worker named max I think? I don’t remember, but i’m giving you 5 stars because of them. (ps if they sees this can i get their snap)
Great finds here regularly! Awesome staff good times!
Love the place just wish they were open a little bit later...
Good selection, larger selection here. Usually have a good collectible case. Service here is also good!
Worst service. The lady told me she would hold my clothes because I forgot my wallet. I told her I had to run home and I’ll be right back she said ok and even took my name down. By the time I got back she put all my clothes back on the racks. I was gone about 30 minutes. Made me waste my time and gas for no reason.
The people that work there are amazing. I couldnt do what they do on a daily basis. And Im pretty sure theyre not getting paid as much as theyre worth. Went in on Senior Citizen Day. HOLY DOODLUM!! Not sure what all the Hub-bub was about but they were swarming like bees to honey. I know times they are a-changing but the prices were just alil steep. But the employees ROCK!
Vintage heaven! you feel like searching? start here. great stuff at fantastic prices.
This Value Village has some of the friendliest workers and is always busy at their donation door. I wish they had a little stuff - they seem to have gone down in recent months despite the number of donations. I do enjoy popping in here now and then to scope out some good deals, though.
Tis is a nice, clean facility with good clothing selection and lots of shoes. Still no dressing rooms as of 4/22/21 for COVID, but if they dont fit they can do returns... Its a good one!
I never leave here empty handed. I always get that FIND !!!!!!
Love to shop here on Tuesdays. Senior discount day. Today was a little different. At the Lynnwood store, a lot of the shelves were low on inventory. Not very common.
My coworker calls it Vulay Vullage. Anyways, I love going here with the kids and leaving with a cart full of goods. We also bring in items to donate, which my kids have actually seen their old items on the shelf lol.
Really clean thrift store. I was impressed.
Came in to shop with a friend the other day and this Value Village is really on top of their duties and responsibilities. The well trained and efficient workers here can help take care of a line fast and are going above and beyond to follow safety procedures well during the health crisis. Love seeing a clean and organized thrift shop convenient to the Edmonds/Lynnwood area. My friend got a smart watch on a budget from this store and it turned out great. While we stopped in another customer had dropped a ceramic plate and the really attentive and polite woman working there took care of cleaning it up very fast and was super kind to everyone. Can’t praise the staff enough here.
Found a lot of nice things, and really kind staff
Almost always find something to eat here. This stuff is usually pretty helpful.
The first place I go when I think I need some new housewares, clothes, or shoes. It is a gamble if you will find everything you need but you will usuallt, in my experience, find most of what you came there for. The staff is also very polite, knowledgable, and helpful. Pricea are always steady as well.
Pretty standard Value Village, typical for most locations, but because its in Lynhood, it has the extra perk of addicts locking themselves in the only bathroom and denying its use by customers.
Surprisingly good experience with great staff. A huge selection of clothes but when it comes to home goods there is little to non and they tend to be slightly over priced for second hand goods.
Prices way to high cashier not froendly
Spring cleaning. Cant do much more right now... have lots more to donate
Excellent and helpful employees, who always remember my dog Gravy . Thank you for everything everyone. Great job!
Fun place to find bargains.
Their prices on used clothing are most be always fair and affordable. Ive been to other thrift stores and some of the prices on clothing were pretty much the same as Walmart
Was helpful with receiving dresser donation we gave
Cant believes how expensive things are considering that they get everything absolutely FREE! DONATED. I heard that value village doesnt donate anything to charity. If thats true then I cant say with any certainty that Ill shop here anymore.Very disappointing. If its not true and theyre true anthropologists then the prices seem high. Extremely. Like the selection though and lots of parking
You can find great deals if you have time to look. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Always find something here! From clothes to house whole items. Not liking the fact no more dressing room.
I went to Value Village today with 3 things I needed to find. A winter jacket, boots & black work pants. Found a perfect Liz Claiborn jacket, comfortable & cute boots, black pants and,as a bonus, a Beethoven Emporer Concerto CD. Total cost: $28. Yeah, Im happy!
I went shopping there and found a few items I wanted. But when I got to the register the cashier took 2 of my items and set them aside and called a manager over who looked at my items, a pair of $5 shoes and a white Seahawks Jacket priced at $6.49. “Theses shoes are 9.99 and this definitely isn’t 6.49.” She tells me .” How much is it then?” I asked.” $24.99 “she said. So she doubles the price on the shoes and darn near quadruples the Price of the jacket?!! I asked why did you change the prices of those items?! She said” I didn’t. I corrected them.” Clearly smirking underneath her mask. As she folds the jacket up and puts in under her arm and walks away with it!! I’m floored! Can they just change the price on whatever they want to right there at the register as you’re checking out?!? I feel like she robbed me.
We dropped off items. They were incredibly nice & helpful. Our second time there, & very pleased with the curbside service. Five
I tried to buy a weight set for $2.49 the clerk explained that the price would be double because the price tag does not have a x2 next to the price. I then explain that this is a singular weighted item and that they are sold as a pair.I refused the price of $5.16.She did not want my money apparently.
Staff was polite and friendly, stock was organized and store seemed clean. The carts were sanitized and waiting for customer use. Im always looking for bargains and they are fewer and farther between thses days. Pots for my plants were 2.99 each. Himalayan salt lamp was 12 dollars, I bought a new one two years ago for 14.99. A couple of size 3 shirts were 2.99 to 4.99, too much. I visited on ML K day and asked about sales and clerk said silver tags were half off, then she added they werent having big sales because of covid.
Looking good, everyone is swamped with donations right now though.
Altho they have so many things(some with original tags) they tend to price items a bit high.
Always neat and clean. Decent prices
The cashier was completely un Professional and VERY ride. Major training issues at this store.
Excellent proboably the best around .selection.
Clean, well organized, great selection at mostly fair prices. I felt the clothing prices were a bit steep for some of the brands, but the overall quality of the items was great!
Ive found me cool things at other thrift stores
I found many treasures in this store. Good place to shop!
Great prices on most things but a few things are a little high in my opinion.
One of a few Value Villages left in the area.
Limited things to look at. Left with nothing. Prices r to height.
Selection and availability as they come in. Hit and miss on getting items that fit. Prices are longer cheap as used to be.
Found great deals.
Expect to pay almost new retail prices for most stuff, ESPECIALLY womens clothing. Their prices are outrageous, which is why they are always WAYYYYY overstocked, making it hard to see anything. Price gouging is very real here. You can find a deal once in a great while, but its gotten so rare its no longer worth the hunt.
Really neat thrift store, good selection and prices!
Very solid value village. It was very clean which I appreciated, seemed almost like a Ross and it didnt reek like most thrift stores do. Very minimal mens selection however, only shoes in my size were a pair of Shrek feet slippers and I really dont even want to imagine the poor chump who bought those. Found a tie with a rhino on it for 12 dollars, thats just silly! 12 dollars really?!
I always ♥ find trickets & customer service is always 👌 💯
A good thrift shop that is still not overpriced. Has a good selection of Records when often there arent many thrift shops that still do. Also has lots of collectibles.
Really nice people! Very helpful! Found a great deal on a new cane as mine got ran over ☹️
Service was great and they always have something fun or useful that is worth the visit.
Frustrating that changing rooms are closed. No opening in sight as they are used for storage at this point. But returns are allowed.
Big, lots of stuff! Pretty good.
I picked up some cool stuff today
Always find great treasures at great prices!
They were nice and well kept. Space out well.
Better prices than GW.
Very happy 50,% discount I got value village nice shopping people working there they are very helpful and nice 5 stars i give good job value village
Missed all the gold some day came in and bought $2000 worth of gold the morning I got there.
My favorite place to go
I like Value Village. I can find great things there.
It a thrift store. They have stuff. Some of that you will want, store clean, staff available to help you find things, if they have it.
Very friendly staff, especially Gabriel who was humorous and wise. Dont being stuff to give to us that you wouldnt buy yourself.. Words to live by.
Reasonable prices. Lots of good stuff.
Love shopping here!
Rudest Value Village I’ve been to. My least favorite one. I always ask about pricing based on condition because sometimes prices are ridiculous. I am always nice about it. I’ve worked customer service for over 3 years and I understand what it’s like to be on the other end. I asked one of the clerks to check with one of the production team members because it looked like the rubber on the shoe was coming apart. He got mad and yelled and me and said, “NO, it’s not coming apart!!! It’s not coming apart!!!” Absolutely rude. All they had to say was that the pricing was accurate and I would have accepted that. It’s not that hard to be kind. Not to mention when I walk in WELL BEFORE CLOSE. Close to half an hour. The staff always warns me that they’re almost closed. I never feel welcome here. The staff is so rude. I wish I had their names.
Very over priced, go to the one on hw99 for better deals
