Precor Home Fitness provides safety and effective gym equipment thathelp me to achieve my goal. I tried lots of elliptical in various fitness centers in the past 13 years, the one I love most is the brand Precor that placed on our companys gym room.

We just got our 425 Precor treadmill and absolutely love it. The staff was very friendly and there was a great selection. Delivery and installation went smooth. Jordan, our sales rep, was really knowledgable and not pushy. He went above and beyond to fix an order error with the floor mat and came out himself to deliver it. Highly recommend!

Total Experience is 3 stars, but it is a combination of some 5 star factors and the very disappointing delivery experience which would be less than 1 star, if that was possible.5 star aspects: 1) the Sales person, Ixchelle. Knowledgeable, pleasant, helpful and accommodating, 2) the new treadmill itself. After it was finally delivered and assembled, I can say it definitely meets expectations.I would rate the delivery experience as 1 star or less. The delivery date was moved four times, and I received the treadmill almost a month after it was initially promised. On one occasion, the delivery team brought the base but said the control console was not available. When the base and console were finally delivered, Precor did not include the hardware package! I had paid to have my old treadmill taken away but the delivery team had no record of that. Thankfully, they did take away the old treadmill anyway. So I had parts strewn on the floor for a few hours. A techician was dispatched to bring the hardware and assemble the treadmill later in the day.Overall, I would give the total experience 3 stars but it could have easily been 5 stars if not for the terrible delivery experience.

The staff at this location are awesome, professional and very helpful. Ive gotten a chance to talk with JT, David and Jordan and wouldnt hesitate to bring my business or recommend that you purchase from these guys. No pressure, no upselling, they got to know my needs for an effective workout and recommended the machine I would be happy with.Even when there was some miscommunication and I addressed the situation these guys were extremely understanding and able to work something out to gain my trust and satisfaction.These guys get that its about building a strong customer base that will keep coming back for their physical fitness needs. The prices are reasonable (consider that its Precor and Inspire)8/21/2020 - I needed a different bench because my current one was too high (23), feet could not get a solid foot plant. The Inspire SCS is 18.5, adjusts easily (compared to having to do a pin release) and there is a preacher curl attachment option, this bench was perfect for my needs.Called around to different stores because everyone was sold out, but Michelle (new member over at this location) took her time to answer my questions over the phone and let me know they had one on the floor that I could try out. I went that afternoon and was lucky enough to be told by David that they had just received a shipment and had one attachment in stock, this was fortuitous! After working out with the bench for a couple of days my decision to purchase it was the right one. Makes a huge difference in my workouts!Michelles attentiveness on the phone got me down to the store and I purchased exactly what I wanted.Id also like to mention that after spending time at this store Ive had the privilege to realize one of their team members is a fellow Hard Charger. GREAT EXPERIENCE!I first was introduced to Ixchelle via FaceBook messenger. She responded quickly and offered many options for a Rower. I went to the store and the entire staff were very kind, knowledgeable and open with suggestions, for my needs. Ixchelle wasn’t pushy. Very patient with all my questions.I purchased a rower, with expected delivery in 2 weeks. She called 3 days after the sale saying they could bump my delivery sooner if I wanted. Great follow up customer service. I will definitely make the drive up to purchase more equipment from her when I am in need.

We had done a lot of online research prior to coming into the lynnwood Precor store . We had even gone to another equipment store in Bellevue. We felt very comfortable working with Jordan he was very knowledgeable about the differences between each brand and was patient with all of our questions. We bought a true treadmill and a water rower in classic.I would easily go back when it is time to add to our at home gym again.

Jordan the store manager is an extremely customer focused person. He helped us choose our new and used equipment including purchasing a piece of certified preowned. Our spin bike was making a noise and he sent somebody out to fix it immediately. Jordan keep us in the loop every step of the way. The fact that he would do this and that Precor is a local company helped us to create our own home gym during these crazy pandemic times. I highly recommend Jordan and his company. Daniel was a big help in every way. Such a big help in my decision making process. And very accommodating with my needs. You dont always find this level of service when you are older and walk with a cane!! Thank you so much Daniel Johnson. So I bought the perfect recumbent bike for me. I rode the bike for two days and then the left pedal bar disengaged from the body of the bike. I called Daniel right away and he got in touch with a repairman who came to my house the next business day which was Monday. Alberto checked the whole bike. The pedal had not been properly tightened. he put on another brand new bar and tightened both pedal bars. I have had no other problems. Loving my bike. Thank you to Precor, Daniel and Alberto for great customer service.

Today I bought the Spirit XT385 treadmill. Probably the best warranty in the industry which is an indicator of quality. Jordan was the sales rep and floor manager who facilitated the sale. He actually emailed me a quote to include installation and applied a generous military discount. After testing out the treadmill and meeting Jordan he closed the deal in 5 minutes and told me to call him personally if I ever have an issue or questions. How can you beat that?! Ask for Jordan. You won’t be disappointed.

Thank you Ixchelle for the excellent customer care you provided after I purchased the Spirit XBR55 recumbent bike. After the bike was delivered and assembled I realized that the rubber mat was not included. I called the store and spoke to Ixchelle. She said she would deliver the mat and install it under the bike that evening. It was installed perfectly. Thank you again Ixchelle.

I recently purchased the FT2 Functional Trainer, and love it. Im still learning the most effective way to organize the exercises so as to limit the amount of adjustments. The prices throughout the store were typically better than those we could find elsewhere for comparable items. We had a few items brought in from other stores and held for us. The staff did a great job coordinating our order and ensuring everything was ready. The delivery was scheduled at our convenience and the store manager himself came out to make sure the install was done well. Highly recommend.
