BEWARE; Took my blower for service at this place, (Hitachi 7 year warranty) would not start. Always put in correct fuel etc. Got a call back from them (quickly) blaming us for the failure. Got machine back and it was obvious that they had checked NOTHING. Just tried to start it like we did and could not. No sign of repair. Said engine was blown by bad gas, even when we told them it we had handled the blower correctly with the mix correctly done. In looking at other reviews this a way to just not have to repair or replace something when they have no idea what is wrong. Take items somewhere else for warranty repair and/or demand that they actually look at the item and take it apart for repair. This place may have been good in the past years but people change and attitudes change..

Glancing at the reviews the 5s jump out like leopard spots. I wish this tool repair shop was as nimble as a cat. Ive been searching hi and low for a fixit shoppe of yore. I guess my search continues. These guys are like all the rest, if its at all challenging their knee jerk response is always why dont you just buy a new one

The repair shop tore my paslode apart to diagnose the miss fire.then gave it back in pieces and said its illegal to put it back together. I dont even know if I have all the parts now
