So many options its overwhelming! In a good way! Haha. Found exactly what I needed, so I am grateful for that. Super friendly customer service and the employees asked if I needed help. Plenty of natural/organic/vegan/animal based/plant based options.

Quick, helpful, friendly service, but high prices.

There is always someone here who is knowledgeable. I just wish that checkers would automatically price check for you. If it wasnt an option then it wouldnt bother me but knowing that you can get a lower price of course makes you want to the lowest price. All in all a great spot to get real vitamins with no pressures!

Go to place to get protein powder. Staff is super nice and usually there are sales here. There is ample parking and pretty easy to get in and out of the store. Nothing to complain about here!

I ordered pick up on 08/18. I got an email stating to pick up on or before the 23. I was planning on picking it up on the 23 bc today is the day i get back into town. I call the store to double check the order was ready. I get threatened by the lady on the phone oh well it’s going to get restocked since you didn’t come pick it up. She then told me that she processed the order on the 18th and said just bc you called doesn’t mean it won’t put your order back on the shelf. You should really hurry up and get here. Unbelievable refund it. Will never come back! Don’t threaten your customers.

Please be aware of the manager in this store. I was treated differently because of my skin color. I have been going for a refund for 3 days now because their system crashed through the process. came in and all I did was to asked on the status of my refund. the manager through the customer service number on the table stating that the lady who was doing the transaction isnt there, and she will not call from call to take care of this. I maintain my calm, and was very confused of his rudeness. I called customer service and I was asked to give him the phone. he told customer service that I was changing my story, and I am a liar ( he called me a liar multiple times while costumer service was on the phone). He asked someone to call the police, and told me I wasnt welcomed to that store anymore. I waited while I was talking to costumer service, and also for the police to come. once done with customer service, with no police, I left. ALL I WANTED, WAS MY REFUND OF $55.23, thats it.

Several employees were available; one took me to the item I needed without a wait or hesitation. Friendly staff, convenient location.

Ordered a box of protein bars and they had previously been melted I discovered when I opened one the next day. Tried returning and they refused...$30 of inedible bars. Now theyve changed the register so there is no privacy to check out. Strangers child thought it was ok to get into my purse with the dumb design. Probably time to try out a more agreeable customer friendly store.

The people that work here are really nice and they definitely believe in their product, but that still doesnt change the fact that they are selling many supplements and vitamins that are not FDA approved and could well be harmful to humans, and are at best just not useful. Be very careful what you buy here. Research ahead of time and make sure its safe.

Went in to buy some supplements but stock was depleted. Told me at least one to two days.Proper answer: We have not unboxed it yet but if there is something you need we can look for it and call you asap.

Pretty good selection....some employees can be a bit standoffish, seems there is a theft problem in the area and they are on high alert at all times. Also, seems frowned upon if you dont donate to the cause du jour of the moment at checkout. Other than that, its great! 👍👍

For basic supplements Super Supplements is a good store.

If you need specialty items fast go here but everything is marked up in pricing. Its like whole foods. If you want to shop cheaper and can wait, go shop on Amazon or something.

I was gonna give a 5star but this lady at the cashier she kept on telling me about some donations. somebody tell them i went there to do my personal purchases and when it comes to donations i know where to take them. dont make it sound like its fraud.

Worst Super Supplements ever! Went there to get protein shake, was approached by 2 different customer service reps. They offered me help...great....can I shop in peace?....No! I was subsequently followed the entire time I was there. I felt so uncomfortable by the 2 of them, they litterally stood near me pretending to organize the shelves, while I shopped, I decided to put everything I was going to purchase back. I left. I wont pay for that kind of rudeness. Later called and asked to speak the manager, the person who picked up just gave me lip service. SAVE YOUR MONEY/TIME. YOU ARE BETTER BUYING ONLINE OR GOING TO THE SS IN BOTHELL-KENMORE WAAAAY BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE FOLLOWED AND STALKED.

I went there today to find out I couldn’t go inside the store, unless I had a face mask on. I was there the other day and that wasn’t required. I was told I had to leave the store....There was nothing posted online regarding face mask/ coverings.Oh and if your going to require face masks, you might want to tell your employees not to remove there masks to talk to customers.
