I installed their inground rgb path lights for two customers, both on the edge of concrete to act as a marker light. the first job I had no problems. the second job I had 5 fixtures fail. I sent them back to them but purchased 5 replacements so I was not holding the customer from having functioning lights. they did not warranty a single fixture I sent back. they had told me it was the way I had installed it is the reason it failed. does it look based on these pictures that a 22 year old professional lighting company does not know how to install fixtures. I chose this company because they have a great website and could of bought a cheaper fixture off amazon with a better warranty. in all the cases of the 5 fixtures not working they had red that would not work. to add insult to injury I had to pay to ship these fixtures back to them and since the the blue was still working I figured I could try to resell as a blue led well light. they made me pay for the shipping back. cant even express in words my distain for this company

Excellent Product and Excellent Customer Service!I have been working on remodeling my kitchen and decided it would be a good time to add lights on my Toe Kicks, under my Cabinets, and above my cabinets. Solid Apollo had a huge selection of products to choose from, so I decided to call and see if I could get some help choosing the right parts. They were very helpful and also got me exactly what i was looking for at a reasonable price. I am excited for my next project and will be sure to use Solid Apollo again!

I purchased about 1500 of the RGB Flex Neon Strip Light. When it was first installed on one strip did not work at all. Went back and forth with them and eventually they sent me a new one. The following year to controller stopped working and after going back and forth with them eventually they sent me a new one. Now this summer, a couple of months past the warranty one of the other light strip stopped working and after going back and forth with them, they now want me to take the lights out (which I have to hire someone for) and then ship them back (which these lights are very heavy) so they can look at them. When I asked if it turns out that there is something wrong with the product, I was told the replacement would be at my expense so I have to wonder why I would go through the expense and trouble of having them removed and shipped back to them to only have to pay for the replacements.I am very disappointed with this company.Also, be careful. Website state 3 years warranty on most products, this is not one of them.I am very disappointed with this company.In response to the companys response, 7 months out of warranty, yes. Have only used the lights about a dozen times. Should have mentioned that above. So yes, the lights are great for the first dozen times they are used after that they dont work. At this price point I would expect that they would work for more than 12 times in a 31 month period.

I should have read the reviews above. Excellent support and service up to purchase. Manuals are not in correct grammar English. Technical Datasheets do not have all the information. Companion APP and software has terrible support. Pricing is high compared to other sellers. Return policies are absolutely atrocious. Yes, they will return any item NOT USED. Read the fine print on their web site. If there is a piece of cardboard missing, or a tiny paper that was included in the package, they will make you pay every penny. BUYER BEWARE!Read the response below from the owner. It absolutely confirms what I have said about their return policy.

The worst customer service I have ever had. They should just call it solid apollo service because taking care of their customers paying top dollar for products is not how they do business.

Nice products nice people worst return policy in the business . Being out of town you can’t walk in the shop and see what they have hooked up don’t buy anything and think you can test it out If you so much is stripped the ends of the wire you can’t return anything buyer beware
